Cloud Sync

I have been using Enpass with OneDrive sync for years on multiple devices - One Laptop PC, an Android smartphone and an Android tablet. Recently, I noticed that synchronization fails on all devices. When I try to "resolve" the problem, it offers to re-sync with OneDrive - and prompts me that after this operation, the password for the data stored on OneDrive will change to the master password. This suggested that, somehow, the database itself is also protected with a password that may be different from the master password I have always been using for years. I've noticed even after upgrading to the latest Enpass program for both my iPhone and Windows 10 PC, the syncing no longer works with OneDrive. I've even disconnected the syncing on both devices and renamed the Enpass folder and file, and reconnected, but no syncing happens. On both devices, the Enpass app even says it "syncs" with OneDrive, but no Enpass folder and/or file is created in OneDrive.

Hello everyone! I'm writing to get recommendations about how and if it's the best approach for merging two vaults without having duplicate entries. Probably some of you know that Enpass locks the some of it's files then Onedrive can't backup those without closing Enpass, so I don't know why Onedrive downloaded from cloud storage one old vault files and then I noticed some credenciais missing. My solution was to create another vault (without cloud sync) using one of the local backups then I recoverd the credentials I had, but now I have two "repeated" vaults. Cloud sync with Onedrive stopped working after Windows 10 2004 update. Using Surface Pro 4 and Surface Go, both running Windows 10 2004 update. I get Error Code 1208400. Cloudsync with Onedrive on my iPhone continues to work fine.

Lost the sync with my WebDav folder (mailbox.org) on my smartphone (Android: Version 6.4.4.353) and computer (Windows 10: 6.4.2 (662)). Now, for some inexplicable reason, I can't connect them anymore. Error message: "Could not connect to the specified WebDav folder. Check your username and password." But username and passwort are correct. I have also not changed any settings and folder structures. I don't know why this suddenly stopped working.

Hi! I'm using Enpass on my Windows Desktop and on my Android Phone for years. Everything worked well - until a few days ago. Since then, Enpass on my desktop always treats me as a new user. :-( Syncing with Google drive doesn't work: after granting access, Enpass closes immediately or shows me an error message (401). I have revoked Enpass access and deleted the data from Google drive already. After that, I've reconfigured sync on my mobile first (that works) and then tried from the desktop. Hi, I have another account I used in my old iPod touch, it doesn't have a lot but when I want to sync it with another Android device and it asked me for the master password, it shows that it's not correct. I keeps trying but no use. So, I deleted the main folder in Google Drive so I can start fresh. It didn't work and it keeps asking the main password. Need your help, until now I couldn't new device setup as Enpass is the first app I install to make it easy to complete setup and installing other apps.

App recently started reporting an error with OneDrive sync, so I disconnect and attempted to setup the sync again. Unfortunately after authenticating on OneDrive the app just freezes on the "Set Up Sync... Please Wait" screen. I have been using iCloud to sync, but I am unhappy that when the Windows or Linux desktop apps are unable to sync due to expiry of iCloud access, they do not give any warning. (The Mac desktop does give a warning). This resulted in a newly created login which I needed to access away from home was not available as the desktop had not synced. When I checked I found at least 1 weeks worth of updates had not synced. So which sync service have people found to be the most reliable so that I don't have this issue again? Thank you!

All software is up to date on 2 iphone 7 plus and Windows 10 pc. I have a vault with `130 items in in that works just fine between the Windows 10 enpass app and my iphone 7 plus. I can add or change entries on either device, do a sync, and other device shows the change. Beautiful. So I share the OneDrive\Apps\Enpass folder with my wife's email address using Onedrive sharing. The Onedrive app on her iphone 7 plus sees the shared Onedrive folder and vault file. I install her copy of Enpass and start the app, I tell it to use Onedrive to start, but the Enpass app never sees the shared Onedrive folder and creates an Enpass1 folder with an empty vault file in it. enpass sync error 204056 What does this error mean? I am logged into dropbox where my enpass vault is kept on my MacBookPro. To try to fix this, I have disconnected enpass from the vault and am trying to reconnect to it. I have backed up my vault using the enpass app. Under Vault Settings, I select setup Sync. A page at dropbox opens and says enpass would like to access it's folder. I say yes. Then I get a never ending "please wait" message in the enpass app. I've also noticed that the enpass extension icon that used to be visible in my Safari browser is no longer their either. Any ideas or solution would be appreciated.

Hello, I am using Enpass on my Mac, Iphone Xs and Windows10 with iCloud. Since the synchronisation between Mac and iPhone works as desired, the synchronisation between Windows and Mac or Windows and Iphone does not work! While I see the "time stamps of synchronisation" on Mac or iPhone when I press "sync now", there is no time stamp on Enpass in Windows althoug I pressed "sync now". That's really frustrating since I updated a lot of passwords and more on my Enpass in Windows. All the new data is neither synched with my Mac or iPhone. Is there a bug? Thank you for support. Enpass 6.3.3 (596); Windows 10 (18362). I'd been using sync for a long time, but today Enpass said it needed to "reauthorize" my OneDrive sync. So I click the button, and the little spinner spins forever, with nothing happening. So I clicked the "disconnect" button, and tried to "Set up Sync" all over again. Unfortunately, regardless of which sync-provider I choose, it gets stuck at this screen... the expected browser window to authorize the connection never appears. My family shares one Enpass password database in iCloud. Certain family members can manage the passwords others should only have read access. In other words, the Password Administrators use the normal Enpass synch mode. All others can do want they want to their local copy of the password database, however the minute that they initiate a synch with the iCloud, the iCloud master copy gets copied down to their device and overwrites the local copy. Any changes that these users made to their local copy of the Enpass password database are lost. To make any password changes they must work through a Password Administrator. Hello, I'm using Enpass Version 6.0.1 on my MacBook. After a software update, I wanted to start enpass. I was first asked to allow Enpass access to my documents, which I thoughtlessly denied. Now of cause it does not connect to my account and can't recognize my password. How can I allow access now? I never made a backup elsewhere. So I can only use the data enpass stores in my documents. I tried to just download a later version, but for a setup was asked for a password to my backup, so couldn't solve the problem that way. /: Kind regards, Charlotte

Hello, I created a secondary vault throught the MacOS desktop app. This vault is linked to another Google Drive account as mentionned in the documentation. However, I am not seeing the secondary vault in my iOS app... FYI, I am an Enpass Pro user. What do I need to do to sync the secondary vault in my iOS app and be able to see the option "Vaults" which I'm currently not seeing? Thank you! Best, manuolito

I use OneDrive to sync my Enpass data. In OneDrive, I have three Enpass folders. One folder is in the root folder of OneDrive, the others are in OneDrive/Apps, labeled Enpass and Enpass 1. Why do I have so many folders? I've been using Enpass for quite a while now, so I assume a folder or two are leftovers from previous generations. What can I do to clean it up? Thanks

My iphone is not syncing attachments via webdav. On other devices, there ist all the time "please while we download the attachment". If I put the attachment on the desktop-version it will be synced correctly to the iphone. But if I change the vault for the item on my iphone the attachments will be deleted. Why it is not possible to save an item into an other vault without losing the attachments? Why my iphone is not syncing the attachments?

I have been using Enpass for a couple of years without a problem on my Mac but it has recently started erroring when trying to sync with Google Drive. It gives the error code 404035. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? Thank you

I have the impression that the Enpass team is sleeping. Almost nothing happens here. No bug fixes, no promised changes take place, no updates and no real improvements for a long time. The developers will only talk and that the fee will be collected every month... Some examples: Where are the common templates? Why I can't still create templates from entries? Why hasn't the bug with the ghost sections that cannot be deleted been fixed for more than 6 months?
