Clicking on "All Items" after looking at a single Item sticks to the single Item, and does not Reset the View to the Top of All Items This is driving me crazy, and I can't find a way to disable it! When I click on "All Items" or any Tag, I want to see the list of everything, as I have it sorted, From the Top. NOT from the last Item I had selected. Please change it back to the way it was, or add an option to select to change it back to the way it was. Thanks!

I use Dropbox as my cloud storage. My primary vault was set-up on a dropbox account I wish to cancel and delete. "OLD-DROPBOX" I created a new vault on "NEW-DROPBOX" and called it "MAIN-VAULT". I gave it the same password as the previous vault as I did not wish to change. On desktop, I set the configuration to "Always save items to vault" --> MAIN-VAULT On android, I set the "Always save items to vault" and the "Always open to" --> MAIN-VAULT I did NOT delete the primary vault because the new "MAIN-VAULT" is not being populated with passwords. The primary (old primary) shows 847 items; The MAIN-VAULT (new vault) shows NO items. …

Specifically when an item has a + as the first Character. They are not listed at the top like they should be. They are not even listed together. There are some just in the middle of Alphabetical Sections in random places. Hello, Enpass (desktop) sometimes asks me to reauthenticate (Session Expired dialogue). Is it possible to do this offline? One of my machines has restricted network access, i.e. it cannot connect to Enpass' servers to perform this authentication. I would like to use Enpass on this machine, but this (re)authentication dialogue is preventing me from doing so. Is it possible to do this offline somehow? If not, is this a feature you would be willing to add? Would be very welcome for offline Enpass users. thanks, Guno

Hello, After configuring auto backups to save to a folder in my documents, it worked fine for a while, backing up once/day then just stopped a couple of weeks ago. After multiple web searches I found only one report of such a thing - the user claimed the culprit was adding attachments to items in the vault. I didn't even know you could do that so it's not what's causing mine. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

As the title says, when I start Enpass, a black window appears for a moment. It doesn't affect the operation of Enpass, but it bothers me a bit. Is there a way to fix this?

It looks like something has changed with iCloud authentication, today I tried to authenticate (which now does two-factor authentication via text message, instead of the usual notification pushed to my phone) and after I authenticate on the apple webpage Enpass fails to authenticate.

Hi, I encountered a problem while setting up two-step verification for BitBucket. Because the secret contains special characters, Enpass shows an "invalid" message after input, and I can't set it up. The character in question is the apostrophe ("'"). (QR code and some sensitive strings have been obscured.) Can you please solve this problem? Thank you.

Hi, I've only noticed today after an hour of troubleshooting that the Enpass extension in Firefox and Edge is to blame for high cpu usage when typing in the comment section on Youtube and Reddit. When I start to type there the letters appear very slowly long after I typed the full words/sentence already. Laptop fan starts blasting 5 seconds after the system has been mostly idle for a while. Memory doesn't seem to change much tho. Windows 10 19045.5965 - i5 7200u - 8 GB - Firefox 139.0.4 - Enpass extension 6.11.5.2

It may just be me but Enpass a lot or always sometimes seems to freeze up when I go to use it at times. I have to force exit/close it then reopen it. Doubt that error has anything to do with it but maybe. It was on a older version on Enpass if that matters. Who knows this may not even have anything to do with Enpass. Not sure if this important or matters but yes at the time I was sharing my Enpass data, logins entered into program myself. (not over anything internet) Doubt Enpass even uses bonjour sharing method but no idea for sure.

Hi Team, I've some certificate files stored, attached to some items, in Enpass. Some weeks ago, I got "Can't save file" error when trying to save some of those certificates to my computer. The issue was troubleshooted by saving those files from a different computer on which I've the vault synced (cloud), on the second computer did not receive any error and could save the files without any problem to its disk. To solve the problem on both computers, I had to delete all affected entry items in app, first from the one which was failing (deleting the attached files was not enough and when the files were just substituted, were failing again when trying to save them),…

As the title says. My other apps (Spotify, Firefox) restart without issues. It is annoying finding that the app is not running when I need it. Can we make some improvements for this case?

Hi, I tried to configure Enpass not to store the "Enpass safe" at the root directory in my cloud. So I tried to change the URL that Enpass is using. Like so : https://webdav.pcloud.com/Home/myName. But it failed. It says it can't connect and the usual "check credentials". I tried several URLs (with ending / or not, etc ) with no luck. Then I decided to go back to the original configuration. Only to find it was not working anymore. I had to close the configuration panel completely and then configure WebDAV again with the original settings. It then worked. Still I'm stuck in the same situation (can't use sub-directory) while I'm connecting flawlessly with a browser to …

Is there any way how I can set up new version of Enpass (version 5.1) in order to start automatically after start of the system iself? And, is there any way how I can minimize the app into systray only?

Hello, Maybe I've missed it but it would be great to be able to cut and paste from cards in the UWP app. Right now I use EDGE browser mostly and I have to open the card, go to edit and cut and paste the username / password into the browser. Until the extensions API is release and you can give us a plugin could you look to reduce the clicks / friction of this use case ? Thanks John

Hi ! I'm using 2 Windows10-PCs and 2 IOS-mobiles. And the latest enpass Versions. But I don't like your Synchronisation via cloud. Because: your sync didn't work, sorry. I try different clouds: Google,owncloud,Dropbox. My Problem is, that the datas are everytime old. The sync hangs. Which solution/icloud do you recommend for customers? bye, Thomas

The desktop version asks for confirmation when deleting an item. I noticed that the UWP version doesn't request confirmation before deleting. I'd love to see this feature implemented, so that you get a chance to make sure you knew what you were doing

I recently switched from 1Password to Enpass due to its support for syncing with OneDrive and better support for Windows Phone. The app was recommended to me by some of my coworkers. I am very happy with the app, and have purchased it for both my Windows Phone and my iPad. However, I am a little confused about the different versions for the Windows platform. From what I see, there is a Windows desktop version and a "UWP" version that can run on both the desktop and Windows Phone 10. When using Enpass on my Lumia 950, the Windows Hello sign inn works like a charm, even if the Enpass app has been closed down. However on my desktop (Surface Pro 4) After restarting the app, the master password always has to be entered. Is this by design, I would love for Windows Hello to work the same way on desktop as mobile.

Lately I've been having an issue where Enpass won't take the foreground. This makes it very difficult to generate passwords, or maximize Enpass. I have 5.3.0.1 installed, and have noticed it ocasionally on previous versions, however on this version, it seems to happen every time. Previously, restarting Enpass would take care of the issue, however it is still an issue now after restarting both enpass, and my computer. Hi I installed Enpass on a PC with Win7 32Bit. OK The program and the extensions of browsers work. I then installed the program on my main computer 64Bits with Windows 7. The program installs but then I different problems. Browser extensions do not work. Nothing happens. When Enpass is reduced, it is impossible to get it back. Note: I use Firefox 64Bits release. Do you have an idea ? I tried on another PC 64 bit and I have not had any problems. I do not understand what is blocking?

Hello, Im using swedish as my display language of windows 10 and a swedish keyboard. I was getting frustrated because everytime i was setting up a OneDrive sync it worked on that device but not on the other one (win 10 pc / mobile). I got the wrong master password each time and couldnt figure out what was wrong... Until i found another thread here that found out that it could be the region setting of the keyboard thats messing this up. I tried to use a simple password without any special characters and that works!
