Hi there A few days ago, all devices (mac & iPhones) keep asking for a OneDrive password (what?) "Password of data on OneDrive is required" Needless to say i have not changed my password Any thoughts? Enpass 6.4.0 and macOS 10.15.4 Thank you in advance

I am using a licesenced version of 6.4.3 (666) on my Windows 10 Desktop and my Android devices. I think it is possible to add attachments to an entry, but I have no idea how to do so. Any hints?

When i start Enpass (not the windows store one) i get a white screen in the enpass window, the process hangs and i can't shut it down via the Task Manager. Only a reboot works. What i have tried so fair: Repair Enpass Reinstall Enpass Backup enpass folder and delete it Trying a previous version Trying portable version of Enpass I don't know where i can find a crash log.

An item's webforms has an extra field, and after I clear the item's webforms, the search will also find the item's extra field. If I re-save this item on the webform, I see what should be cleared. I tried to export the JSON and found that some of the fields I had deleted were still there. So how do I completely remove the deleted field data from the application directly? If you wish to retain such information, why not add an extra field called deleted (Boolean)? When the field data is deleted set the value of this field to true like "deleted": true. He said I had the same password for two of my items. But when I clicked on it, I saw only one item. I tried deleting it and creating a new one, but it still shows two identical passwords! This is bothering me a lot, how can I fix this problem? I'm wondering if there's an item I can't see because I've created and deleted this site. And then this invisible item causes a field mapping problem. Enpass: v6.4.0 portable.

Enpass has a problem loading on Windows 10 Build 20201.rs_prerelease.200822-1922 (or the release prior to this) Not responding window for over a min or two. Data file on google drive. No other system problems Thanks..

The default field will change its name according to the language of the program interface, but if I add my own field, I can't change the display name according to the language of the program even if the name is the same. So I would like to know if there is a way to create the same field as the default field to change the display name according to the language of the program interface? Thanks.

Having no luck setting up Enpass on a new laptop when trying to restore from my previous pc. I have tried the backup restore method and I receive "Internal Error -995" and when trying to restore. When I try from my cloud (dropbox) account I receive password and/or key used are incorrect and I am certain both are correct. I am open to suggestions and thank you for assisting. Kind Regards. I am running Enpass on Windows 10 (version from the Microsoft Store). It has suddenly stopped syncing with Dropbox, although had been working previously. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still have the same problem. 1. I can connect to Dropbox and Enable access successfully. When I select Open Enpass Password Manager in the browser, the Enpass App then tries to connect to Dropbox but returns the message: "Error while restoring data". Everything else is working normally, including network connections etc. 2. In the absence of the Dropbox link, I restored from a local backup and then tried to register. Hi, I am trying to setup a 'family vault' to share creds whithin my family. I created a new secondary vault. When I try to enable Sync with google drive, the google authentication pops up in my browser where I enable Anpass Access (for another google-Account than my primary vault-sync-account). I get: Authorization Finished! but hitting the 'redirect' - button doesn' t do anything. The loading-ring in Enpass (current version on Win1909) keeps turning but nothing happens. Reboot doesn' t help.

Hi ... If I don't have problems, I don't follow the forum on Enpass. I would assume that most people are the same way. I would like to suggest that you create a new forum topic with the name similar to "Enpass Version Tracker". In this topic, keep a running changelog and indicate the most recent stable version that customers should be running. That is my suggestion ... Now, my issue to day is "How do I check what version I am running" and "How do I know if I am not running the latest version". Thank you

I recently upgraded Windows to the latest version and it broke my Enpass installation. I uninstalled the app and tried to install from Windows marketplace, this kept giving me an unknown error so I downloaded the 32-bit version from Enpass website and installed successfully. However, I am now no longer able to access my vault. I am confident that I know my master password but it is not being accepted (which now worries me that I do not know the password...) I have Enpass installed on my Android phone and on a 2nd Windows computer. Is there any way to access the master password from one of these devices or to download the database and install it in a new user account?

Sometimes when I scroll through my saved data, the Enpass windows are flickering and suddenly I have to start scrolling from the top again. Even when I am editing an item and Enpass is synchronizing in the background, I sometimes have to press the edit button again and start editing the item again.

Hello, For the past month or so, the Enpass app continuously crashes when I try to use it in Firefox. Symptoms: It seems that after Firefox starts up for the first time after (re)booting windows and you try to use Enpass either by clicking the extension icon or using the keyboard shortcut, nothing happens. The app crashes and automatically attempts to reload forcing a reauthentication with the browser. It forces me to enter my master password again after this crash. The tray icon in the Windows taskbar duplicates so it shows two Enpass icons. When you mouse over one of them it'll disappear further enforcing the theory that the app hard cr…

I am seeing a strange behavior with the password generator. When I select the generate button, I get a password, when I hit the Fill button, it fills the password field with another password. This is causing me to have broken application access.

Hi, I am using enpass since 2 years. For backup of main passwords data i am using second account, just to store most important passwords of my accounts. I tried to log in to the backup account (restore data from google drive of backup account) but it shows no enpass 6 data available, while i was using it on enpass 6 only. I formatted my backup phone and reinstalled the enpass app. after that i got this issue. I've attached screenshots for the same. google drive is showing enpass in apps.

I cannot SYNC Enpass. It tells me that "it seems that password of data on OneDrive as been changed lately. Please enter new password". That's not true, I did NOT change the password. In fact I JUST LOGGED IN TO ONEDRIVE ON THIS PC USING THE PASSWORD ENPASS TELLS ME IS INCORRECT. So now what do I do??

after windows update enpass delete all data from vault and i can't restore from backup anymore (internal error 995). when i try to setup a new vault i get error "setup default location" somthing like that. but i can't change it. i used the traditional 32bit version and all worked fine. its just the Microsoft Store Version is bugged.

I have been using Windows 10 QuickAssist the last couple of days to help a neighbor with a computer hacking problem. I have noticed that using Enpass during the session can cause a crash. And Enpass definitely crashes after QuickAssist is closed. I hope that this problem can be investigated and corrected. However, it is not something that I do regularly, and I don't feel this is a major problem. Thanks

Hello there, I have some problems to launch enpass. I wanted to try the free version and I downloaded it for Windows 8. Enpass is correctly installed on my pc but an error appears when I launch it. The error says that a .dll file is not present on pc. I uninstalled enpass and installed it again but nothing. Please, could you help me? What it is wrong? I am considering, once again, moving from Roboform to Enpass but the import from Roboform 6 is still broken. From other forum posts it looks like it has been over a year since anyone from enpass actually engaged on this issue. Is there still support available for migrating from Roboform 6? I have followed the knowledgebase steps, just like everyone else, and I am getting the "Nothing to Import" error, just like everyone else. Can someone help? Thanks

Very odd issue here. Up until today I have had a taskbar shortcut for Enpass. Now, it is just in the system tray, minimized, and my shorcut is gone. This is really annoying. I tried searching for the program file so I could pin a shortcut to the taskbar again, and I run into another issue, I can't find it. Tried searching in the windows 10 search bar as well as searching the C drive. What should I do? I have a lifetime subscription and I'd really like to have that shortcut on my taskbar.
