How do I change the Automatic Update settings? Thanks Sven Enpass 6.0.6 (322) Store Version Premium Version Windows 10

Hello Enpass customer service, I want to upgrade Enpass on my Samsung S8 phone to the pro version to have more than 20 items. But I need to understand some things first. Currently I'm running Enpass traditional 6.0.0 (230) on my Win10 desktop and my Win10 laptop. I had tried the Windows store version but had the blurred and offset user interface problem so went back to 6.0.0 (230). I can sync the Enpass database on Google drive between my desktop and laptop fine with 26 items so far. I do get the pop up saying "There is a newer version available to download, click to upgrade now." But I'm reluctant to upgrade and get the blurry and offset UI problem again…

How is it possible to sync passwords in my home network without storing data in any cloud? I purchased Enpass because of local stored passwords. I have attempted to sync all my Mac using a folder in one of them without any success. Apparently, sync to Folder is only anothe way to have a backup... The Enpass manual of posts in this forum didn't help me.

I have just downloaded the latest version of Enpass and I am trying it out. I wanted to delete the sample items but, when I choose an item and right click on it as detailed in the manual, nothing happens. Also, I don't see anything which allows me to check my PWM status. I must be missing something.

I logged in this morning without issue using my Master Password. When I was prompted to do so again, the error "Incorrect Master Password" keeps popping up. I haven't changed my password. Other than uninstalling, is there another fix? Anyone else come across this bug?

I have recently un-installed the windows store version because it cashed at startup (after having worked fine). It seems like the download version (from your website) is slower when searching, and very slow when editing an existing password/item. Are they the same? Is an update coming?

I have enpass 6 installed on a Linux Debian 9 desktop, ios and OSX 10.14 and all synchronized to owncloud/webdav. It has been working fine for the last 1-2 years. Now I changed the master password on the linux desktop a few days ago and it was working fine afterwards. Then today I want to open enpass and neither the old nor the new password works anymore! While it is still working on ios and osx. I have tried to purge reinstall on the debian desktop (also tried to move the ./config/sinew.sin file and Documents/Enpass folder), and reinstalled from a local backup, a backup from the owncloud and one from the ios. Hi, I'm currently using Dashlane and I want to migrate to Enpass Password manager. In the online documentation, I found that there is an "Dashlane" option within the File>Import menu. But, nothing appears. I see "1password", "LastPass"... and so on, but no dash lane item. I tried into Windows App, but I made the same try in my Mac Mini and no Dashlane option. For information, I'm french, and I'm using the french version of Enpass Password Manager. Is it a bug ? Or perhaps this option is only available for premium app ? I'm on Enpass 6.0.6, looking under password verification to show, for instance, weak passwords it shows some elements with strong password instead. Same for same password: it shows elements with different password.

Hello there, I had already bought the IOS app some time ago since I have a lot of passwords synced via WedDAV and that one works fine for me. However, I have some issues with the Previously I had used the free Version on my System and bought the Premium Version today, part because I wanted to support the project, part I wanted to use the login via Windows Hello. My main problem ist that the Chrome Plugin does not find the programm. I am using Chrome with no Enpass extension, Windows 10. I have disabled autofill in Settings and disabled autosubmit login for the entry. When I invoke the site, it generates a very long URL with a lot of parameters, and the site can't digest it - it hangs forever. How do oI get it to just use the URL I entered? Thanks.

I have the latest version of Enpass from Microsoft Store installed on my laptop. I have pinned the shortcut to my Taskbar. When i click once i just see a white blank window pop up briefly and Enpass never launch. When i click a second time on the icon on the Taskbar Enpass do launch. All subsequent launches do only require one (1) click on the icon on the Taskbar until i reboot the computer. This does never happen with the desktop non-Microsoft Store version i have installed on my desktop computer. I can reproduce this issue on both computers with the Microsoft Store version. I'd first like to register some frustration on how poorly the version 5 to 6 transition (and dropping of platforms) was communicated. I've been a long time user of both the iOS, UWP and WPF versions of the application for many years and never received a single piece of communication about any of these changes. While I understand the reasoning behind them it's left me in a awkward position. Having three different apps (iOS, UWP and WPF) over five devices I didn't notice the lack of sync between the two devices stuck on version 5 (in fact they happily synced between each other) and the other three. For awhile now there has been a sync issue between my Enpass app on Windows 10 and on my iPhone (sitll works fine between Windows 10 and Windows Phone 10), which has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. So I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall the app on both my desktop and my phone. I had no issues with restoring my iOS purchase, but when I try to restore my purchases on the Windows 10 store app (which appears to be newer than before - not sure why it never got updated before), I get the error code 305. I have 5 devices that sync via WebDAV. 2 android running Enpass Beta and 3 windows 10 clients. Since the upgrade to 6.1.0 I get: Sync Error, please check your internet connection or try again later on all devices. 1. Temporary workaround I found was to disconnect all the clients. 2. Remove data from WebDAV 3. re-connect clients 1 at a time, synchronizing all connected clients after each is connected. ie connect client 1, sync, connect client 2 then sync client 2 then 1, connect client 3 then sync client 3 then 2 then 1. 2 days later it is happening again. Hi, I am trying to purchase the premium version (win 10 store) of enpass. I am running my PC (and all software in general) in english. This typically works fine. However, after adding my payment details, the form for the address is prefilled with the country UK (which is wrong). I have already checked my windows profile. This seems to be fine and recocnizes that my prefered language is english but my country of residence is Germany... So there must be something wrong with the windows store linked to the installed enpass version on my PC. (I also only get the price shown in GBP) Kind regards, JS

Hi. I am on 6.1.1 (424) and am not able to setup any kind of cloud sync. Everything stops at the message "you have been directed to [cloud] login page. How can I fix this?

I use Authy on my phone to generate TOTP codes. I turned on 2FA in my Nextcloud account. As expected, Enpass (on my Mac) is no longer able to sync. I checked Nextcloud support. They said to use "app passwords". Allegedly you go into the preferences for the application that you want to sync, and there is a place to enter an app password. https://help.nextcloud.com/t/two-factor-authentication-totp/52347 I couldn't find this in Enpass. How do I sync my database with a copy stored on a Nextcloud server that has TOTP 2FA enabled?

I use Enpass on two Win 10 laptops and a Pixel 3. I'm syncing to one of my google drive accounts. I have disconnected and reconnected several times, but cannot find any evidence of Enpass data anywhere in the on line or local versions of my drive folder. I check for most recent data in Drive right after Enpass says it just did a sync, but there is nothing there. What am I missing?

Hey, in the morning i checked my enpass database and somehow it got deleted from the webdav folder. Luckily enpass had a local copy so i could reupload it. Is there a known bug in enpass that deletes the databases from sync folders or is it something else? I changed the password from the webdav hoster, just to be sure. That was from another poster. This MUST be a bug, right?? Because why else would you be able to add all the information about a password in browser, but NOT add tags? That means you must remember to open the desktop application; find the password you entered; click edit; go to tags and update the tags -- when this could have been done in ONE STEP. Tags is not shown. Why?

Hello, I'm running enpass with webdav sync and I have a problem when I create a new item with an attachment. Enpass creates a new file next to my enpass database with an *.enpassattach extension. I don't like this! I already have other small attachments in my database without an enpassattach file.
