On just one of the three or four machines which I am running Enpass for Windows on, the update to v6.0.6 asks for me to approve a New Sync, which takes me to Dropbox, I log in, the press the Yes, I Agree or similar button, which launches a new instance of Enpass (so, there are now two running). I login in successfully to the second instance, which updates and otherwise works correctly. In the background there is still an instance with the swirlies spinning like it is waiting for something. Regardless of the order I close these two instances the next time I launch Enpass it will require that I do a New Sync again...restarting the loop. Other machines are working fine, …

Hi, I'm seeing the following message each time I open my Enpass 6.1.0 (404): However, when I click the dialogue which opens the Enpass update tab, showing that 6.1.0 (408) is available and then click Update Now, it opens the Windows Store App. Which shows the following: HOW DO I UPDATE? If I check my Installed apps, I can see Enpass Password Manager, but only the Launch button. HOW DO I UPDATE? Can't seem to find any way to update???

The only way I'm able to download enpass is through the Microsoft store. Why can't I reach the enpass website?

Over the last few days I have been unable to use Enpass on Opera. The extension says "Update Required" - however when I go to the extension store, it says I have the latest version. I also tried the Opera extension by Sinewoft, but that one also does not function since the last update. Missing my Enpass badly.

I downloaded the client for Windows 10 and enabled the Chrome extension. As I entered passwords into the application, I was told some passwords were really bad and some were just bad. So after I added a couple of them, I went back and changed one or two (happy that I had the old ones written down). I swear I tested them when I changed them by logging into the web sites and then letting the browser extension fill in the data. Today when I tried them, some of the sites were telling me 'invalid login' so I tried the old passwords -- and they worked. A second problem was two of my accounts (aa.com) and (southwest.com) did not accept my passwords from the Enpass browser …

Hi, how can I delete a category that I've created? It seems that I cannot do it... I can only make them visible or not, but cant delete it..... it's really wired...

I was on site X earlier and entered a new password. The Chrome extension prompted me to save the updated password, which I did. I am now on site Y, which shares absolutely nothing in common with site X, and it is entering the wrong username and password. Looking at site Y in Enpass to find out why, I see it is showing URL for site Y, but the username, password, and webform details from site X! Looking at site X in Enpass, I see it hasn't saved the updated password either. It's only saved it to (overwritten) site Y. How on earth does this even happen? I have one account that has a username of 16 numeric digits. Enpass changed the username to a scientific number format. The "3.28E+15" shown is not confidential and I have left it in place to show what is happening.

Hi, I upgraded to enpass premium on my iPhone through the apple app store, however when I attempt to 'Restore Purchase' in the enpass application on my windows 10 desktop I get the following error message: Error while restoring purchase. Error code: 305 I'm unable to upgrade enpass on my windows 10 machine. I've tried closing and reopening the enpass app, rebooting the machine, but I get the same error every time. Has anybody experienced this issue and successfully resolved? Thanks

So after this last update, i see there are new "autolock" options. or maybe they were there before and i did not notice. anyhow, i select a few of these "autolock", including for when the system becomes inactive after some time. the question is: does autlock disable windows hello? because even though i want windows hello enabled, it unticks itself constantly and i am required to use my 30 character password again after enpass "autolocks" itself. am i not understanding how it works? should i disable autolock to keep windows hello working? any advice appreciated.

Had issues with Manager on main machine. Installed on another Windows 10 test machine and it works fine. Uninstalled on main Windows 10 machine and re-installed on same but during install it generates Code: 0x80073D05. Any others with similar experience?

Hi there, I created a 2nd Vault and wanted to import data. For that reason I donwloaded the csv for Logins and put my data in. Some fields e.g. Mail, Tags, Custom Fields remain empty. I head forward to import the data but Enpass alwaysshows: Nothing to import??? Any ideas?

I entered a support ticket already, but I figured I would post this here just in case anyone else was having the same issue. If you have a question mark ( ? ) in a URL, the hyperlink that is shown in the Enpass entry will be incorrect. It basically ignores the question mark, as well as anything after it. When you open the Enpass entry, it does appear correct in the Website Field. See attached images. It's definitely a minor inconvenience, but it did take me 4-5 months of being inconvenienced trying to pay bills to actually go "Okay, what the heck is going on?"

At the moment I have version 6.4.0 (632) installed. The current version is 6.4.1 (windows Store version) And as with the previous versions, no update is offered. How can I update to the latest version?

Just lost access to 2 websites and couldn't figure out why. It turns out when you let Enpass generate new password and want to copy this into the website form it generates new password instead of just copying it !!! I originally didn't spot it so once password was copied and it worked on the website I then hit "fill" and saved it. Of course I couldn't login any longer as Enpass generated new password when I pressed a copy button. Can this be fixed asap please as this could cause serious hassle to any user using Enpass

A couple of days ago my Enpass stopped syncing through my One Drive and I got a message I needed to change the master password. I changed to to something i THOUGHT I would remember but now I cant remember it. I know there is no way to retrieve or reset the master-password without knowing what the current password is. Luckily I can still get into the vault with my phone as i have that locked using bio metrics (fingerprint). I have started the process of moving all 400 password to s spread sheet so i can delete the data file and then create a new data file.It is going to take me forever to to move all of these to a spreadsheet and back to a new vault data file. Hi! After upgrading my desktop(s) to the 6.4.1 version there is a yellow banner on to bottom to unlock all features for free. Needlesss to say thet I want this. I have Enpass Pro on IOS with "All Access (lifetime)". But here's the problem : The 6 digits code to recover you sendt to my emai-addressl is not received before it's code is no longer valid. When all text in a notes field is selected, the cursor and focus are placed at the end of the text. This is especially notable when the text is scrolling due to its length. This is a behaviour which is – as far as I am concerned – unique to Enpass and thus confusing. Plus: there should be either a text selection or a blinking caret - not both. Having all text selected, pressing of the cursor up key should place the caret at the beginning of the text, just like cursor left does. Instead, the caret is placed in the line directly above the end of the text.

I've been using Enpass with my team at work successfully for several years. We've only had the one, primary, vault and it has been stored on our NextCloud server, allowing each of us to sync via WebDav. We've now got a new member of staff. I don't want to give them access to the full vault from day 1, so I was thinking of setting up a second vault that would be shared with them and then copy items over as and when they need them. I've just tried this with Google Drive. Syncing works fine but I cannot find the data on Google Drive in order to share it with my new member of staff. Hello, I am using the latest Enpass on Windows 10. The issue I have noticed is that scaling looks off with certain items very large or certain very small. Due to this I applied this fix: https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/troubleshooting/enpass-looks-too-small-or-big-on-my-display-how-can-i-fix-it/ Although after setting this setting the Enpass application becomes very laggy ... all the animations run very choppy and overall the application becomes slow to use. So I went and disabled the setting and the lag from the application finished. Can we get a permanent fix for scaling without side effects?
