I use Authy on my phone to generate TOTP codes. I turned on 2FA in my Nextcloud account. As expected, Enpass (on my Mac) is no longer able to sync. I checked Nextcloud support. They said to use "app passwords". Allegedly you go into the preferences for the application that you want to sync, and there is a place to enter an app password. https://help.nextcloud.com/t/two-factor-authentication-totp/52347 I couldn't find this in Enpass. How do I sync my database with a copy stored on a Nextcloud server that has TOTP 2FA enabled?

Hello, I am unable to restore the pro version of Enpass for Windows 10 from the Windows Store. The Errorcode is 402. Any suggestions? Thank you and regards, Alex

When using the premium version of Enpass on Windows 10, from time to time, Enpass reverts to Light mode. When I go to the settings to reestablish Dark mode, it seems as if the app had temporarily thought that I did not have the premium version. In a few seconds, it corrects itself and allows me to set Dark Mode, but then an app restart is needed. This happened to me about 5 to 10 times since I started using Enpass (a year ago?). Maybe it's a problem related to the automatic app update. Not a big problem but an annoying one...

Why does Enpass keep reverting back to the light theme? I keep setting the dark theme, but every couple of days light theme comes back. Please stop messing with my settings.

HELP !!!! I lost my enpass walletx.db file ......... but I have this folder of backups that have an extension of .enpassbackup Is there any way to get the data back using these .enpassbackup files?

I'm using Enpass 6.2.0. The chrome extension used to work fine but now it doesn't show the enpass popup when I sign up or log into sites. I've checked that it's enabled.

Hi, I have a strange issue with enpass. Enpass desktop (actual Version) is running on an win10 pc. Every time I will log into enpass desktop app, I must enter the password twice. The first input end every time in a login error …. it doesn’t matter if I enter the pwd with copy/past or normal with keyboard …. This is very annoying. I have this issue since the last versions of the desktop app. Is this a bug or a wrong installation? br rob

Hello, I just moved to EnPass and everything looks great but there is one feature that is either missing or I can't find it... I have quite few large secure notes. When I do a global search in EnPass it does find text inside these notes, but there is no indication where the actual text is. Is there a way to make global search highlight where the text was found? Or alternately do a local search inside a secure note like in some other password managers?

Good Day To All, Is it possibly to make fingerprint default when opening Enpass the first time? I understand that this is less secure but its also an end users decision. It seems every time my system sleeps and awakens, I have to put my password again which is somewhat annoying. Would be nice to be able to decide.?

Hi, I've just installed version 6 after using v5 successfully for a long time. (The only reason I changed is the browser extension in Opera stopped working). I run Enpass on 2 computers and connect them using folder sync on my network. This worked beautifully in v5. Any edits were immediately synced (I liked seeing the little sync icon at the top spinning around which is sadly missing in v6) and the changes were immediately reflected in Enpass on the other computer. Enpass application on windows is not working from today onwards. It works fine on my android app with the master password as well. First I uninstall enpass. Then I download the traditional win32 app and install the app. First time it crashes. Next it asks for master password which I provide yet it fails. The same master password works in android. I am on windows10. The windows10 app in the windows store does not have installed button enabled so could not try this route. Windows10 app not enabled for me. Since the 6.1.1 (451) update, I see intermittent application crashes when using a password copy button. Enpass won't crash if I edit an entry, show the password, select the password and use CTRL+C to copy. It only happens sometimes when I use a copy button.

Dear Support, in version 6.2.0 the functionality of the password field was changed. In edit mode of a new entry you can not copy the password anymore. This is very bad. When creating a new account it can happen that a chosen (generated) password is not accepted. For this reason I get a password generated by Enpass, copy the password and enter it in the browser. Only after the change has been accepted by the website do I save my change in Enpass. I would be very grateful if you could find a copy option. Thanks Klaus

I had a problem today where the master password wouldn't work to open enpass (even though it worked on my phone and one drive just fine). So I uninstalled intending to re-install and restore the data file. However, I cannot install the app from the MS Store. Clicking install does nothing. The only way I was able to get it back on my computer is to install it from the website, and with that I don't have my premium features, most importantly dark theme. Also Cannot install the edge extension. same problem clicking install does nothing. no error messages, just doesn't do anything, which mean i do not have auto-fill ability

I've done: Download the windows 10 application and Signup a new account Create a second vault, first vault isn't being used yet, main purpose is to setup a second vault to share across 10 people. Sync the second vault to Dropbox, with below error message: Sync Error, Something went wrong while syncing with Dropbox Error code: 208409 In Dropbox, there's a new folder created, Dropbox\Apps\Enpass, with empty content. Set up Enpass on home (Windows 10) PC and iOS device, synced via DropBox. Now want to set up on work (Windows 7) PC. But due to restrictions by my company, I cannot access DropBox on work PC (actually, while on work network). Is it easy/safe to just change the sync location to another cloud service, such as OneDrive? Any specific steps I need to follow to ensure no loss of data?

I am at a different computer. I have installed Enpass for old Windows (Win7Pro 64bit). I have clicked on restore from dropbox. The dropbox authorization window appears and I enter my credentials. I tell it to ALLOW enpass to access its folder. Then I receive a page that tells me to REDIRECT to the Enpass app to continue. I enter the password, even click on the eyeball to look at the letters and numbers and they are correct. I click restore. INCORRECT PASSWORD appears directly under the password. Hello, my wife and myself are both using Enpass to store our passwords. We save our vault on a synology drive in different folders and we are using 3 devices (Notebook, Desktop PC, Android Smartphone). Now we have the challenge that we want to have access to our personal vaults from both windows 10 devices. We could use the multiple vaults, but then we would need to know the other ones masterpw. The function of Multiple vaults in enpass doesn't seem to offer a possiblity to acces different vaults on the same device with different master passwords. Please correct me if I am wrong ... If I am right ... please tell me how you may solved the issues for you…

I try to import my passwords from 1Password V7.3.684 (latest) under Windows 10 without success. 1) the option export as .1pif does not exist 2) If I export as .csv file and try to import it I get the message "nothing to import". Hi, need help on the Desktop version on how to get it to full feature. I just recently purchase the IOS Version on my Iphone. Does that purchase entitle the DESKTOP version to be upgrade or enable all the feature ? How do i get that ENABLED?

Initial vault setup from own server goes ok. Something changed in version 6.0.5 (or 6.0.6) and now my Let's Encrypt certificate spits error on every sync. This is not happening on my Mac nor iPhone. Only on Windows 10 store version does that. Fix is to disconnect. At reconnect select "Bypass SSL certificate verification". After that, everything works ok. This is not a blocker, more like a nuisance. Early 6.x versions worked ok, but latest 6.1.0 does not. The obvious weird thing is, that the certificate IS valid and other platforms work ok.
