Hello everyone, first topic here. Sorry if it is in wrong place. My problem is that I bought a new computer and I can not perform the Enpass sync setup with Google Drive. What happened was as follows: 1 - At the first installation everything went fine in the Enpass configuration, but I could not get it to work with Chrome. 2 - After many attempts to configure the extension I decided to uninstall everything and reinstall everything again (remembering it is a new computer). 3 - I could not perform the software configuration, it was locked on the screen of the attached image. 4 - I uninstalled everything, deleted the Enpass folders from the computer,…

Is there a way for me to see all of my entries that have not been added to a folder? My purpose here is to find entries that I have forgotten to categorize to a folder. If not, it would be great if there was either 1) a "None" folder that an entry is in by default until it gets added to a folder (LastPass has this) or 2) a smarter search query that could allow you to search for folder = null

Been using enpass for a while on windows 10, chrome, firefox, and android, trying to decide whether to leave lastpass. lost my laptop, just bought a chromebook (pixel). I have no problem installing the enpass app and the extension, but i keep getting this message: "Enpass Connection Error Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension." I believe I have selected the extension in the app but i still get that same message. Help!

Windows 10 + Enpass PM 5.6.19 (5548) + Extension 5.5.2 + Chrome 70.0.3538.54 (Windows 10 - Ok) (Enpass - OK) (Chrome - OK), but ( Extension on Chrome not working) I Tried everything, Remove, Reinstall and nothing! Any suggestion?

The Firefox extension (add-on) works initially, when I install it from Enpass, but the next time I boot up Windows 10 and try to open it, it won't work. Neither the hotkey combinatuion, nor the toolbar icon bring up Enpass. I have to reinstall the add-on from Enpass for it to work again. I have checked that NMHost is installed and that it's referenced in the registry. Could it be antivirus-related? Just upgraded to version 6.0 for Windows 10 and immediately discovered display bug on records which contain both English & Chinese characters. Please have a look at the following two screenshots. They clearly show that there are some odd (terrible) spacing among English & Chinese characters, rendering them impossible to read. Such problem did not exist in previous version (5.x) for Windows. Please know that, although these characters are in mess, it is a display problem only. After installing the newest 6 update, Enpass Windows 10 desktop version will not sync with Google Drive. When Sync is initiated, it goes through the process of connecting and authenticating the API, but it never completes the process within the desktop app.

Hi, Just installed version 6. No shortcut will work on chrome unfortunately. Tried changing the default ctrl+/ to something else and turning back to the original with no success. Also enpass does not ask me to save new log ins. Tried a couple sites to make sure. Finally, when double clicking on the tray enpass opens in the browser ui, not the full one and i need to choose the open enpass option to get that. Maybe that's how it was intended though even if i would prefer the opposite. Tried reboot and re-installation, but issues remained. Thanks for the new update, hope minor issues get sorted soon. I've been using Enpass 6 since this day and it feels like a brand new app. It works well for me, but I have suddenly lost the ability to change the order of the fields. How can you change order of the fields on Enpass 6?

Hi, I updated to version 6 recently and after restarting Enpass, it won't ask for my master password but to create a new database. I selected to sync with my existing Nextcloud setup but Enpass is telling me, that there's not Enpass data available. It worked like a charm in version 5, so what's up with version 6 now?

Hi, since the new version when I log into Windows the Enpass app starts automatically but not in the background. I have the "Open automatically on system startup" not ticked but this still happens. Bug? Win 10

Is there a way to choose the vault when logging in? With multiple vaults the default is always the primary vault so everyone is able to access other people’s passwords. This is the case for the extensions but also for the Enpass application.

Some of the items (Bank) do not work after I migrated to v6. They were working in the previous version v5. The User name & Password field gets filled but the password field gets refreshed with spaces and login is not effected. I am not sure for how many more items this problem is inherent. I don't want to rollback to V5. So help me fast please.

I am thankful for Enpass's team for their quick assistance after the big update to Enpass 6. I got my Sync working with OneDrive and Premium features working on all my devices. One thing I liked about Lastpass which I think you should include in your new release is the ability to keep a history of all the password changes for a particular login.

How do I import or update the version 5 database to version 6? I understand ver 6 does nor support the databases from older version, but why cant I import the old data?

I was under the impression that version was a free upgrade from version 5? But after downloading version 6 is resides next to version 5 in my start menu with no premium functions. Not the 6 dollars matter, I can but it again. I just want to know the facts. And I don't want to purchase until I have an explonation to why I cant import my version 5 database.

I have enpass 6 windows store version on one computer and enpass 6 traditional on another. Both are set to sync to dropbox. It seems like the primary vault is synced, but a secondary vault i made on the windows store version is not syncing to the traditional version? Is this a known issue or should it work?

Enpass Version 6 is Flagged as a virus by Cisco Amp and instantly quarantined preventing any use of the software on windows 7, is there a work around for this.

Hi, I have a question regarding windows hello. I don't have any other 3rd party apps that support Windows Hello, so I'm not sure if it's normal, but every time Enpass uses Windows Hello, I have to press Enter or click OK to continue after my identity was verified. Is there a setting to continue without prompting? Thanks!

I just upgraded to Enpass 6. When I try to setup sync to Google Drive again, I get the error message "Something went wrong -1". I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Does the traditional v6 Windows Program support Keyfiles? Going under the Advance options, I don't see an option to Create or Select a Keyfile. Thanks.

I have been using the new version 6 on Windows 10 for a few days and I have found the following issues: 1. The 'Duplicate' menu item (I recall that it was in the Edit menu) is now missing - or at least I can't find it. Has this feature been removed? 2. Password generator - the minimum number of words for pronounceable passwords is now 3. It used to be 2. A 3 word password is too long. Is this a bug or was the change intentional? 3. Custom logos - I like this new feature. However I have had some difficulty selecting the correct dimensions for an icon that will work properly. I have found by trial & error that an icon with an approx dimension of 200x200…

Good evening, since the installation of the version 6.0.2 and the corresponding Firefox extension 6.0.0 I get the FireFox extension no longer synchronized. I have to call now always the main program to get to the passwords and the function "automatically fill" does not work. A fresh installation of Enpass and the extension did not help. On 2 laptops it does not work, on another third laptop the connection worked. I'm at a loss now why it does not work on two devices. I've installed the Win32 version everywhere, not the store version. I downloaded the extension on the Enpass page. Can someone help me?

The new enpass version brought an awesome feature allowing to add my custom icons. However it doesn't work seamlessly so far. I've been struggling for a short while to add custom icons, since it's not known the exact size that is required for the program (for those who is looking as well, i ended up on 256x256). That is annoying, but not very crucial. The really bad thing is that i can't find how to remove items i've added while figuring it out, so now i have a number of corrupted icons in my set. How can i get rid of them?

Hi.. i've been using enpass for a few years now on my android and windows... but recently my phone died on me..and i had to ask my friend for his pc. I opened up the incognito and suddenly realized that i cant use enpass on web.. even for the chrome extension i need to sign in on chrome and then also need to have running full windows app on that pc.. I just cant do all those things on a stranger's pc.. So what would be the best and easiest option for me in such situation ..apart from keeping my phone charged haha.. I hope somebody could help me... THanks !!
