I am running Enpass on Windows 10 (version from the Microsoft Store). It has suddenly stopped syncing with Dropbox, although had been working previously. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still have the same problem. 1. I can connect to Dropbox and Enable access successfully. When I select Open Enpass Password Manager in the browser, the Enpass App then tries to connect to Dropbox but returns the message: "Error while restoring data". Everything else is working normally, including network connections etc. 2. In the absence of the Dropbox link, I restored from a local backup and then tried to register. Hey there, i have just updated enpass to version 6.0 and now the title bar of the programm blocks the content of enpass (see attached picture). So its almost impossible to use the search or any other feature that's in the top bar. Also the font is now a little bit blurry (scaling issue?) and i have to click a bit below a button to actually click it. Anyone else got that problem or knows a workaround? My device is a HP spectre x360 (2016 model) with a 13" 1920x1080 Display. Greetings Luca

Yes, I am one of the few still using a Windows 10 Mobile device - but there are a few of us still out there! and the (automatic) upgrade to Enpass 6 on my Windows 10 PCs seems to have broken the sync with the Windows10 Mobile app. Are you going to provide some level of support for Windows 10 Mobile users or are you simply discarding them with this release?

Hello I have Windows 10 and after trying some other antivirus programs my Enpass doesn't sync to my Synology WebDAV anymore. I have tried to reinstall Enpass. Now I have only the Setup-Wizard. also here I can no longer establish a connection. Any Ideas? I have tried to deactive the Windows defener too.

Just started yesterday on my Win 10 laptop. The app no longer opens at all, crashes immediately. I rebooted the PC. I did a repair of the installation. I uninstalled and reinstalled (6.0.4). I then uninstalled and installed 5.x. This got further and opened but would not sync to my cloud backup. Help! I'm stuck. Can' log into any sites until I get my Enpass back.

Since Enpass 5.6.6, I have started getting sporadic crashes. It is often when I have logged into a website, Enpass has popped up and asked me to enter my PIN to unlock and validate what I entered matched what is in Enpass. When it occurs, Enpass generates a dialog box that says: Unfortunately, Enpass has stopped working because of some unexpected error. Application will now terminate. Nothing is logged in the Windows event logs. Is there any data I can collect to provide you to assist in troubleshooting these crashes? On Enpass 6.3.3 I am noticing a unique behavior. When I click on the minimize button for the first time after starting the application, instead of minimizing, it pops right back up on the screen to its original position from where I clicked the button. When I click the minimize button the second time, it works properly and continues to work properly.

On multiple PCs (Surface Pro 4, Asus UX32VD) that I have running Windows 10 insider preview build 14393 (which will be released to the general public as the Anniversary update very soon), if Enpass Desktop is running (tested with versions 5.2.1 and 5.2.3), it causes cyclic network delays on wireless networks. Every 8-10 seconds, ping times over wireless are greatly increased for 1-3 seconds, and throughput drops to near nothing. For example, if Enpass is not running, I get between 27-29ms latency when I ping Google DNS. The latest Enpass 6.4.0 on Mac broke OneDrive sync. I have two OneDrive connections: one private and one business. The private one was used for sync, but it forces me to use the OneDrive for Business account with the latest version and that is a no-go. There seems to be no work around for this one.

I can sync iCloud from my Mac to my iPhone and vice versa. When trying to sync my windows PC to the iCloud vault it does the following: 1. Opens a browser window in order for me to sign into iCloud. 2. After I input my credentials, it pings my phone for 2FA 3. I enter the code, and then I get "Authentication Error. This action could not be completed. Please close the window and try again." 4. I get a notification on my iPhone saying "The website you approved has access to display your iCloud data until you sign out" 5. The Enpass app either spins or tells me a timeout error occurred and retry. I do have Advanced Data Pro…

At least since the last update (running 6.8.0 (1002)), some of the time item descriptions get garbled. I haven't found a pattern and happens on various entries. However, I think it only happens once for the over 300 items in the vault. Running on latest Windows 10 Surface Pro v5. Happens on system display and external monitor. And the refresh on items after clearing a search seems to have slowed down considerably.

I'm running the latest version of Enpass on Windows 11. Upon login (that still perfectly worked a couple of days ago) I get a message, that I need to login again with my registered mail address. Enpass somehow shows my address (I didn't need to type in anything and I can't change the input, either). It assumes I have a business login (I do not), so no login possible, anymore. It still works perfectly fine on my iPhone. The question is ... what can I do to use Enpass on Windows 11 again? I can't change the input in the pop-up, I can't change any settings - I'm locked out completely.

A few days ago, I updated the OS on my notebook and had to download the Enpass client again. I downloaded version 6.11 directly and also tried from the Windows Store. I have my storage in iCloud but the synchronization process didn't finish, it always ends with a timeout error.

Title says it all. I need and old version of the chrome extension. My extension got auto-updated to version 6 which does not work with version 5.6.10 of the windows desktop client.I'm not interested in updating to version 6 because it removed the capability to do touchID logins on the mac. I'm also not updating my android or iOS apps I paid for based on the rollout thus far as I don't know what other, unwanted changes will be coming in the future. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to start looking at another password manager, just as I did when 1Password made changes that were not in my (the end user's) best interest.

Hey there! when opening my vault, Enpass freezes for about 30 seconds or so while it is opening the vault. My vault contains about 1200 items - is this performance expected or is this an issue with Enpass? Would be great if the performance could be improved in some way.

I'm using the free desktop version and the Android version of Enpass and so far it's pretty awesome. I have one question however: it seems like Enpass is pegging a fair amount of CPU. Nearly a third of a modern Core i5 machine seems like a bit much. Any idea as to what may be the cause or how I can help troubleshoot it?
