Hi Guys, I'm ecstatic to finally have Enpass for Edge! I have noticed that if I don't use the extension for a while the keyboard shortcut (ctrl + /) stops working and it takes me to the "Enpass Connection Error" page. To resolve it I have to click the extension icon in Edge, then it figures out it is connected and the keyboard shortcut resumes working. Otherwise it seems to be pretty stable.

I'm an Enpass Android user, enjoying the full version, and synchronising passwords between Android, Linux, and Windows. I was wondering what is the point of Enpass UWP now that Windows Phone is being discontinued, because you need the Enpass Password Manager in order to get the browser extensions to work. Don't get me wrong, I know people are still using Windows Phone out there and can't just be left out, so I just wonder if it makes sense for someone like me to buy it. I'm asking because I don't want to buy it to find out that Enpass 6 will superseed this version. At the same time, it would be a good way of further supporting your work. Is there any a…

Hi, I recently installed new "EnPass Password Manager" bridged app from store but Its not starting. Error is: "The data area passed to a system call is too small." I'm on Windows 10 15063.632 Any advice? Thanks. Gokhan

Since the newest update (V6) the firefox extension often crashes. There is a blank popup with no further reaction no content etc. When clicking on in Windows 10 tells me that the program doesn't respond. Furthermore the application itself has stopped working sometimes when starting the PC. I've purchased Enpass for Windows 10 to use the convenience of the fingerprint last week and thus I'm very disappointed with the problems. Are these issues known and will be handled soon?

Thank you for Windows Hello support but it is not working very well. If I put the app in the background and then start it back up using the start screen tile or the All apps list Windows Hello pops up for a second and then disappears asking for the master password. If I hold down the back button to bring the app back up it works. I can get it to work again by exiting the app completely. Good luck fixing this! Enpass v5.1.1 Windows 10 mobile v10.0.14372.0

Hi ever since upgrading I have noticed that when Enpass starts up in the background upon logging into my Win 10 workstation .. the process is ridiculously slow relative to the previous version. It seems to take a full 5 seconds vs. less than 1 second to 1 second in the previous version. During the startup process a modal window pops up in the background of my monitor .. so for example if i just logged in and I am in the process of logging into to my vpn client for remote work, my login process is interrupted. Hello, Im using swedish as my display language of windows 10 and a swedish keyboard. I was getting frustrated because everytime i was setting up a OneDrive sync it worked on that device but not on the other one (win 10 pc / mobile). I got the wrong master password each time and couldnt figure out what was wrong... Until i found another thread here that found out that it could be the region setting of the keyboard thats messing this up. I tried to use a simple password without any special characters and that works! Can you please fix this keyboard region bug, i cant have a password manager which i cant use a advanced master password on

I was under the impression that version was a free upgrade from version 5? But after downloading version 6 is resides next to version 5 in my start menu with no premium functions. Not the 6 dollars matter, I can but it again. I just want to know the facts. And I don't want to purchase until I have an explonation to why I cant import my version 5 database.

I am using Windows 10 1709 with Firefox 56.0.2 and Enpass 5.6.2 (Windows 10-Edition from the App Store). The latest Enpass-Plugin 5.5.0 for Firefox never get a connection to the Enpass App. But with the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 from the Firefox "Plugin Store" it works. That solution works at the moment. But with the releas of Firefox 57 the old Enpass Plugin 5.4.3 will stop working under Firefox. Has someone else this problem?

Hi there, I'm getting reoccurring sync errors (both in my private LAN and at work). I've tried to sync via WebDAV on my private RasPi. With version 5 that worked flawlessly. But since version 6 I'm was always facing troubles. So I decided to switch to DropBox. But there I'm facing the same issue! From time to time I get the following error (see screenshot): Sync error. Hi all. For years I've been synchronizing Epass to Dropbox and I had very few problems. I switched to OneDrive few weeks ago and every few days days I get errors on Windows 10/11, iOS and Android that there is a problem syncing, "looks like you're trying to sync two different databases" and I have to merge. There is always a difference of one entry. I realize by now that OneDrive is way inferior to Dropbox in every way on every OS but I'm trying to save few bucks since it's included with my Office subscription. However, I have some issues with the Previously I had used the free Version on my System and bought the Premium Version today, part because I wanted to support the project, part I wanted to use the login via Windows Hello. Hello Enpass Support, What was the last version of Enpass supported on Win XP (32bit) machines. I have someone running a machine with v5.2.0 and its working away as expected with sync of backup file to Box cloud servers. Just wondering if it can be updated to version 5.6.9 if I can get the .exe anywhere. I recall that versions >5.6.9 required a 64bit machine and that the sync wallet file was changed to from "sync_default. walletx" to a newer file called "vault.enpassbsync". The new Portable Enpass 5.6.5 works on the latest Windows release 1709 but won't run on the latest Insider Preview 17120. It tries to start and then is stopped. I haven't been able to determine what is stopping it, but I can see the initial window display and then disappear.

I'm looking to replace Roboform 8 (pretty much tricked into the upgrade by them, since it didn't explain the requirements), since the new version has me feeling insecure with the forced online account that uses the same password you set as a master password (also forced) and complains all the time if they don't match. After installing the newest 6 update, Enpass Windows 10 desktop version will not sync with Google Drive. When Sync is initiated, it goes through the process of connecting and authenticating the API, but it never completes the process within the desktop app.

Hello, I just downloaded this app on my Windows PC and my iPhone 11. One very important feature that must work for me is Windows Hello which allows me to unlock using fingerprint. I went into Settings-->Security and enabled "Windows Hello". But it seems when i start Enpass it does not let me login with "Windows Hello". But once i login using the password and minimize and open again then i see the "Windows Hello" icon on the right corner. When i click on this icon then i can use fingerprint to login. This seems like a bug to me. Can you please confirm? Also why do i need to click on the icon, by default "Windows Hello" should be enabled…
