I have seen references in some of the postings to "custom logos" or "custom icons" that can be added to the choose icon database. How is this done? I need instructions on how to create custom logos and icons, how to add them or delete them from the database, etc. Also, I read a few comments on Favicons but no instructions on how to access, use them, save them, etc. I would also like to be able to save some icons from the internet and save them as available icons for use in Enpass. Any help on the above items would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Found another annoying bug! IT only happens in Enpass too. I did not report it earlier but its getting more annoying by the day since i sign up to several sites as of late. I have a Logitech G915 keyboard where i have set a macro for one of the keys called G1. When i press this G1 it will type my email where ever i am, be it on the web, in a word file or any other program. But for some reason in Enpass in the Email field or any field for that matter when i press the G1 it will type vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv instead of my email. I could swear it used to be that if I clicked the 'X' in the upper right, Enpass exited. Now it minimizes to the system tray and that drives me insane. Since the dawn of Windows there has been a minimize button. 'X' is not it! Most programs give you a setting: minimize to taskbar or minimize to system tray. If I hit 'X' I want the same behavior expected of every application that has following UX guidelines in Windows since day one. Quit the program completely! Did I miss something? How do I get Enpass to do what it is supposed to do and honor my desire to fully quit the app? I am running the fat app 6.3.1 on Windows 10. I cannot stand UWP.

The latest release of macOS Big Sur introduces a new overall design, and specifically changed the entire app icons set. Every day, more and more third-party app developers are updating their app to support the latest features of macOS Big Sur, like Widgets or Apple Silicon support. But a very basic and simple change that would dramatically improve the way Enpass looks is if its icon was updated to match the new design. Since all app icons are basically now square with rounded corners, the very classic circle of Enpass looks quite odd in the new application bar. Could the Enpass macOS app icon be updated to match the new design of macOS Big Sur?

Hi, Im using Enpass for Modern Windows, not loaded from store. When I try to open windows client it wont accept 29 letters long master password. All the other client will accept but windows client says wrong password. I have tried to write it down in notepad in clear so i know it is 100% right one and copy paste -> not working. How to solve this. Windows client stop writing letters after 25 letters, have I missed some trammels for masterpassword lenght?

Hello, Recently, I reinstalled my PC and faced a usability issue when restoring Enpass. I did create a few vaults, and I stored the password of those in my primary one. When setting up the secondary one, I am prompted for the password of the secondary ones, but I can't use Enpass to retrieve those - as I am already in enpass in a different menu. I would need to either: Copy/paste the vault password to an intermediate location Retrieve the password from the browser extension It would be really, really nice if Enpass would have let me chose the vault password; directly from the restore menu. Keep on with the good work; enpass is awesome !

I'm trying to export my password but the Enpass app crashes after 5-6 seconds when the export process starts. I was able to export my data ONLY in .txt form but cannot do so in .csv or .json format. I'm using Windows 10, desktop app version is (traditional windows app) 6.5.1 (723). Kindly push an update ASAP. How can you get this very basic feature wrong?!? Regards

I had enpass for a while now but like in the first time using they just want a password then now i reset my laptop and now after i download it the ask me to like recover it from google drive or one drive and i've tried that and nothing it's i have never had an account there so how can i resolve this issue please help i have some sensitive passwords there

Enpass is a great software. I switched from keepassX under Linux. I don't need it for Android but I consider buying it anyway. Bug Report: The "Use Website Icons" does not always work, it never seem to work for some TLD like: .IO .BR .APP It is easy to double all entries by mistake. I feature "eliminate double entries" would be great.

Hi, I am using the latest version of Enpass portable from the download section on this site and run it on a Windows 10 machine. Actually I am missing the option to sync with my iCloud, the other options like OneDrive, Google, Box, WebDAV... are available Are there any pre-requisites to make iCloud appear? How many backup files are recommended to keep on my system? I'm exceptionally happy with this product and have no issues to date. I use auto backups and do manual backups when ever I add or modify data on the Enpass system. I noticed the auto backups are "daily" and therefore the backup folder is growing by 500k for each backup. It would be nice to have auto backups at various frequencies (e.g., daily, monthly, quarterly, annually). I could just keep the latest backup and perhaps also keep one backup for each month for a years worth of backups. What do others typically do or recommend? Thanks in advance. Jim K

Starting yesterday, my Enpass App would not start anymore. The error message was CLiP license device ID does not match the device ID in the bound device license. I could not work around that and decided to reinstall the app. After removing it, I went into the Microsoft Store and downloaded it again. However, the installation process fails. The information reads "Acquiring License ..." and then it reports an error, error code 0xC0EA000A. What can I do? I basically cannot install Enpass on Windows anymore. Hi, I just installed Enpass and played a little. Looked nice so far. So, I created my 10 categories, each with a template, where I added all the fields and separators. The templates look nice and work fine. Then I wanted to import my 2324 items from Excel. I did not manage this. The template is not properly taken, so it means I have to work on each item, which is impossible. My computer has a small solid state drive (C: drive) for the OS and program applications. I try and store the application data on a large drive (D: drive) to avoid filling up my C: drive with data. I am using the Windows desktop version of Enpass 6.5.2. I have read that I should be able to change the location of the vault under Settings>Advanced>Data Location and that there should be a Change Location button. I do not see a change location button. The current Data Location is C:\Users\Golfball\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState but I do not see anyway to change where Enpass will store and look for the vault. I have Enpass saved to my computer (Windows) and phone (Samsung) and they are connected via Dropbox. The passwords used to automatically update on both devices when I saved them on either my phone or my computer, but now the information is not being sent across, despite the fact that when I go into 'sync' it says it has synced. guys when the heck are you going to fix the tags bug? ive been asking for past few months. i have tags like sub folders. how the heck do i create a new item under the tag without it getting duplicated. when i go to the tag, such that the tag is highlighted, and i create a new item under that tag, instead of appearing under that tag section, this item gets auto created under a duplicate of that same tag, instead of being under the tag which i actually wanted it to be. ive asked this question so many time and it is getting frustrating, its been several months already you guys have not given a fix. i suggest we chat on telegram/whatsapp. u connect to my pc vi…

On Enpass 6.3.3 I am noticing a unique behavior. When I click on the minimize button for the first time after starting the application, instead of minimizing, it pops right back up on the screen to its original position from where I clicked the button. When I click the minimize button the second time, it works properly and continues to work properly.

Hello, I am using the latest Enpass on Windows 10. The issue I have noticed is that scaling looks off with certain items very large or certain very small. Due to this I applied this fix: https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/troubleshooting/enpass-looks-too-small-or-big-on-my-display-how-can-i-fix-it/ Although after setting this setting the Enpass application becomes very laggy ... all the animations run very choppy and overall the application becomes slow to use. So I went and disabled the setting and the lag from the application finished. Can we get a permanent fix for scaling without side effects?

Been using Enpass for at least a couple years. After updating to 6.5.2 (727) I can not long open the execution file, Enpass.exe. I try double clicking and right click + open. Neither work. If I select Run As Administrator the application will open. Since I've never had to do that previously, what can I do to avoid that extra step? Thank you.

I've been using Enpass for a couple of years now, but since a couple of days it's been tripping by McAfee detection: McAfee deletes these files, but the next day they're back and detected again. I'm on 6.4.3 (666) on a Windows 10 laptop.

Hello, I am using Enpass on a Mac. I used and still I am using WebDAV to save the safe on my QSync-NAS (xxx-NAS-01) and to sync with my iPhone. Everythink worked fine. Than I had to switch to another QSync-NAS (xxx-NAS-02) of mine. Everything is still working fine with the exception, that by starting the first time a complete shutdown (command + Q) Enpass tries to find the NAS-01 not longer used. I have click on "OK" that the NAS-01 is not found, than Enpass will start (Sorry, I cannot describe the last sentence better in english). Is there a point in the "MAC-Registry", where the former NAS-01 is still listed? Thanks

Title says it. Unknown circumstances cause no mouse input to be registered within enpass. Sometimes a reboot fixes this, but is very annoying. Also I cannot access my passwords when it's in this state. Mouse input is ignored, and that applied to the preferences window as well.

As the title, I tried to use Enpass plugin with Firefox in windows 10 but it seems that it doesnt work properly like in other browsers. When i select the item that should bring me to the site and enter automatically, nothing happens. With Chrome it works perfectly... What I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
