German: Vault-group "Persönlich" -> "Privat"

I'm referring to Enterprise-Environments with policies to prevent users from placing company data outside a desired environment (like M365).

In this situation, users have two groups of vaults: one, titled with their mail address - the group containing the company-vaults, the other titled "Persönlich", containing the vaults the user has created outside the company.

I propose to change "Persönlich" to "Privat".

Why?

it's very hard to explain to users what happens here:

If you're used to M365 Business, you know that your OneDrive for Business is "Persönlich", but not "Privat".
As I'm not sure, that there is the same differentiation in english between "Personal" and "Private", I'll explain:
"Persönlich" means: it's the person's OneDrive, by default, nobody else gets access; nontheless it's a company drive; when the user leaves the company, the drive might be transferred to his successor.
"Privat" means: it's his OneDrive. He will take it with him when he leaves the company. Here, he must not place ANY company-data.

In Enpass, the vaults have the same functionality: the Vault "Standard" is located in the user's OneDrive for Business - so it's his "Persönlich"-vault.
The ones he creates outside the company environment are "Privat", not "Persönlich".

I really would like to help to translate the app for Portuguese BR. I read in other topics that you have community that helps the translation of the app. I would love to help to see Enpass translated to my nation language. How can I contribute?

The Greek translation is great. I would only like to point out this error:

It seems that in these 4 instances the word "Αδύναμος" (and "αδύναμος") escaped the attention of your translators and was written in singular. So there is an inconsistency with all other tiles, which are in plural (and this is the correct). It must be corrected to "Αδύναμοι" (and "Πολύ αδύναμοι" in the upper instance of the middle column).

As per object, the Italian translation of the "Unlock" button is missing, which translates into Italian as " Sblocca".

Hello,

In Enpass with the German UI I selected a note, pressed the right mouse button and selected "In Papierkorb verschieben" (means: move to trash).
Then a confirmation window with the Title "Warnung" (means: warning) is shown.

The message in this window "Are you sure you want to move [Note Title] to trash" is not translated into German language.
The correct translation would be: "Möchten Sie [Note Title] wirklich in den Papierkorb verschieben?".

Small Translation Issue - Expires

I am using Enpass with the German UI.

When I edit an entry and click on the "Password" label, then I can enter a expiry date.
Here I see in German: "Verfällt nach [Edit Field] Tage".

The correct grammar would be: "Verfällt nach [Edit Field] Tagen" (so you just need to add the "n" at the end of this String).

in the German UI I see in the settings in the section "Security" the English Text "Enpass is idle for".
So here you need to translate the text into German language.
The correct translation would be "Enpass inaktiv für".

Small mistake for Russian language & missing translation

I found one mistake in Russian translation for Enpass' Assistant: in some circumstances there is a small button to show e.g. "5 more" password suggestions. Now it's translated this way: "5 больше" but I'd suggest to use "ещё 5".

Furthermore "PIN" and "Unlock" are not translated (in Enpass itself and in Assistant, too) into Russian and still shown in English.

[Roadmap] Timestamp in English Format in German UI

Hello,

I am using Enpass in the German UI.
If I go to Einstellungen -> Tresore -> Standard then I see at the field Zuletzt synchronisiert the timestamp in English language (for example: 5 minutes ago).
In the English UI this is the field Last Synchronized under Settings -> Vaults -> Primary.

Here you should translate the time stamp and write Vor 5 Minuten instead of 5 minutes ago.

Please fix this little translation issue.

Allow alternative to comma in CSV export & import

Hi,

I don't intend to use Export to CSV regularly, but in case I ever should need it I tested it.

As for Import, I haven't used yet but it has possibilities for feeding in quantities of items quickly.

But - different countries have different conventions for the decimal separator. Those I have encountered are full-stop and comma.

Here (in Sweden) the comma is the decimal separator and appears in decimal values in Excel spreadsheets.

Obviously using comma in CSV files would be a disaster here. A colon is a good alternative.

In fact, saving Excel sheets to CSV files here uses the colon as default (not even sure I can change it)

Please can we have the option to choose the separator ourselves when Exporting and Importing.

I helped you on Catalan (and Spanish) localization longtime ago, using the crowdin platform.

With the new version I've noticed some mistakes or missing translations. I'm not sure if you have someone else supporting the localization or if you have outsourced. If still welcome my help, I would be happy to help you at least with Catalan. If no needed, let me know if this forum is the right way to report translation bugs.

Hi! After migrating my data from 1Password to Enpass, I realize the word 'Licenses' is translated 'Licences' in 1Password whereas it's 'Permis' in Enpass. The 1Password version is better because it's more generic and apply to apps.

Hey Team!

I found a small misteak in german translated android version. You translated the "sort fields" option with "felder entfernen" which means to delete the fields. Just change the translation to "Felder neu anordnen" or even closer to the english version "Felder sortieren".
