Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions

Hello, I get on my Windows 10 PC in Chrome both he registration of Enpass this error message, see attachement, please. As soon as I want to fill data in Chrome with Enpass comes the error. I have Sophos installed on the machine. I have already een a few tips on the net. You should enter 127.0.0.1 as an exclusion, then it should funktonieren. Problem is, I have not here Sophos Home with the web interface, but Sophos Endpoint Security. I just can not find the attitude. Can someone help me please?

Hi, I've just switched to Enpass and have been having some trouble getting the browser extension to autofill cPanel logins. I've got a couple of web hosts so have tried it with both and they just aren't auto-filling or offering to save (I deleted and re-tried). Not sure if it's an issue with cPanel or Enpass. I've tried on Chrome 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit) and also on Firefox 81.0.1 (64-bit) and it's the same problem on both. I'm running this on Windows 10 and have Enpass 6.5.0 (700) installed.

Hi, I'm evaluating Enpass by giving a try to the free version, but I'm facing some issues. I installed the windows app, Firefox extension and Android app. -On windows: when I login to a website the extension proposes to save a new item in the vault, but email and password fields are empty. I tried with a well known website like Facebook jsut to be sure, but the same issue happens on other sites. -On android: I turned on accessibility option and used chrome, but the app doesn't ask me to save the new login. Am I doing something wrong? Are these features that I can't use with the free version? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have some websites that want three fields to log in - so there's username, password and f.ex. last name. I haven't figured out how to make Enpass to autofill all of it. It does a fine job with username and pswd, but leaves the third alone. I've tried to add a data entry to the Enpass entry and label it accordingly, but this produced no results. What should I do?

Hi, If I'm signing into a new web site, either on mobile or desktop, and have to create a new account, is there a way to automatically capture in Enpass that new userid and password I'm setting up, or do I have to manually enter it in after the fact? Thanks.

Hi, the autofill has problems with this page when trying to login to Playstation Store using a Sony account. Go here https://store.playstation.com/ in the upper right select sign in, you get redirected here https://my.account.sony.com/ (link is way longer with some session info here) and the autocomplete doesn't work - neither for the email/username nor the password form (just checked - the 2FA token is not working as well) - macOS 11.1 - Chrome: Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64) - Extension: 6.5.1 - App 6.5.2 (726) from App Store but it stopped working a while ago (older Chrome version, older OS)

Hello, what is the function autofill doing in your app? Do i have to click on the extension and choose the account and then it puts the login and password in? Because for me autofill is, that i only have to click in the sign-in-window and the possible Login(s) are shown up and i can klick them directly.

New user here. I cannot get Enpass to autofill or create automatically a new login. Its happenning on both Firefox and Chrome browsers on win 10. I am sure I have ticked all the boxes but still no luck. My old Roboform used to jump in straight away to fill forms, logins or save a new login. If login on an existing site with its loging info already saved then clicking on the enpass icon in the browser it will show the correct entry but it wont offer to autofill. What have I missed? Any help will be appreciated...

On https://www.inwx.de, Enpass is unable to fill out the form hidden behind the login button in the top right corner and it does not offer to save a Webform either. The element IDs in question are "usern" and "pword". I also tried Bitwarden, which had no trouble filling out those fields. There is another, dedicated login page at https://www.inwx.de/customer/login, which is fully compatible with Enpass, despite using the same ID and name for its fields. This occurred on both Windows 10 and Fedora 33 with Firefox 85.0.1.

When I double click the profile that I want, enpass doesn't fill the blank and opens a new tab. what should I do? It doesn't work even I select another account. The word before Google means login and same tabs keeps popping out

Is Enpass able to autofill login pages generated by a Chrome Extension? I tried with the MEGA chrome extension, but Enpass didn't detect the login section. I also modified my existing MEGA entry in Enpass, changing its URL to that of the Chrome Extension and still MEGA didn't detect it. Is this issue specific to the MEGA extension or can Enpass only autofill web pages? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hello The web extension stopped asking me to save the new logins or changes in passwords for over a year on Windows 10, Firefox. The same thing happens on chrome too. I don't have this issue on Mac. It can autofill the password though.

There seems to be a bug when using the autofill feature with only one matching item for form and having multiple vaults selected. I always get the Enpass Assistant. If I have only a single vault selected, the form autofills and auto logins after using the keyboard shortcut. Tested on macOS 11.1 in Chrome (browser 88.0.4324.96 / extension 6.5.1) and Firefox (browser 85.0b9 / extension 6.5.1) and Enpass v 6.5.2 (726) It would be great if the extension could select the matching item (if only one fits the website) regardless of the selected vaults. I need to have separate vaults to keep my private and work credentials.

Hi, since a week or two?, I can't us the Enpass extension anymore. I am running Windows 10 Professional and Firefox 84. Both are kept up to date. I can start Enpass, go to a site (this one fi.) and try to fill the user credentials with the Enpass extension. The contour of the Enpass Window becomes visible and then it stalls. Only closing Enpass the hard way (Task manager fi) let me use Firefox again. I have already deinstalled the extension and re-installed it, that did not help. On Edge it works fine. Also on my VirtualBox POP!os Any idea what could cause the problem and how to fix it?

Hello dear Sir/Madam I am a premium user of Enpass Password Manager App, on my iPhone, iPad and Windows. regarding SAVING WEBFORMS, although you claimed to be able to autofill webforms (https://www.enpass.io/docs/manual-desktop/browser_ext_using.html#saving-webforms), the Windows Browser's Enpass Extention (latest version downloaded from official stores) doesn't have the SAVE WEBFORM option to autofill webforms. I tried it on latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, but none had the possibility to SAVE WEBFORM. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. sincerely yours

I just upgraded to a new iMac, and installed Enpass, which has worked well for some time on my older MacBook Pro. I am unable to get Autofill to work. I've removed and reinstalled the program and extensions, rebooted, etc., without success. During this, the autofill also quit working on my older computer, which is synched through iCloud. All software is up to date: macOS 11.1, Safari 14.0.2, Enpass 6.5.2. The browser extension shows as enabled, and authorized.

Hello and greetings, My question is regarding autofill feature. I use website called BackBlaze B2 and I have saved all the information related to it (Email, Password, 2FA TOTP Code, etc). The website asks for Email, Password and TOTP code on different pages, one after another. For example, enter email -> click on "Next" button (takes to next page) -> enter password -> click on "Sign In" Button (takes to next page) -> enter TOTP code -> click on another button and it let's me login. Now somehow when I visit login form and invoke Enpass with hotkey in the browser (Safari on macOS Big Sur), it does all that on it's own, i.e. fill email, click on next…

Single click(as user guide says) does not fill out any forms. I am using Win Desktop Enpass Premium and Edge extension. where can I find a definitive user guide that explains exact steps to use the program, for forms and cc info?

Hello, I've to login to several portals with url like host1.domain2.domain.com host2.domain2.domain.com etc and extension want to change default autofill for domain.com every time i login to any subdomain. Maybe its better to get all url from "https://" till first "/" at the end (same thing with saving new passwords, I dont think that i need all that staff after ".com/" Thanks

Hello Enpass Team, Enpass autofills the wrong fields in all Synology apps for Android (DS File, Drive, Photos, etc.). It autofills "Address (Adresse oder QuickConnect ID)" and "Password (Kennwort)" instead of "Account (Konto)" and "Password (Kennwort)". Address or QuickConnect ID is normally filled with IP address or domain, but Enpass overwrites this field with username when autofilling. Hi This is just to report that the auto-fill doesn't work at https://www.ovh.com/auth/ Looking at the HTML code of the form on their website, OVH randomise the name and ID of the username and password box. Bitwarden and Lastpass deal with this situation OK however. Can the developers look into a fix for this? Regards Mark

I'm using Vivaldi browser 3.5.2115.81 (Stable channel) (64-Bit) with the Enpass browser extension 6.5.1. Here I recognize that the shortcut "ctrl+/" often doesn't work. The Enpass popup isn't opening. I have to click on the extension icon to open the popup and double-click the password entry instead. Some times it works refreshing the website or closing the browser and opening it again. If I'm lucky the shortcut works and the Enpass popup opens. What could be the probem? What can I do to let the shortcut open the popup every time I press it?
