I may have inadvertently selected Windows 10 version, which seemed not aware of my existing data, so I halted without completing and I installed 6.5.2 725 for win32 which seems to run fine as a standalone /not browser plugin, except it's not syncing or getting updates from google drive which I update frequently from my Android Enpass. Now if I launch Enpass as a browser plugin it seems to want to continue a new user windows 10 setup - which I don't want. I don't want to have to use Microsoft store for installing anything, and Enpass in particular, ever. thanks

I have download the app from windows store and installed but it wont run and I get the message below, I have 1. Uninstalled & reinstalled 2. Run as admin 3 Deleted all folders and reinstalled 4. Cleared everything enpass out of the registry 5 Followed the instructions to delete the enpass folders in Apps data 6 When I go to the enpass.exe and run as admin nothing happens And still it wont run, just downloaded another app to test from the store and thats ok So some help please on next steps Thank you

Hi, I am using the Enpass Chrome Extension on Windows 10 2004 x64, with a VPN that has split-tunneling/application whitelisting feature, e.g. ProtonVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark, etc. The Chrome extension is unable to connect to the Enpass desktop app whenever the split-tunneling feature is enabled in the VPN, even though the VPN is disconnected. Hey there, I'm still testing enpass after my purchase and found another strange behaviour. For me, the evaluation of the passwords generated by enpass makes absolutely no sense. When you look at the screenshot attached, you see 3 generated passwords, all generated with the exact same settings. One is considered beeing average, one is good and one is perfect. To my eyes, they all have the same complexity. So how can the evaluation be so different? Even if the evaluation would make any sense, why would you even offer me weaker passwords based on the given settings? Hey there, as written in this post, I had some bugs where enpass showed me weak or identical passwords probably based on obsolete database entries (I initially imported a csv from my previous password-safe-solution). So today I ended up rebuilding my vault from the ground up with the exact same entries as before. That was a 1,5 hour job of copy / paste. As a result, I'm not only solving the bugs but also ended up with a over 80% drecreased database size . So I was wondering: Is there any (planned) feature to delete obsolete database entries or to "sanitize" the database? Hello, I recently purchased enpass. Since then, I changed a lot of weak passwords. Problem is, a lot of them still show up under the "weak passwords" section. This occurs on my desktop app and iOS app as well. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong here? Same problem under "identical passwords": Passwords show up as identical, even when I changed them a long time ago and they are unique now. Screenshot Thank you!

Hello, I am experiencing issue with Enpass on a laptop HP Probook G3, when bottom part of fonts is missing. It looks like almost each line had covered about 1/5th of bottom part of the letters. Video card is integrated, actual drivers, no display scalling used, native resolution. The same in dark/light mode, also in different language

There is a nasty bug that makes the use of Enpass cumbersome (tested on both Windows and macOS). Namely, keyboard shortcuts to copy the password, user name, or URL. I usually use the one for copying password (on macOS it is Shift + Command + P), so let me concentrate on it. The steps to reproduce the issue: Option + Command + P (this is my shortcut for opening Enpass Assistant), Type any text to filter items, With arrow keys select the one you are interested in, Press Shift + Command + P to copy the password. When I print all items of a vault to a printer or for example to the "Microsoft Print to PDF" printer, any long content of notes will be wrapped, but at the most right end of wrapped text mostly is cutted/hidden away by one or two characters. Even a long "One-time password" secret key, which maybe doesn't need to be wrapped, but is long enough, sometimes won't be printed completely too. So these value data gets lost when printing. I have seen references in some of the postings to "custom logos" or "custom icons" that can be added to the choose icon database. How is this done? I need instructions on how to create custom logos and icons, how to add them or delete them from the database, etc. Also, I read a few comments on Favicons but no instructions on how to access, use them, save them, etc. I would also like to be able to save some icons from the internet and save them as available icons for use in Enpass. Hi, Found another annoying bug! IT only happens in Enpass too. I did not report it earlier but its getting more annoying by the day since i sign up to several sites as of late. I have a Logitech G915 keyboard where i have set a macro for one of the keys called G1. When i press this G1 it will type my email where ever i am, be it on the web, in a word file or any other program. But for some reason in Enpass in the Email field or any field for that matter when i press the G1 it will type vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv instead of my email. I could swear it used to be that if I clicked the 'X' in the upper right, Enpass exited. Now it minimizes to the system tray and that drives me insane. Since the dawn of Windows there has been a minimize button. 'X' is not it! Most programs give you a setting: minimize to taskbar or minimize to system tray. If I hit 'X' I want the same behavior expected of every application that has following UX guidelines in Windows since day one. Quit the program completely! Did I miss something? How do I get Enpass to do what it is supposed to do and honor my desire to fully quit the app? I am running the fat app 6.3.1 on Windows 10. I cannot stand UWP.

The latest release of macOS Big Sur introduces a new overall design, and specifically changed the entire app icons set. Every day, more and more third-party app developers are updating their app to support the latest features of macOS Big Sur, like Widgets or Apple Silicon support. But a very basic and simple change that would dramatically improve the way Enpass looks is if its icon was updated to match the new design. Since all app icons are basically now square with rounded corners, the very classic circle of Enpass looks quite odd in the new application bar. Could the Enpass macOS app icon be updated to match the new design of macOS Big Sur?

Hi, Im using Enpass for Modern Windows, not loaded from store. When I try to open windows client it wont accept 29 letters long master password. All the other client will accept but windows client says wrong password. I have tried to write it down in notepad in clear so i know it is 100% right one and copy paste -> not working. How to solve this. Windows client stop writing letters after 25 letters, have I missed some trammels for masterpassword lenght?
