I have seen references in some of the postings to "custom logos" or "custom icons" that can be added to the choose icon database. How is this done? I need instructions on how to create custom logos and icons, how to add them or delete them from the database, etc. Also, I read a few comments on Favicons but no instructions on how to access, use them, save them, etc. I would also like to be able to save some icons from the internet and save them as available icons for use in Enpass. Any help on the above items would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Im using Enpass for Modern Windows, not loaded from store. When I try to open windows client it wont accept 29 letters long master password. All the other client will accept but windows client says wrong password. I have tried to write it down in notepad in clear so i know it is 100% right one and copy paste -> not working. How to solve this. Windows client stop writing letters after 25 letters, have I missed some trammels for masterpassword lenght?

There is a small bug in "Expire date" notice function. Today is 12th February 2021. Hello, I use Enpass with version 6.7.4 (933) and as Webdav share I use a Nextcloud version 23.0.0. The problem is, it is not possible to sync the shares. Enpass always said, that I should check my username and my password. So I debugged a bit and found out, that the share is easy to mount with a linux webdav client. Now I dived deeper: I checked the server side and found out, that there are no requests from my enpass client to my nginx reverse proxy (checked the access logs). Hi all. For years I've been synchronizing Epass to Dropbox and I had very few problems. I switched to OneDrive few weeks ago and every few days days I get errors on Windows 10/11, iOS and Android that there is a problem syncing, "looks like you're trying to sync two different databases" and I have to merge. There is always a difference of one entry. I realize by now that OneDrive is way inferior to Dropbox in every way on every OS but I'm trying to save few bucks since it's included with my Office subscription. I'm running Enpass Pro for Windows and am running into an issue where I keep having to enter in my master password, I believe it started happening recently so maybe it's an issue with one of the Windows updates. I'm on Win 10 Pro 22H2. Normally I'd only open Enpass once, and after closing it, reopening it would only require my PIN unless I rebooted the PC. But lately it seems like Enpass is requiring the master password even without a reboot, almost every time I open the program. I've ensured I haven't changed any settings and PIN access is still enabled. I have minimize to system tray and open automatically at system startup enabled. My master password is quite l…

I had Enpass Pro working on my laptop as well as the desktop and Android, Vault shared with Dropbox. I had to reinstall form scratch Win 11 on the laptop. I setup Dropbox and the Vault is sync on my laptop. I installed Enpass and Launch it. It is asking for Master password, but failed. ( I know I have the password right). It never asked me for the email address. How does it know I have an account since it is asking for a Master password without asking for the email first. Confused. Meanwhile, Enpass is working fine on the Desktop and the phone and they both sync. RD

Hello, I recently added a keyfile to my standard vault and it's working fine so far. Except I have to select the keyfile again on every start of enpass. Of course I have already set the option to remember the last used keyfile (see attached images). The keyfile is stored on an internal drive (ssd) and the behaviour is always the same whether it's at system start oder after exiting enpass and starting it again manually. I don't want to select the keyfile on any start. How can get it to work? Or is this a bug in enpass? Regards

Using Enpass Lite 6.8.6 I want to invoke the URL I defiined for the site without additional parameters (the site won't handle them). Is there a way to do this? I have Autosubmit Login turned off, and that doesn't do it.

Hi Guys - I just installed Enpass 6.11.12 (1997) and I can't get the Wi-Fi Sync to work between my Windows 11 desktop and my iPhone. I went through every troubleshooting document I could find but nothing fixes the issue. Here are the suggestions I tried, and more info about my configuration: I am running Windows 11. When I try to find my Enpass Vault on my iPhone it cannot find the Windows 11 Vault. When I scan the QR code it just spins and does nothing. Randomly getting a EnpassBridge.exe - Bad Image message. Error status 0xc000012f Can't get it to open at all. Anyone else getting this error?

I have an issue where Enpass regularly (few times a day) freezes and crashes. Then after re-launching, it freezes again, either immediately or after a few seconds. The only way to get it back operational is to reboot the PC. I also tried restarting explorer.exe, and all the browsers, but this doesn't help. Obviously it would be ideal if Enpass wasn't crashing at all, but at very least I would like to have a workaround to get it back without having to reboot. I use Windows 11 (21H2), but I think it was happening on Windows 10 as well (although not a frequently). Enpass is up to date Windows Store version.

Windows 10 Pro 21H1 - Enpass 6.7.4.919 and 6.7.2.885 When adding or removing attachments, the desktop app doesn't update an entry's last modified date. I'm not sure whether this was intentional, or simply a bug. Also, as a related feature request, it would be helpful if Enpass could provide a confirmation request before deleting an attachment. Currently, pressing the X instantly deletes the attachment without warning. For additional security, the option to request the master password or more usefully the PIN, if set, would also be good. Earlier this year, an audit feature was added to Enpass that plastered bright yellow and red messages on every screen of the app and in every individual login entry. In this forum, we asked for an option to turn this off. I know that in the View menu you can turn off "Audit" and "Audit Old Passwords" and "Audit Dashboard", but this does not affect the big banner that appears in individual login entries. Is there a setting anywhere to turn off the audits inside the entries?

Hello! After the last Enpass update (on Windows 10) there is a very annoying "feature". My entry in Enpass is a SSO login (1 username, 1 password) but different URLs (examples): Now when I open "url3" from my chrome browser favorites and press my new hotkey (this is also very annoying - no more CTRL + / ) Enpass always opens a new browser tab with url1 and don't fill the main tab with my username and password. Before the update it works very fine. I also tried it with different Enpass entries but everywhere the same phenomenon. I'm using mailbox.org as my e-mail provider and want to connect Enpass to my mailbox.org-Clouddrive via WebDav. I get the error message that it's not possible to get a connection and I should check my username and password. But username and password are correct!
