I have a banking portal into which I must key a company number and a user Id and then a new page is presented and I have to enter a password. How can i save the company number and have it auto filled? I see where I can enter a "Custom Field" but there is no place to enter the autofill value. Why have custom fields if you can't use them? For what are sections used? I have read the documentation and it describes how to enter a section but not when and why to do so. Would you clarify how and why to use custom fields and sections and how to get more than just user ID and password autofilled?

Hello all, I have put in the secret for the one-time password on my iphone. The OTP is showing. Then I synced the vault on my 2 notebooks with windows 10 and updatet enpass application. Then I get the error "Invalid one-time password secret". I tried also to put in the secret directly in the windows enpass, but the same error. windows 10 app version 6.5.2 (724) Iphone 6.6.1 (528) The OTP is for / from a Sophos UTM Firewall. I am having a wierd issue - as of today my TOTP entries aren't generating the proper codes. I de-registered and then re-registered, and the application still doesn't generate the proper code. This was working as of this past Wednesday (the last day I had an opportunity to use a site that required the code). If I use another generator (such as Google Authenticator), the correct codes are generated.

Hi, since the last update form Windows i can't start and reinstall enpass. I had the message that the App couldn't start because it has no admin rights. In the time before everything are working fine. I have sent an email to the support but without any reply from the support team.

Hello. I have a bunch of credentials for the same website, say: example.com Each of the credentials, of course, have distinct usernames & passwords. One of the credentials' username is byhuy. However, when I start searching for 'byhuy', for some reason, all of the credentials in that example.com website show up (expected behavior: only example.com with username 'byhuy' shows up)! I have triple checked and there was no hidden field that has the word 'byhuy' in it. This issue only happens in that specific domain: example.com. I try to setup sync via webdav on several devices (Windows 10 Store, iOS) and i get the error code 904403. I cannot find anything that could explain this error code. Please. I payed for lifetime Pro and Premium and get everyday more dissapointed by your service. I've 2 Vault setup with the same Nextcloud Instance. It's working, but not for the new Vault.

Hi guys, I have been using Enpass for a while now and have always used the primary vault. I am helping getting our office using it and have an issue with our admins getting access to the new vaults. It seems that when I create a secondary vault with its own password it SOMETIMES overrides their passwords and pins with mine. They have their own log ins with their own primary vaults but when they sync my secondary vault to theirs their master password or PIN may or may not (at random it seems) changes to mine... Any thoughts on how to correct this? Or at least understand why so we can work around it? Many Thanks

Hello everybody, I have a problem with EnPass and synchronization via OneDrive for Business. I bought the Pro version twice and synchronize on 2 different devices using the same OneDrive account. It happens again and again that EnPass shows the connection to a cloud with a line through it and is no longer connected to the OneDrive folder. After renewed authentication, the sync works again. This error occurs frequently. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Best Regards, Phil

I use Enpass for several years on my windows-PCs and my android-phones. Now I got a new pc and had to ínstall all apps, including Enpass. To restore all passwords from dropbox I allowed to open the dropbox file. All seemed to work fine. But Enpass can´t open: "wrong password". But I´m shure the password is correct. With this pw I opened Enpass in my android-phone. The same problem after deinstalled and reinstalled the Enpass version 6.5.1 from your homepage. What can I do?

My wife and I both have our own OneDrive accounts. My Enpass account is the original vault on my OneDrive. I added Enpass Windows Desktop to her machine and registered with the original email that the purchase was based on and it registered OK. Enpass then prompted for "new account" or "restore". She chose restore from OneDrive(as it did for our iOS devices). Enpass did not prompt for credentials, it simply found an instance of her OneDrive on her machine and came up with an error stating there was no Enpass 6 data to be found and created a new blank vault. I may have inadvertently selected Windows 10 version, which seemed not aware of my existing data, so I halted without completing and I installed 6.5.2 725 for win32 which seems to run fine as a standalone /not browser plugin, except it's not syncing or getting updates from google drive which I update frequently from my Android Enpass. Now if I launch Enpass as a browser plugin it seems to want to continue a new user windows 10 setup - which I don't want. I don't want to have to use Microsoft store for installing anything, and Enpass in particular, ever. thanks

I have download the app from windows store and installed but it wont run and I get the message below, I have 1. Uninstalled & reinstalled 2. Run as admin 3 Deleted all folders and reinstalled 4. Hey there, as written in this post, I had some bugs where enpass showed me weak or identical passwords probably based on obsolete database entries (I initially imported a csv from my previous password-safe-solution). So today I ended up rebuilding my vault from the ground up with the exact same entries as before. That was a 1,5 hour job of copy / paste. As a result, I'm not only solving the bugs but also ended up with a over 80% drecreased database size . So I was wondering: Is there any (planned) feature to delete obsolete database entries or to "sanitize" the database? Hey there, I'm still testing enpass after my purchase and found another strange behaviour. For me, the evaluation of the passwords generated by enpass makes absolutely no sense. When you look at the screenshot attached, you see 3 generated passwords, all generated with the exact same settings. One is considered beeing average, one is good and one is perfect. To my eyes, they all have the same complexity. So how can the evaluation be so different? Even if the evaluation would make any sense, why would you even offer me weaker passwords based on the given settings? Hello, I am experiencing issue with Enpass on a laptop HP Probook G3, when bottom part of fonts is missing. It looks like almost each line had covered about 1/5th of bottom part of the letters. Hello, I recently purchased enpass. Since then, I changed a lot of weak passwords. Problem is, a lot of them still show up under the "weak passwords" section. This occurs on my desktop app and iOS app as well. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong here? Same problem under "identical passwords": Passwords show up as identical, even when I changed them a long time ago and they are unique now. Screenshot Thank you!

Imho Enpass need a multiple link to configure more than a link for the same entry It would be useful for multiple router address ex. http://myfastgate.lan/ http://192.168.1.254 in an other context my organization we have multiple site ex. https://jira.<ourdomain>.com https://redmine.<ourdomain>.com https://supportointerno.<ourdomain>.com Enpass use ourdomain to display all entries for these site. it would be fine if Enpass could use the whole link to join the proper entry
