Desktop v 6.6.0 - Windows 10 Updated / new passwords not sync with Dropbox db. Forcing sync and although reports sync completed the db is not updated and therefore enpass on mobile not uptodate. Disconnected all devices and renamed db in dropbox. Tried to connect desktop, set-up sync, but now getting "Could not verify your credentials...". What's the next step? Re-install Enpass? Problem found. Proxy setting caused the sync issue.

Imho Enpass need a multiple link to configure more than a link for the same entry It would be useful for multiple router address ex. http://myfastgate.lan/ http://192.168.1.254 in an other context my organization we have multiple site ex. https://jira.<ourdomain>.com https://redmine.<ourdomain>.com https://supportointerno.<ourdomain>.com Enpass use ourdomain to display all entries for these site. it would be fine if Enpass could use the whole link to join the proper entry

Hello, I reinstalled Enpass because of another problem and after the reinstall it fails to connect with OneDrive. I click on existing user and on restore via OneDrive, then it opens the Microsoft Login API page, after I log in there it redirects to this link: I left out the code parameter for security reasons. The link returns a 502 Bad Gateway error page from nginx webserver. Please have this fixed fast, so I can use Enpass on this PC again. For now I have managed to login via backup file, but it is not synchronized now. Thank you for hard work

I'm a new user and I'm trying to import my website details from a csv file (formerly excel format) using the Enpass Logins format per instructions. The same instructions say to select "Pre-formatted CSV" from the import options selections. However, this option does not show up in the list of import options. Is there a work around for this ? e.g., should I make my csv look like a LastPass csv or some other password manager csv format

Hey Team, I have some trouble restoring am automatic *.enpassbackup file under UWP App, current version 6.6.0 (770) The enpassbackups have been recovered from a crashed machine. (The exact Enpass app version cannot be determined now.) Sync was not used. Bitdefender detected a threat (trojan.generickd.3630745) on startup this morning (Windows 10 PC) and quarantined EnpassStartup.exe. A quick search on Google shows many other users are reporting this. Are Enpass looking into this or should I uninstall? I'm deeply concerned that my password manager may be infected.

Hello, Every time I launch the W10 store client I have this message : I have to reconnect my icloud account to have iCloud sync works again... It's pretty annoying... Why is it happening ? Can it be different ? If not, I'll have to switch to another sync cloud... but I don't want to use OneDrive again because I had in the past to reconnect my OneDrive account every update of the client with restoring the data from the cloud... I have a banking portal into which I must key a company number and a user Id and then a new page is presented and I have to enter a password. How can i save the company number and have it auto filled? I see where I can enter a "Custom Field" but there is no place to enter the autofill value. Why have custom fields if you can't use them? For what are sections used? I have read the documentation and it describes how to enter a section but not when and why to do so. Would you clarify how and why to use custom fields and sections and how to get more than just user ID and password autofilled?

Hey guys, I noticed that Enpass is showing me some passwords in the Audit as weak. Even though they are classified as excellent by Enpass itself. I rechecked every password with audit tool but that also did not make any difference. I tried changing the mentioned password (using the password generator again) to another excellent password but Enpass keeps saying it is weak. Another problem is that in the Identical section it lists some as identical when the grouping only shows one item with this password. Anyone else having this problem ? If so how to fix this ?

Hi. I've been improving security on my passwords and changed the Enpass Master Password on PC but cannot remember it. However, Enpass on my phone is still ok. Is there a way I can sync from Phone to PC? Hope someone can help. Thanks, Paul

I have Enpass on 2 PCs and Android phone. They sync using OneDrive. I am trying to setup Enpass on new PC. I select I am existing user. I select Restore from OneDrive. The OneDrive Authorisation is successful. But Enpass says Sorry we could not find any Enpass data on this OneDrive account. I check the path from the other PCs and it isc correct. I check the files are indeed there on the OneDrive as seen by the new PC. They are in sync and all correct. Why does Enpass not see it and how is this fixed?

I have used Enpass across 3 PCs and an Android Phone for years. The sync is via OneDrive. It has been fine until just now. This morning, fine, just now it says Sync Error - Password of data on OneDrive is required. Hi guys, I have been using Enpass for a while now and have always used the primary vault. I am helping getting our office using it and have an issue with our admins getting access to the new vaults. It seems that when I create a secondary vault with its own password it SOMETIMES overrides their passwords and pins with mine. They have their own log ins with their own primary vaults but when they sync my secondary vault to theirs their master password or PIN may or may not (at random it seems) changes to mine... Any thoughts on how to correct this? Or at least understand why so we can work around it? Many Thanks

Hi, I made the switch to premium account and I'm doing fine, but I just have a little annoying problem. Every time I have to unlock enpass the first attempt always gives me an error, but on the second attempt it works fine. I thought I was typing wrong, I tried pasting the password it didn't work on the first try but on the second it did. Can you check it out please. Hi, since the last update form Windows i can't start and reinstall enpass. I had the message that the App couldn't start because it has no admin rights. In the time before everything are working fine. I have sent an email to the support but without any reply from the support team.

I try to setup sync via webdav on several devices (Windows 10 Store, iOS) and i get the error code 904403. I cannot find anything that could explain this error code. Please. Can´t change the destination for the Auto Backup on windows 10. If I try to change it, nothing happened. I also cant see preview Backups.

My wife and I both have our own OneDrive accounts. My Enpass account is the original vault on my OneDrive. I added Enpass Windows Desktop to her machine and registered with the original email that the purchase was based on and it registered OK. Enpass then prompted for "new account" or "restore". She chose restore from OneDrive(as it did for our iOS devices). Enpass did not prompt for credentials, it simply found an instance of her OneDrive on her machine and came up with an error stating there was no Enpass 6 data to be found and created a new blank vault.
