Hello. I have a bunch of credentials for the same website, say: example.com Each of the credentials, of course, have distinct usernames & passwords. One of the credentials' username is byhuy. However, when I start searching for 'byhuy', for some reason, all of the credentials in that example.com website show up (expected behavior: only example.com with username 'byhuy' shows up)! I have triple checked and there was no hidden field that has the word 'byhuy' in it. This issue only happens in that specific domain: example.com. Hi, I was wondering why after login to windows 10 (with Verimark security key) i still have to enter my password manually the first time?

I needed to reinstall Enpass. When I try to run the App for the first time it asks me to sync the data. I select OneDrive. It successfully opens Edge but uses my personal account to try and sync. I need to sync with my corporate OneDrive but have not been able to figure out how to use the corporate Edge profile instead of the personal one. As a result I am not able to access any of my data. how can i get it to authorize on my other edge profile account?

There is a small bug in "Expire date" notice function. Today is 12th February 2021. Just purchased new laptop, updated OS to latest Windows10 version. Installed Enpass and decided to use Edge browser as default rather than Chrome as on the older laptop. Installed Edge browser extension for Enpass and does not work the same as on the old laptop with Chrome and requires to have to answer redundant questions. I checked the box to have Enpass start on bootup, unchecked box to minimize. Checked under OS and Enpass is in Startup programs. Unfortunately, the program does not start up in a window but as minimized. So removed check mark to startup on boot and after boot manually open Enpass program shortcut and enter password each time. Dear Developers, Enpass is one of the good password manager but in windows 10 the icon of the app look like outdated and also need some improvements the main issue already mentioned but still not solved by developers. In light mode app icon is not properly shown already ask before 5 to 6 months but still same issue. check both the image and solve the issue of the app.

Hello, If there are carriage returns in the notes field and exporting to a csv file the line item notes become record rows within the csv file. Is it possible to at least remove the line-feed/ carriage returns for that column during the export process?

I have tried 6 times now to "Add file" to Enpass. Enpass on Windows 10 crashes every time I have tried. I have no issues adding a file on my Android phone. Any ideas why?

Hello, I have accessed help here a few times and every time you have been excellent. I know tech's have helped us with this subject many times. However I am still struggling with the process. I would like to move my Vault/Data location to another computer or usb drive. I have Enpass Premium. I have V 6.4.3. I am running Win 10. My download and subsequent upgrades have been from Windows. My Enpass data/vault info is located on this computer. I have 250 inputs on this data file so I really don't want to manually replace that file. This computer is old. I am afraid of hdd failure. This morning around 7:04am I received a virus notification from Norton that a Heur.AdvML.B virus was found for file EnpassStartup.exe. As a result, Norton removed this file and I'm now unable to run Enpass. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this so I can use Enpass again?

Hello all, I have put in the secret for the one-time password on my iphone. The OTP is showing. Then I synced the vault on my 2 notebooks with windows 10 and updatet enpass application. Then I get the error "Invalid one-time password secret". I tried also to put in the secret directly in the windows enpass, but the same error. windows 10 app version 6.5.2 (724) Iphone 6.6.1 (528) The OTP is for / from a Sophos UTM Firewall. Wenn ich das tue erscheint: keine Verbindung zum Internet. Bei der manuellen Proxy Konfiguration wird eine Server Adresse und eine Port Nummer verlangt. Leider habe ich keine Vorstellung, wo das zu finden wäre. Kann mir vielleicht jemand weiterhelfen? Ich wäre sehr dankbar. Viele Grüße Jürgen

How do I add extra security fields so the answers are hidden

Hi, This happened to me twice now; I can enter the One-time code or scan the qr-code when enabling 2FA. I can confirm with the given 6-digit code and save. But, when i want to sign in, and use my OTP which is given by the app (on desktop or iOS, doesnt matter), it fails. As i said before this happened to me twice. This time its with github, and previously with blockchain.com. Luckily github uses recovery codes, but with blockchain that was not the case. I have paid for Enpass Pro. Why is this happening?

Greetings, I inadvertently dismissed the blue 2FA banner that shows at the top of 2FA-eligible items and it appears that once that has been dismissed (via the "don't save" button) the banner cannot be turned back on and the walkthrough to scan a QR code for that item is no longer available. Is there any way to scan a QR code (or enable 2FA code saving) for an item after the banner has been dismissed? Thank you.
