Hello, Today, after a cold start of my computer windows10 (up to date), my Bitdefender alert me about a risk from EnPass : So, is it a false positive ? Or something got wrong ? I'll submit to bitdefender lab.

I updated my Win32 Enpass version to version 6.6.0 (775) today. The update went through without any problems, but Enpass does not start anymore. I uninstalled Enpass, deleted all Regedit entries, reinstalled Enpass - the error remains. Enpass is not even listed in the task manager. What am I doing wrong? Do you have a solution for me?

what do i have to pay attention to when i want to install enpass (pro version) on a new pc?

I'm trying to update my vault with Google Drive. When I try to update my Drive vault, it tells me to set up sync. I'm directed to the sign-in page, which appears to work. However, once I get back to Enpass, I just get a spinning icon. I already have passwords saved to Google Drive. Do I need to delete what I already have in the cloud to upload the current info? Thanks.

How do I add extra security fields so the answers are hidden

I'm running version 6.6.2 on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Lifetime Premium member. I have a couple items I originally entered in the Login category, and later used the "Change Category" on the context menu to change the category to Password. I noticed after making this change that the item shows up when I click the Password category in the left pane. However, the item seems to have retained all the details from when it was in the Login category. The icon is the globe icon for the Login category rather than the key icon for the password category. I was able to easily fix that by editing the item and then clicking the icon, which then displayed the "Choose Icon"…

Is there any way to reorder fields in the new Universal Windows 10 app? I don't see a button for it. Thanks, Eric

Hey guys, I'm using Windows 10 mobile build 10586.164 on a Lumia 930. Today I updated Enpass to the last version (the UWP I suppose) and it stopped working. I removed and reinstalled it many times but nothing! It doesn't start at all. I've noticed that Enpass disappeared from the Store too and the only way to find it is to follow the link from the official website... Any solution? Thanks!

My wife and I currently have separate LastPass accounts but we have a shared folder for login info for shared info (e.g. bank accounts, kids' school stuff). If I update a password in one of these, it's automatically updated for her as well. Since these are in a folder, if she adds a new site, I have access as well. Does EnPass provide similar functionality?

Hey! I'm new to Enpass and love it! I switched to Enpass, because you offer Windows 10 apps. :-) I noticed that the infrared camera is always on, even if Enpass is in the background. Could you change this behavior to save battery? Thank you and kind regards Jakob

Hello, I installed the Enpass extension in Chrome and activated it in Enpass, but I keep getting an Connection error. I tried to install the extension in other browsers and disabling the signature verification but nothing changed. Reinstalling Enpass and/or Chrome didn't helped at all. I analyzed it with TCPView and there is indeed an open connection on port 10391. In Chrome's Dev Tools it seems that the extension cannot access Enpass because of the error: WebSocket connection to 'ws://localhost:10391/' failed: Invalid frame header I installed Enpass with Chrome on a VM and it worked like a charm, so I would be very happy to see this error solved for me. …

I've noticed that Enpass keeps hanging on system startup on Windows. I've never encountered this issue on my private system runing Debian GNU/Linux. Is there some way to get debug logs from Enpass to see what may be blocking the startup?

I just did a clean install of Windows 10, which meant a fresh install of the Traditional Windows Enpass client. Unfortunately, for some reason Windows is reporting that the certificate used to sign the installer and executable itself have been explicitly revoked: I managed to get it installed by calling the installer from an Administrator command prompt, but I think this certificate issue is causing the program to silently crash whenever I try to use the Chrome browser extension to fill in credentials. I downloaded the installer about an hour ago, so it's the most recent version of the 5.2.0 installer. Any idea what's going on?

Hi, I've noticed that Enpass does not save certain preferences. Every time I open Enpass I have to: 1) re-enable the browser extension support in preferences and 2) dismiss the sync reminder (the message suggesting I add an external sync option which I do not intend to do). I am using Enpass 5.3.0.1 on Windows 8.1 with the vault located on an external drive.

HI I use the portable version. Why when I open Enpass I have to indicate where the database is located. Yet I have checked the box "Remember location for this system".

So I have this problem. I'm unable to click into the individual entries (items) and edit the various contents. It wasn't always like this, but one of the latest updates rendered me unable to click into the entries for editing. I also believe it is a glitch, because I use enpass on my windows phone as well, and it works as always. (windows phone version of enpass gives me no problems) I've tried uninstalling enpass from the windows app store then reinstalling, it didn't fix the problem for me. I use the dark mode ui of enpass, on windows 10 (windows app store version) Anyone else have this problem?

Hi, i'm running Enpass here on multiple devices. Today i've experiencd the following Problem with 5.5.6: On WIndows 10, Enpass didn't accept my Master password. Tried it on other devices -> worked, typed in password in Notepad, worked. Stopped Enpass, deleted local database, resynced with GDrive -> working again. What could've caused that and how can i debug this if it happens the next time?

I am using Windows 10 1709 with Firefox 56.0.2 and Enpass 5.6.2 (Windows 10-Edition from the App Store). The latest Enpass-Plugin 5.5.0 for Firefox never get a connection to the Enpass App. But with the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 from the Firefox "Plugin Store" it works. That solution works at the moment. But with the releas of Firefox 57 the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 will stop working under Firefox. Has someone else this problem?

Is there a way to delete duplicates? If not would it be possible to export then use a third party script/app to remove duplicates? Or would doing that wreck the file stucture? Thanks

At this point in time, between Enpass jumping into other tabs, jumping into the "Tabs you have set aside", the desktop application crashing almost every time I use Enpass and the extension connection error, Enpass it is pretty much unusable, I have so many issues every time I try to use it

The new Portable Enpass 5.6.5 works on the latest Windows release 1709 but won't run on the latest Insider Preview 17120. It tries to start and then is stopped. I haven't been able to determine what is stopping it, but I can see the initial window display and then disappear.

Hi there, I am using heavily enpass on MacOS (4 stations) and 4 phones (2x iOS and 2x Android). My database is quite big one - around 1000 entries (ok, for me it is big one). While doing some clean up I realized few "missing" features or even features that exist in manual but not reality.
