Hi, I am using Enpass on two devices which both have Windows Hello authentication via fingerprint reader activated. On one of them Enpass behaves as I would expect it to. It asks for my fingerpringt whenever I open it up. Also the first time after boot. On the other one the first unlock always has to be via my (quite long) password. Only later unlocks can happen via fingerprint reader. I would like to change this behaviour to match my first device. Best regards

Earlier this year, an audit feature was added to Enpass that plastered bright yellow and red messages on every screen of the app and in every individual login entry. In this forum, we asked for an option to turn this off. I know that in the View menu you can turn off "Audit" and "Audit Old Passwords" and "Audit Dashboard", but this does not affect the big banner that appears in individual login entries. Is there a setting anywhere to turn off the audits inside the entries?

Hello, I just saw that my last version of enpass under windows 11 from the store displays this message to me when I enter my password: this version of Enpass is obsolete. Update Enpass to be able to continue. But I have the latest version on the store. What can I do? The product is updated yesterday and since then it no longer works.

Enpass runs on multiple devices. The master password is no longer accepted on a device. Enpass has been uninstalled and reloaded from the Microsoft Store. However, it cannot be downloaded because the product is supposedly installed. The search for data that has not been uninstalled was unsuccessful. Temp folder has been emptied. No success with Revo Uninstaller and other uninstallers either. Create a new PC account and install Enpass there and successfully restore the data. Switch to the original account. No installation possible because supposedly installed. Starting is possible, but the master password is not accepted. How can I solve the problem? …

Hi i have just set up the google 2fa and had to manually put the one time code into enpass. In the Audit under 2FA supported google does Not appear. Also in the enpass google saved password item it says in one time code [field] Invalid secret key. but i can log into google with out any problems. Why does it not appear in the Audit under 2FA supported ?

Hi there, I'm using the Enpass version from the Microsoft Store and also paid for the full version. Half the time I click on the Chrome Edge extension to auto fill my login, the main Enpass application crashes. I submitted my crash reports since half a year and for at least 50 times now, but the issue does not seem to be fixed yet. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application with also re-adding my vault. But it still crashes. Can somebody help me or can anyone from the dev team have a look? Thanks! Dear Enpass community, dear Enpass developers I'm pretty new to Enpass, but so far I really like it! When I recently inserted my first passwords into Enpass, I decided to add «Tags» to all my entries. With that, I want to make sure to find entries later on, whose title I may possibly not remember, since I need them very rarely, but hopefully I will still know to which of my activities (=Tags) they belong. Dear Supportteam, I'm new with these Product but read a lot to compare and understand until I decide me for Enpass. Everything work fine for me except the Plan Sync from Windows to Mobile ( Android or Apple ). 1. The QR code never work. The QR code the Server shows me never do a request on the Mobile side. 2. So I try to connect them manually to Sync them. I find the Server everything looks fine, if I click on the Server normally I should see the Authentication (Valid Code) from the Server. On the Mobile devices never change the Code and I see the "145678" Code. I think that's a placeholder Code. If I Sync them form Mac everything works …

I just download the enpass app from windows store then restored my caveau from iCloud. The app experience is limited because i need to login with the main email ( which in my case is the same iCloud Account of the caveau ) but i'm unable to login because i don't receive the 6 digit code. Can anyone explain how to solve this problem?

Enpass Chrome + Windows will not auto-fill at all. I was really excited about purchasing it after I saw that you could add categories, tags and use FaceID. But if it doesn't auto-fill then I'm better off sticking with the free Microsoft Autofill, which is surprisingly great. But the deal breaker is that it doesn't have a mobile version.. I have the options checked to auto on both the extension and the PC app. I've tried on several websites where I only had one login. Any tips?

This bug still exists. Enpass saves the details to the WRONG site record, completely obliterating the actual password that already existed for that completely different and unrelated site. Since I have no way of knowing whether a site's password is going to get lost until I try to access it, possibly months later when I no longer have the password in my head, I have now taken to writing down every single password in a text file, COMPLETELY OBVIATING THE POINT OF A PASSWORD MANAGER. How does Enpass continue to get something so completely fundamental wrong?

Forget the below: Solved Killed the process and restarted I have installed enpass on W10, connected successfully to G-Drive, synced all my data, confirmed the code sent to my email and could also access everything. Next time I start enpass, I get the window restore from or create account ... again. Please, how do I get rid of this? regards Chris

This happens to me on multiple devices with Brave, Chrome, and Firefox with Windows 10 for all websites. I go to the website, click the browser extension icon, click on the account to fill, and it opens a new tab. If I close the new tab and try again, it autofills correctly.

I've been round and round this process and there something very wrong. This is a new installation of Windows 10, just updated this afternoon. I installed enpass through the absurdly annoying store. I try to sync with Dropbox with all sorts of flipping between applications. The last hand-off doesn't seem to work as I have to manually switch back to the Enpass application where it is asking me for "The password for the data". I'm not certain what this means as this term is not used anywhere else, but is appears to be the "Master Password" for the Enpass database. This does not work. I recently updated the password for my personal Windows account, including OneDrive on a PC running Windows 10. All of my Windows and Microsoft Office software is working correctly following the update on this PC (I'll call it PC#1). I also access these same Windows accounts from 3 iOS devices and another Windows 10 PC and have no issues following the PW update. With PC#2 and the 3 iOS devices, I was able to set up Enpass sync through my personal OneDrive without any issues. I am a long term user of Enpass and as of the past year I have found that more and more bugs are cropping up: 1. Filling of passwords often does not work: Using the latest version of Firefox and Enpass, I find the key combination for auto-fill works around 50% of the time. Often the key press will do nothing and I have to click the enpass icon within Firefox to wake it up. Then 9/10 it does not show passwords relevant to the site I'm actually visiting.
