  1. Hey i couldnt find a fitting topic to post in so i post it in a common Topic. After Purchase the Homepage said i received an email - when i checked i did not get an email, and yes i checked the main folder and spam folder to see if i received any email from my purchase. i can provide anything to proof i bought it.   2. When "All Vaults" are selected, there is no way of moving an item to another vault. This is only possible, when a single vault is selected. As for me, I cannot think of any technical reason for limitation. Product: Enpass Beta Version: 6.4.2.667 System: macOS Mojave (10.14) Locale: de_DE

    I’m not able to set-up iCloud Sync on Win10 as its doesn’t open an authentication page. I click the iCloud Sync option, I get presented with the following message, but nothing happens: “You have been redirected to the iCloud login page. Please log in” - But nothing happens. If I try Google Drive, or OneDrive for example they open a browser window to authenticate. This doesn’t even attempt to open a browser window. I just see the message. Issue on Windows 10 Pro. Latest version. Using the latest version of Enpass 6.4.2 Any advice would be most grateful. Thanks.

  6. Hello, I'm pretty new to Enpass, coming from Keepass. Now I searched for an History function and found out that Enpass should have such an functionality as well. In the release notes from the forum I have read that this should show up after you change any field (except the notice field). But I cant see this anywhere. Is this a bug or wasthe feature removed? I use the Win32 app for Windows and have a Enpass Pro licence. Greetings, Nico

    Windows 10 is my operating system on Desktop. iOS 13.5.1 on iPhone. Sync using Dropbox. PDF attachments don't open on the Desktop version, while they open on the iPhone. When I right-click on the attachment, only the Save option appears, not the Open option. (See picture attached.) What to do?

    The display of indented text in a notes field is about the size of 10 or more spaces. Fun fact: if you test this with actual spaces you will need 22 of them.

  9. When all text in a notes field is selected, the cursor and focus are placed at the end of the text. This is especially notable when the text is scrolling due to its length. This is a behaviour which is – as far as I am concerned – unique to Enpass and thus confusing. Plus: there should be either a text selection or a blinking caret - not both. Having all text selected, pressing of the cursor up key should place the caret at the beginning of the text, just like cursor left does. Instead, the caret is placed in the line directly above the end of the text.

  10. Very odd issue here. Up until today I have had a taskbar shortcut for Enpass. Now, it is just in the system tray, minimized, and my shorcut is gone. This is really annoying. I tried searching for the program file so I could pin a shortcut to the taskbar again, and I run into another issue, I can't find it. Tried searching in the windows 10 search bar as well as searching the C drive. What should I do? I have a lifetime subscription and I'd really like to have that shortcut on my taskbar.

    Turned on my PC today and Enpass failed to load. Gave an error saying it couldn't find the startup exe. I can't manually start Enpass, you get the icon but nothing happens when selected. Anyone else experienced the same? Its like it has been uninstalled without removing the shortcuts.

    Hi, I guess several (maybe 6 to 8) weeks ago it starts, that i could't enter my enpass from my (payed full version access) Windows destop app anymore. The Backup is synced in my dropbox and I run it also on my i-phone but a 25PW restrictet free version. Since couple weeks my windows desktop app has allways shown wrong master password. Tryed many times to enter password by hand, by copy an paste and so on, doesn't work. For me it was Okay for the time becaus I had the most important passwords on my iphone. But now I crashed my Iphone and I needed my enpass accass on another I phone. So I used the last Iphon backup and I opened it with enpass on my new Iphone wit…

  13. Hello, since a few weeks I have the same problem that has been described for the MacOs version already in combination with OneDrive. Just that I have it with Windows and WebDav. It stopped syncing returning the error, that the password of data on WebDav is required. Before everything worked fine, now it doesn't. First I thought it might be my fault but after trying several different approaches I think it's rather not. I deleted the whole sync setup and deleted the data on the WebDav share. Setting it up again and syncing works fine, until I change some data (like adding a new login) then it starts failing. The same goes with the Android version. It seems changin…

    Hello! I use Enpass on three devices, a Linux Laptop, a Surface running Windows 10, and an iPhone. Today I noticed that the cloud icon turned red on all of them, and I was prompted to enter a password - but I never changed my password on OneDrive. I reset Enpass and synced it again, but when I enter my master password, I'm told that my password is wrong - but I entered it correctly!

    Hi, I have Enpass 6.4.2 on my Desktop and my vault sync is done through iCloud. I would like to move my sync process from iCloud to Google Drive. But before I do that, I want to make sure that the Enpass vault that was synced on iCloud is deleted or blanked out. i understand that the vault on iCloud is a hidden file and there is no way for me to delete the vault file on iCloud. What steps do you suggest me to take so that I can sync like an empty vault from my Windows PC to iCloud, which will overwrite the vault in iCloud? Thank you.

    I am considering, once again, moving from Roboform to Enpass but the import from Roboform 6 is still broken. From other forum posts it looks like it has been over a year since anyone from enpass actually engaged on this issue. Is there still support available for migrating from Roboform 6? I have followed the knowledgebase steps, just like everyone else, and I am getting the "Nothing to Import" error, just like everyone else. Can someone help? Thanks

  17. I have stored multiple password references from my multiple vaults in Enpass. These references all have the same master password and keyfile. Since Enpass is going to warn me that I use the same password multiple times, I want to exclude it. But when I exclude these items, they still remain with "identical". This problem is on all my devices, so my Windows laptop, Android phone and Chromebook.

    Hello, I have been using Enpass for a few years and it has served me well. My needs are simple - my devices are a desktop and a laptop - both win 10. My vault is on OneDrive. I use my desktop 80% of the time but when away from my city home, I use my laptop. Until today, I thought that there was one vault (database) which was accessed by both devices. Then I discovered a password on Enpass on the laptop which was a previous version. Further exploration confirmed it. My desktop vault info says I have 103 passwords but my laptop shows only 93.     Long time user and perhaps cause of the tags/item relics in question. I have a tag which shows items but some of those items don't actually exist. They seem to have been items that have been deleted or moved to other vaults. For one such moved item, if I'm in "All Items" view of "All Vaults" and search for the errant item, only one item shows. If I goto the Tags view with no search, I see listed 2 of the same item. If I click on one of those items, it shows the information as it should, whereas the other "bad" item is blank. And as these are not valid items, I can't delete them. How can I clean these out? This is the same on Desktop (6.4.2) and IOS (6.4.4).

  22. I needed to reinstall Enpass. When I try to run the App for the first time it asks me to sync the data. I select OneDrive. It successfully opens Edge but uses my personal account to try and sync. I need to sync with my corporate OneDrive but have not been able to figure out how to use the corporate Edge profile instead of the personal one. As a result I am not able to access any of my data. how can i get it to authorize on my other edge profile account?

    Hi, I am evaluating Enpass with the intention of purchasing the full license. Overall I am happy so far. But, I am trying to find out how to export (and import) the data in .CSV format. In some other forums people mentioned that there is a menu option for import/export. But, in the version I downloaded from Windows 10 (application store), I can't find any menu bar at all. I also downloaded the stand alone installation 'Enpass Password Manager 6.2' from the website and installed it (after uninstalling the Appstore version). I can't find the menu bar in there either. PLEASE HELP.

    Like two weeks ago, Enpass stopped working. When starting, the app showed like it was being started from scratch, not recognizing it had vaults sync'ed via Dropbox. Trying to make it use Dropbox sync'ing, ends up showing the permission grant access view at dropbox.com in the browser. After accepting, Enpass is started again (i see it in the taskbar), but it dies after 2-3 seconds. And, if I start again, the same cycle takes place. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the Microsoft Store, noticing that directory /AppData/Local/Packages/SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_INSTALL_ID is completely deleted -so no potentially corrupted data seems …
