I have always set the global hotkey to Ctrl + Alt + P to open the Enpass Assistant. This still works every time. But the shortcuts, e.g. to copy passwords by using Ctrl + Shift + P, do not work properly anymore. They only work after I opened the Enpass Assistant through the taskbar (bottom right in windows). At least that is my explanation right now. It started after the update of version 6.3.2 to 6.4.1. Can others confirm that? By the way: The shortcuts are very poorly documented. I think they were mentioned in the user manual for an older version of enpass, but I can't find them in the user manual for version 6.4.1.

I clicked "Checked for Updates", the app goes to the screen "Checking for updates", the icon spins...BUT... The application never stops spinning, and the check for updates never completes. I've waited a day, and no success. It used to work. I think it stopped working after the last update. Thank you. Enpass 6.4.1 (643) Windows 10

On Windows 10 we have Enpass 6 (we tried from store and the other one). After we install the app and start it, it wants to resync. We tell it, we use Google Drive. It then asks which account and we choose our account. Then it wants to "Restore from Google Drive" It asks for a "password of data" What is this password? It is not the enpass masterpassword not the password to the google account. To my knowledge there is no special password for Google Drive!?

I bought Roboform back in version 6 and have been a long time user, however with recent changes to their model, I am seeing a better non-cloud solution. I downloaded your Desktop application and was about to purchase it when I decided to try to import my Data first. I exported the Data to an HTML file and selected Roboform for the the input type. - FAIL - No data found. I exported the Data to a CSV file and tried to import the CSV file - FAIL - No data found. Then re-read the instruction in your manual. I exported (saved) to a htm file and I still received a No data found error. Is your application still compatible with Roboform? Thank you.

Hi, Can you tell me what Autosubmit Login check mark does? Does that mean that it will auto log you in when you are on a website?

On the Windows 10 App. When generating a password. You click on copy. It will copy the current password to the clipboard then changes the password displayed but this password is not remembered anywhere. Hence after a while Enpass will clear the password from the clipboard, and it will be lost forever. Can you alter it so that everytime I click on 'Copy' it will save the password in the history?

Greetings, yesterday I made an update and the Backup (save and restore) function seems to be gone? Can anyone tell me pls how to save and restore backup? Maybe Im too stupid, but I cant find it anymore. Regards Mark

Hallo, I'm syncing on 5 devices (Windows, Windows Store, Android and Linux; everywhere the same behavior) in total and I have different tresors. Every tresor is syncing without any problem, but one throws this error. When I set up Enpass new, all passwords get loaded from the webdav folder but when I set up the sync after, its not working. The other tresors dont't have any problem (same webdav user, almost same folder like /Enpass/Tresor1, /Enpass/Tresor2). I use Enpass on several platforms and I am a heavy user (I use it at least 20-50 times a day). On Windows 10 (latest Enpass from Store, latest patches installed) Enpass is crashing at least once a day - sometimes more often. Enpass- can you please spend some time and make this app stable? It is so annoying (really!) to restart the app all the time, especially if you're using a keyfile that you need to select each time the app starts (beceuase Enpass can not memorize the last used path for whatever reeason) and you have a long and complex passphrase to enter. Please, plase. Make the windows app as stable as the OS X or Linux version!

Some days ago Firefox started to freeze for around 1 minute regularly, sometimes as much as every 3 minutes it would freeze for one minute. I noticed that if I deactivate the Enpass plugin it stopped freezing. So I ran without the plugin for a while and thought I would activate it again to see what happens. It worked for a few hours but then my browser froze again. When it did I noticed Enpass stopped responding also and it later crashed. If I tried to restart Enpass again it wouldn't, nothing happened when I clicked the Enpass icon. I had to restart Windows in order to get Enpass running again. Hello... Not sure what happened between one drive and my master password. I can't login my enpass on my PC it doesn't recognize and master password that I would have used. This is the second time this one drive thing has happened but was able to get everything back to normal. Not now.... What I did was deleted my enpass off my pc and deleted the files on one drive. Was following one of the helps on this site. I had no luck. So installed a clean version on my PC, went to let it restore off my backup.... BUT wants the master password. I went through everything I could have used and nothing. Im frustrated to no end.... I still have a copy of enpass on my andro…

Hello. From some weeks now, I cannot open any URL in Enpass (6.3.3), when Firefox is set as the default Web browser. PC with Windows 10. It works when changing the default to Google Chrome. So, that problem seems related to Firefox. The Firefox clean operation didn't change anything. Is this case known ? Thanks for your help.

How can I buy enpass on Windows?

The latest Enpass 6.4.0 on Mac broke OneDrive sync. I have two OneDrive connections: one private and one business. The private one was used for sync, but it forces me to use the OneDrive for Business account with the latest version and that is a no-go. There seems to be no work around for this one.

Hey guys, I am searching a way to start the enpass windows 10 app automatically minimized when the pc turns on. I already put a shortcut into the autostart folder. The app starts but unfortunately not minimized, although I changed the setting to minimized. Hopefully someone can help me!

After the latest update (6.4.0 b632), autofill for Microsoft Office 365 for Business Accounts appears to be broken. I have tested this with both the Chrome and Firefox Extensions. Both have the same results. The URL(s) in question are: portal.office.com login.microsoftonline.com Thanks!

So i have been using enpass premium for a while and yesterday i enabled key file also for my vault. Now whenever i open the assistant using the browser or the desktop app, it each time asks me to select the key file. The app should remeber the location of the keyfile which it does not. I am running fedora 31.

Hello, after update 6.4.0 connection to onedrive is lost. Reconnect doesn't work, because the authorication-/login-form for OneDrive is not shown. What can i do?

I have Enpass 6.4.0 (632) running with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 OS build 18363.720 and I have Enpass 6.4.1.329 on my phone with Android 7.0. I'm syncing via OneDrive. The desktop version of Enpass confirms syncing without an error message and also the Android version confirms syncing. However, since of recently new entries in the desktop version don't show up on my Android Enpass any more. Any clue? Kind regard Yunko

Hello ENPass team, first: Congratulations to your great password software but version 6.3.0 is a big step backwards concerning security. My internal software recognizes that ENPass wants to connect to your server at several times at day. Why? As for a security software this is a no go. I bought this software because it works OFFLINE - no "cloud" nonsense necessary. One time connection for registration/license process is okay but nothing more. Altough ENPass will distributed via Apple Store and an additional license process is not necessary. Please why do you make this?
