Hi, when I sync my vault to Dropbox, Enpass creates a folder "Apps" on the top level of the Dropbox including the vault sync file and the backup file. Though, I'd like to move the "Apps" folder to a different location, but can't figure out how to do this. When I move it, I get a sync error. I can change the location for the backup file in the settings but not the location for the vault sync. Any advice how to do this? Thanks!

My work PC has the Microsoft Store totally disabled and replaced with a company portal where they host apps. It looks like I cannot download and install Enpass without the MIcrosoft Store. Is there any other way to download it? My company IT help desk says that if I can download it go ahead and install, but they will not host another app on their portal and suggested I switch to KeePass which is the app they have licensed. Any ideas?

I'm experiencing an issue whereas my master password on one computer is not working, the same master password works on another installation of Enpass on another computer but not one computer; rather I get, invalid master password. Is there anyway to reset the master password ?

Currently EnPass now requires me to enter the master password each time I put my screen to sleep which is very annoying because I put my computer to sleep multiple times a day. How can I make it require the master password only on user log out?

In firefox 96.0.2 on Windows 10 Pro 21H1 Build 19043.1466 with deskstop extension 6.7.0, I did the following: 1. Open firefox and go to https://accounts.firefox.com/ 2. Autofill. All the screen does is refresh and go back to the login. The enpass entry has the website https://accounts.firefox.com/

Hello, today I tried to pay for something online and as usual I love to use password manager to speed up process. But unfortunately Enpass can't do properly. Missing some fields. As you see in the screenshot. This makes me so sad and I'm start to thinking to switch something else. Many issues with enpass. Please fix this. I'm can guarantee I'm not alone with this issue.

Please bring back the Dark theme for Classic mode for windows. It works and looks awesome in Linux, why did you revoke it from the Windows app, it was there when version 6 was initially launched.

After starting up the "Windows Enpass Server" other clients are not updated until Enpass on the server is authenticated.

Trying to WiFi sync between two W10 desktops on same local network. One is on WiFi, one connects with an ethernet cable to the router. As they are not both connected over WiFi it will never work, correct?

My entry in Enpass is a SSO login (1 username, 1 password) but different URLs (examples): Now when I open "url3" from my chrome browser favorites and press my new hotkey (this is also very annoying - no more CTRL + / ) Enpass always opens a new browser tab with url1 and don't fill the main tab with my username and password. Hi, maybe i am confused, but there was an update last week for the chrome extension on my windows 10 machine, and since then i cant use Strg+Alt+A anymore. Only to open the Enpass app. In the chrome extension i only can use Strg (Ctrl for english keyboard) OR Alt, but not both. Why was this changed? br, Sven

I'm using the Website version 6.7.4 (933) of Enpass on Windows 11. I created a new login on a website and added this entry into Enpass via Vivaldi browser extension 6.7.4. This time, the e-mail address and the password were automatically saved into the Enpass entry. Often I'm using the Enpass dock from the Systray to copy username and password into an app or a website. But if an e-mail address is included in the Enpass entry, it is not possible to copy the e-mail address when right-clicking on the entry in the Enpass dock. Syncing to Nextcloud via webdav stopped working a while ago for me. Started to look at it now and I tried to disconnect sync from the client and setup sync from the beginning again. I also renamed the Enpass folder in Nextcloud so that a new one would be created. Setting up sync works fine but when it's supposed to sync it just gives me an error: Something went wrong while syncing with Webdav. Just noticed somethin weird today: when I login a website through the enpass firefox browser plugin, it doesn't have the same entry for tenere700 website as the windows 11 app. See screenshot: the white window is my browser enpass plugin entry for tenere700. To the left is the windows 11 app. The passwords are different and the name is not the same. Also in the windows 11 app there is no entry "Tenere700", only "Tenere700.net" Does the plugin needs to sync with the main vault or what is going wrong here?

Hello. I have found several obsolete entries in my database without a data sheet that I cannot delete. There is only the title in the tree structure but no information in the corresponding window (it is the "Verification" display that appears). No right click on the title, no double click to open. Do I have to resetup Wifi Sync on the other client devices like my phone and tablet ? Like if I do a complete format and reinstall of Windows or Mac OS ?

I have added the URL to the block list. It just doesn't work, The extension will still appear in the page. Enpass and extension are the latest versions, and so is Chrome browser.

I've noticed this on several of my machines. Some are blue in the taskbar, some are white. What is the difference? I've searched help but found no mention. I can't be the first to ask? Can I?

I created a new vault (let's call it sharedvault) with the purpose of sharing all logins, i then sync The Vault to Google Drive via my main email login for enpass.io lets call it email1@gmail.com 2 I added family member here: https://console.enpass.io/ they then receive a email to their own personal account (lets call it email2@gmail.com) Now i'm confused from here, what is the user suppose to do exactly to get access to thevault? I use Macrium Reflect a lot and restore to a previous image where changes that happen before are not there anymore. For example I may go back a day or few hours. This means all the logins or other info I saved won't be there if I added it during then. When I go back Enpass is still setup just with my previous login and other info from previously. Be it a day or a few hours. Is there anyway to fix this issue? I back up manually my .enpassbackup file but thought that would work but you can't restore it unless you have a fresh install of Enpass and I do not want to have to uninstall Enpass and reinstall it ever time to do this. I have a few solutions in mind.…

Obviously I don't want to save is as a plain .csv file but is the enpass file it saves as secure and good enough to recover from please ?

Hello, Recently my Firefox Extension updated to 6.7.0 , as i am working a lot on cPanel / WHM servers, there is some kind of issues where i can no longer copy from WHM / cPanel , as well as select records from drop down, everything looks messed up after this upgrade, i would like to downgrade. Any way to download previous version? if possible to know where. The issue i am describing doesnt happen when extension is disabled, so, clearly the issue is related to FireFox extension. Please advise
