Previosly posted June 16 (edited and reposted because no support or answers have been given) I'm confused about sync in WHERE database overwriting takes place, and if I can choose the overwriting direction. What if I want to overwrite my local device with what is on the cloud? What if I want to keep what is on my device and overwrite the cloud with new or changed information? Example: I had a weak password on SOME*website*.com, so (on my Windows 10 PC) I logged into Enpass and generated a strong password for SOMEwebsite.com, then saved the new entry.   2. Is it possible to lock a browser extension to specific vaults only? I use multiple browsers / chrome profiles and multiple vaults. It would be great if there was an option to lock these to only be able to read specific vaults. For example, I don't want my work chrome profile or browser reading from my non-work vault and vice versa.

  4. I just noticed that the new Windows desktop version now allows fields to be reordered! I asked for this a while ago and am stoked this was added. When creating custom section/fields and having to re-edit, the old version left the account a mess. Now I can re-order and clean things up logically. For those who haven't used it, when editing an account look for the three lines on the right of the field. This is the handle to drag and drop the field to a new location. It's a little hard to see with dark mode, but it's there. Thanks again Enpass!!

    My Enpass account is mysteriously gone. Been using Enpass on the desktop, as well as the Firefox extension. Last time I used it was yesterday!! This morning I clicked to open it and was greeted with the "Setup Required" dialog. None of the restoration options seem to work. I even tried the new user process, but that gave me an error message "There seems to be an issue creating the vault". What now?

  7. Hi, I am trying to purchase the premium version (win 10 store) of enpass. I am running my PC (and all software in general) in english. This typically works fine. However, after adding my payment details, the form for the address is prefilled with the country UK (which is wrong). I have already checked my windows profile. This seems to be fine and recocnizes that my prefered language is english but my country of residence is Germany... So there must be something wrong with the windows store linked to the installed enpass version on my PC. (I also only get the price shown in GBP) Kind regards, JS

    Recently I am not able to copy a password, name, or anything I have tried from Enpass to Windows 10 Enterprise (1809) clipboard. There is a pause and the Application closes. Event manager says Enpass stopped communicating with Widows and was closed by the OS. Now the only way to get a password from it is to view the password and type it in. Keeping my passwords on a notepad page stored encrypted on a cloud drive would be better. I should note that I am running Enpass on a windows 10 pro (1903) without issue. And that the change was recent most likely involving a Microsoft patch update.

  9. Hello Enpass team! I am currently setting custom logos for all my entries. Doing that I encountered the issue that I cannot select logo files with ".jpeg" extension from finder/explorer. This happens on both - MacOS and Linux. I have to rename the files to end with ".jpg" to be able to select it. It would be great if Enpass would automatically also detect ".jpeg" files. Thank you!

    I installed and started using Enpass in March 2019. I run Windows 10 and always keep it updated. I saved the master password in a One Note document on my PC just in case. I used Empass over several weeks in March and the master password always worked. Now in July when I try to use the same master password I am told it is incorrect. Since I have the password written down I know it is correct. The major thing that has changed between now and then is that I have upgraded Windows to the latest version. Note: the screenshots have been taken on Linux (where this bug is also present) just for convenience (clean environment). For awhile now there has been a sync issue between my Enpass app on Windows 10 and on my iPhone (sitll works fine between Windows 10 and Windows Phone 10), which has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. So I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall the app on both my desktop and my phone. I had no issues with restoring my iOS purchase, but when I try to restore my purchases on the Windows 10 store app (which appears to be newer than before - not sure why it never got updated before), I get the error code 305.     I have 5 devices that sync via WebDAV. 2 android running Enpass Beta and 3 windows 10 clients. Since the upgrade to 6.1.0 I get: Sync Error, please check your internet connection or try again later on all devices. 1. Temporary workaround I found was to disconnect all the clients. 2. Remove data from WebDAV 3. re-connect clients 1 at a time, synchronizing all connected clients after each is connected. ie connect client 1, sync, connect client 2 then sync client 2 then 1, connect client 3 then sync client 3 then 2 then 1. 2 days later it is happening again.     Hi, I don't trust the cloud, so I used to use my Android version as the parent and backup to my PC version. Then along came 6 and now I have to use the cloud. Is there any other way to just backup the phone over wifi to the laptop and restore that version onto the laptop? Thanks

    Hi, I have this problem: when I insert a USB, a windows alert message pop ups with the title "Enpass.exe - drive not ready" saying that drive A: is not ready to use. I doesn't even have a "Drive A", I don't know why is Enpass interfiering with that and how to fix it. Pls help me.

  23. My windows 7 home premium system crashed with Enpass open. Enpass version is 6.1.0.407 I had to use a restore point from 6/25/19 to get my system back up and running due to a program I installed for backups that totally blixed my system. When I opened Enpass after the restore completed and my system is aok again, it acted like it's new install asking me to setup a new user or restore my data. When I selected my backup file that it lists from June 19th, it says it's invalid. It says all my backup files are invalid. I tried signing in as a new user with my same master password.     Within the main app, if I click on Install Extensions, it takes me to Windows Store. I already have it installed in Edge. I cannot get the extension for Chrome which is my default browser. Even on your site, for Extensions, if I click on Chrome, another window appears and says: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know Even on Chrome's Extension site, there is no Enpass for Chrome. How can I get the Chrome extension? Thanks, Robert P.S. On another install, had no problem.

    Hi, Can I import data from DataVault 6? I don't see DataVault on the list when going to File>Import and when I tried importing a CSV exported from DataVault, the results were unusable. Thanks.
