I'd like to report an issue I'm sometimes experiencing with Enpass autofill notification. My phone supports fingerprint unlock and naturally I've configured Enpass to use it as well. In some cases after unlocking Enpass autofill notification using fingerprint auth the app re-requests unlock again. I.e. it looks like fingerprint auth was successful but for some reason Enpass doesn't show the list of logins but goes back to fingerprint authentication screen. What's even more interesting is that if I switch away from Enpass at this point and then come back to it it would be already unlocked. Nexus 6P with Android 6.0.1 + June security patch level.

Hi there, I'm about to switch from Lastpass to Enpass due to security concerns mainly. All looks pretty good but I can't get the autofill functionality to work on my Nexus 6P (Android 6). I enabled all 3 options in the Enpass app and if I enter a app or website Enpass will show the appropriate login when I swipe down and tap on the Enpass icon. But...I can tap on the specific passcard and nothing happens. Autofill works with Lastpass on my device so it has to do someting with Enpass... Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I really like the Enpass keyboard, but since the new update it enables switching keyboards using the globe key. I am using the Google keyboard and I've set two languages (English and Dutch). I always switch language using the globe key, but now it also switches to Enpass, which I don't want. So I want to be able to switch through my languages from the Google keyboard without the Enpass keyboard getting in between. I understand that some people might like this feature, so maybe this could be an option in the settings? Thanks in advance! Kevin P.S. On both my Nexus 6p and Nexus 9, sync works after clearing data for the app, but fails every time thereafter. It simply shows the spinning circle for as long as I let it. It works on my somewhat older Windows client if I close / reopen the app. For now, I just copy manually from box and restore, but this is a pain. As an experiment, I tried again tonight and on Dropbox, the folder for Enpass is created but the sync data file is not added to the folder. I have the very latest Android version (v6.0.1) with the July 5, 2016 security update on both devices. Please let us know what the status on this issue is.

I imported my data from Lastpass and everything shows great. I noticed that all imported data is in 'All Items', if I add a new entry it shows in whatever category I have selected (lets say logins) when creating it but the entries I imported do not show there. How do I get them to show in the "Logins" category?

I updated my Samsung Note 4 to Marshmallow (Android 6.0.1) yesterday and noticed today that Enpass thinks I'm not a registered user and is only showing 20 of my 200+ items. It has also synced to my PC so now both devices are only showing 20 items as it thinks I'm on a trial version. How do I recover all my items into Enpass? Hoping someone can quickly assist me with this issue.

Hi, yesterday I read about the Google family-payment-method. Here other family members can also use payed Apps from the "family administrator". But this only works with payed apps - not with in app purchases. For me this sounds really good and I will use it for some apps - also for Enpass. So is it possible / have you planed that you switch from in app purchase to a second, payed "pro app"? Thanks in advance. Regards, Andi

Just wanted to voice my appreciation for the new autofill feature in Android (by way of notification). It certainly makes it easier than bringing up the keyboard each time (for those of us who have a preferred keyboard app). Any thoughts on expanding to be a pop-up feature at some point (or the option for such, much like you now have the option between keyboard and notification autofill)?

Hi there I switched to a new phone and restored my Enpass data from Dropbox. I can't seem to get the Master Password to work, even though it still works on my old phone. Any ideas about how to fix this? Thanks Julianna

When fingerprint authentication is enabled the autofill tool asks for a fingerprint rather than the master password, as expected. But, unlike the full app, there is no option to use the master password instead (in case, say, my fingers or the phone are wet and the sensor won't work). This leads to the tedious solution of copy-pasting passwords or temporarily disabling fingerprint auth.

Hi, I'm running on Android 4.0.3 and it seems that I always need to type in my Master Password: I never get a chance to use the PIN... even after a minute or two, even though in the settings I have it set to 12hrs. Any ideas on what's going wrong? (If it's relevant, I am using sync on an OwnCloud/WebDAV server) Cheers, Craig.

Hello, i have added a new creditcard from my mobile device (Android 6, HTC M9) and the card was not uploaded to my desktop Enpass. If I add the card in the Desktop it will be shown on my mobile device, but any changes won't be synct back from the mobile to the desktop. I am using WEBDAV to sync.
