Hi, I am trying to setup a 'family vault' to share creds whithin my family. I created a new secondary vault. When I try to enable Sync with google drive, the google authentication pops up in my browser where I enable Anpass Access (for another google-Account than my primary vault-sync-account). I get: Authorization Finished! but hitting the 'redirect' - button doesn' t do anything. The loading-ring in Enpass (current version on Win1909) keeps turning but nothing happens. Reboot doesn' t help.

Hi, I just installed Enpass and played a little. Looked nice so far. So, I created my 10 categories, each with a template, where I added all the fields and separators. The templates look nice and work fine. Then I wanted to import my 2324 items from Excel. I did not manage this. The template is not properly taken, so it means I have to work on each item, which is impossible. Hi ... If I don't have problems, I don't follow the forum on Enpass. I would assume that most people are the same way. I would like to suggest that you create a new forum topic with the name similar to "Enpass Version Tracker". In this topic, keep a running changelog and indicate the most recent stable version that customers should be running. That is my suggestion ... Now, my issue to day is "How do I check what version I am running" and "How do I know if I am not running the latest version". Thank you

I recently upgraded Windows to the latest version and it broke my Enpass installation. I uninstalled the app and tried to install from Windows marketplace, this kept giving me an unknown error so I downloaded the 32-bit version from Enpass website and installed successfully. However, I am now no longer able to access my vault. I am confident that I know my master password but it is not being accepted (which now worries me that I do not know the password...) I have Enpass installed on my Android phone and on a 2nd Windows computer. Is there any way to access the master password from one of these devices or to download the database and install it in a new user account?

Sometimes when I scroll through my saved data, the Enpass windows are flickering and suddenly I have to start scrolling from the top again. Even when I am editing an item and Enpass is synchronizing in the background, I sometimes have to press the edit button again and start editing the item again.

Hello, I am using the latest Enpass on Windows 10. The issue I have noticed is that scaling looks off with certain items very large or certain very small. Due to this I applied this fix: https://www.enpass.io/support/kb/troubleshooting/enpass-looks-too-small-or-big-on-my-display-how-can-i-fix-it/ Although after setting this setting the Enpass application becomes very laggy ... all the animations run very choppy and overall the application becomes slow to use. So I went and disabled the setting and the lag from the application finished. Can we get a permanent fix for scaling without side effects?

Hi, I am using enpass since 2 years. For backup of main passwords data i am using second account, just to store most important passwords of my accounts. I tried to log in to the backup account (restore data from google drive of backup account) but it shows no enpass 6 data available, while i was using it on enpass 6 only. I formatted my backup phone and reinstalled the enpass app. after that i got this issue. I've attached screenshots for the same. google drive is showing enpass in apps.

Hello, For the past month or so, the Enpass app continuously crashes when I try to use it in Firefox. Symptoms: It seems that after Firefox starts up for the first time after (re)booting windows and you try to use Enpass either by clicking the extension icon or using the keyboard shortcut, nothing happens. The app crashes and automatically attempts to reload forcing a reauthentication with the browser. It forces me to enter my master password again after this crash. I cannot SYNC Enpass. It tells me that "it seems that password of data on OneDrive as been changed lately. Please enter new password". That's not true, I did NOT change the password. In fact I JUST LOGGED IN TO ONEDRIVE ON THIS PC USING THE PASSWORD ENPASS TELLS ME IS INCORRECT. So now what do I do??

I have been using Windows 10 QuickAssist the last couple of days to help a neighbor with a computer hacking problem. I have noticed that using Enpass during the session can cause a crash. And Enpass definitely crashes after QuickAssist is closed. I hope that this problem can be investigated and corrected. However, it is not something that I do regularly, and I don't feel this is a major problem. Thanks

Hi, I am hoping someone can answer this question. I can't seem for the life of me, to be able to get the identity to autofill email addresses on webforms. It will fill out all other information. I can get it to fill email addresses on logins but for some reason not identities. I have tried changing the field type to text, didn't work, checked for errant spaces, etc. Any suggestions?

Hello there, I have some problems to launch enpass. I wanted to try the free version and I downloaded it for Windows 8. Enpass is correctly installed on my pc but an error appears when I launch it. The error says that a .dll file is not present on pc. I uninstalled enpass and installed it again but nothing. Please, could you help me? What it is wrong? Two minor glitches, but thought I’d mention them. Windows 10 Pro 1909 / Enpass 6.4.2 (669) Desktop app: If I manually adjust the app window to say ¼ screen, Enpass will remember that setting when I exit the app and next open it. However, if I press Maximize and then exit the window, Enpass will overwrite my manually adjusted setting, leaving it with two Maximized positions. Essentially the window size at Exit is what Enpass stores as its Restore Down window size. If I always press Restore Down before pressing exit, Enpass will remember my ¼ size window. my username does, but no the password field I've double-checked my login in enpass and the password value field type is set to "password"

There is a nasty bug that makes the use of Enpass cumbersome (tested on both Windows and macOS). Namely, keyboard shortcuts to copy the password, user name, or URL. I usually use the one for copying password (on macOS it is Shift + Command + P), so let me concentrate on it. The steps to reproduce the issue: Option + Command + P (this is my shortcut for opening Enpass Assistant), Type any text to filter items, With arrow keys select the one you are interested in, Press Shift + Command + P to copy the password. I've installed and registered Enpass on my laptop and it works great. Now that I've confirmed it does everything I want, I need to set up Enpass on my wife's desktop. I'm a new user and I'm trying to import my website details from a csv file (formerly excel format) using the Enpass Logins format per instructions. The same instructions say to select "Pre-formatted CSV" from the import options selections. However, this option does not show up in the list of import options. Is there a work around for this ? e.g., should I make my csv look like a LastPass csv or some other password manager csv format

i just dont understand no matter how many times i update, your tag issues seems to be a complete bug on windows. now imagine i have 2 tags, and i have an item under a tag and i try to drag it to a new tag, what happens is it creates 2 tags such that the item appears under both tags, this is so stupid and frsutrating, the whole point of a user moving/dragging an item to a new tag is to move it there just like a folder. now lets say i have 2 tags, and now if i add a tag manually by typing, into the tag field which shows auto suggestions/auto complete and if i select one of the suggested tag, now it does not make the item appear under the extra…

Hi there, I'm using the Enpass version from the Microsoft Store and also paid for the full version. Half the time I click on the Chrome Edge extension to auto fill my login, the main Enpass application crashes. I submitted my crash reports since half a year and for at least 50 times now, but the issue does not seem to be fixed yet. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application with also re-adding my vault. But it still crashes. Can somebody help me or can anyone from the dev team have a look? Thanks! I think this is a bug that shouldn't happen. I did an enpass reset but after I wanted to re-run the sync again I came to the conclusion that my webdav sync file was also gone. I did the enpass reset on win10 the webdav file was on a synology NAS. No worries I made multiple back-ups of the enpass vault.

I've been using Enpass with my team at work successfully for several years. We've only had the one, primary, vault and it has been stored on our NextCloud server, allowing each of us to sync via WebDav. We've now got a new member of staff. I don't want to give them access to the full vault from day 1, so I was thinking of setting up a second vault that would be shared with them and then copy items over as and when they need them. I've just tried this with Google Drive. Syncing works fine but I cannot find the data on Google Drive in order to share it with my new member of staff. I am running Enpass on Windows 10 (version from the Microsoft Store). It has suddenly stopped syncing with Dropbox, although had been working previously. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still have the same problem. 1. I can connect to Dropbox and Enable access successfully. When I select Open Enpass Password Manager in the browser, the Enpass App then tries to connect to Dropbox but returns the message: "Error while restoring data".
