Hello, I switched from Safeincloud to Enpass and already bought the premium version for Android, now I wanted to buy the Windows Store version as well but I always get Error 402 directly after clicking the purchase button. Is this a Windows/Microsoft problem or Enpass? Greetings Nico Lorentz

Data base restore from OneDrive crashes windows 10 , hello I'm trying to restore my data from onedrive for enpass but it crashes once i put in the master password. My android app is fine

Windows 10 desktop; when I try to open Enpass from the start menu or Taskbar pinned icon I get a highlight bar beneath the icon, suggesting it's active, but the Enpass window doesn't actually open up! If I hover the mouse over the icon, I can see a miniaturized window (what the Enpass login window would look like) but I can't do anything with it. Can anyone please advise? Restarting the computer didn't help.

Hi, I have hit the issue with Dropbox free account allowing limited device logins so I have changed to Apple icloud syncing. This has worked fine on my ios devices but in Win 10 PC I have had problems. When I go to setup my Win 10 to change sync it attempts to use icloud but gets stuck on "Signing In..." by Apple with its cloudkit in the browser. Has anyone else experienced this?

I dont have store on work pc, so it is impossible to use. Should I downgrade upgrade to 5.x or there is a way to fix it?

Hello, I just updated to the latest version for Windows 10 and I use OneDrive for the data base, when I try to connect it to OneDrive it says iivalad password. I can access without a problem on my Android device, also latest version. How to I access this same data base from Windows?

I use enpass in three places: 1) Android Phone 2) WIndows 10 PC 3) Windows 7 PC All three sync via One Drive. I upgraded sometime ago to V6. Enpass was working fine on all three devices. Recently I tried to update Enpass on windows 7 (a minor enpass update 6.x to 6.x). Since then, I have been unable to restore the data onto the windows 7 device. When I try to, I am redirected to the browser, I log in and get the "Authorisation Finished" message in the web browser. I am redirected from the browser back to Enpass. Hey, I'm using enpass and webdav sync since a year and since about two weeks I got the following issue. I'm normally using a webdav server to sync from Android to the server and a smb file share to the same folder to sync from Windows to the webdav folder. But it doesn't matter, because if I use webdav on windows too, I'm getting the same issue. I noticed the isse because I normally use for windows the smb share. Hi all, I wanted to report a little bug. If you hit "Enter"-Key in the search field, the first item in search results will be opened in edit-mode. I know you don't have to press enter in the search bar and the search starts by itself after typing, but still it's inconvenient. Edit mode should not trigger on enter key. Best regards

Hi, I'm seeing the following message each time I open my Enpass 6.1.0 (404): However, when I click the dialogue which opens the Enpass update tab, showing that 6.1.0 (408) is available and then click Update Now, it opens the Windows Store App. Which shows the following: HOW DO I UPDATE? If I check my Installed apps, I can see Enpass Password Manager, but only the Launch button. HOW DO I UPDATE? Can't seem to find any way to update???

Hi Enpass team, Just encountered a small heart attack: the main Enpass 6.1.0 (407) GUI stated that I was entering a wrong password to unlock my vault (obviously tripple-checking all variables). While I was sure this was the correct password, the main GUI kept me locked out. Fortunately, when logging into a website the Enpass Helper also asked for password authentication to unlock the vault, and entering the exact same password as in the Main GUI (copy/paste), it did succesfully unlock. Hi Team, i have recently migrated to new laptop when i wanted to restore my purchase it's throwing following error, attached is the screen shot for your reference.

I exported my data to a json file in enpass. I then deleted all records in enpass. Finally I imported the json file I saved above. - After selecting the file enpass outputs "Ready to Import. 224 items found." - I press the "Continue" button, and enpass outputs "Success. 224 items have successfully been imported into Empass". I then press the "Done" button. However, *no* items appear in Empass under any category, such as under "All items". Empass is still empty of any data. What is wrong here?

The app automatically updated yesterday and everything appears to have been reset. When I open the app, it's as if I'm a new user. Any ideas?

I love Enpass and have it on my laptop, iPad and phone. My desktop will not accept the username and password. Consequently, it will not update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still, the username and password fail. Yet the same username works on all my other system. Is there any ideas. Thank you Bob Brandis

On just one of the three or four machines which I am running Enpass for Windows on, the update to v6.0.6 asks for me to approve a New Sync, which takes me to Dropbox, I log in, the press the Yes, I Agree or similar button, which launches a new instance of Enpass (so, there are now two running). I login in successfully to the second instance, which updates and otherwise works correctly. In the background there is still an instance with the swirlies spinning like it is waiting for something. Regardless of the order I close these two instances the next time I launch Enpass it will require that I do a New Sync again...restarting the loop. Other machines are working fine, …

Hi I'm about to switch from 1Password to Enpass (on macOS). Unfortunately I'm having some trouble importing my data from 1Password into Enpass. I exported it to the 1PIF format and successfully imported this file into Enpass. But I noticed that some properties are not imported properly. Sometimes an entry is missing the website property, meaning the URL where those credentials are used at. It is skipped completely. And the timestamps from 1Password aren't imported as well. The data.1pif file does contain the values createdAt and updatedAt which Enpass should use, but the imported entry in Enpass always shows the time of when it was imported. I would much pr…

Like clockwork, my Enpass keeps reverting back to light mode, after I set it to dark mode. Not entirely sure when/why this happens, but at least once a week. It's been this way since day 1. Please fix this!

Hello, I frequently use Adminer script to manage MySQL database. Most of the time, Enpass does not succed to fill in automatically the login form. When I clic on an Enpass connexion, all the fileds are filled, and then immediatly flushed. But if I copy the fields manually, and then submit, it works. Any idea of what happen ? JM

Yes, I am one of the few still using a Windows 10 Mobile device - but there are a few of us still out there! and the (automatic) upgrade to Enpass 6 on my Windows 10 PCs seems to have broken the sync with the Windows10 Mobile app. Are you going to provide some level of support for Windows 10 Mobile users or are you simply discarding them with this release?

So I just started using Enpass, and it's pretty nice. I can't seem to get the UWP version to start on my 32-bit Windows 10 tablet, my x64 machines work perfectly. That said, I can install and run the "Traditional" 32-bit windows client, but I plan on using the premium features which require installing from the Windows Store. Upon attempting to run the application (both machines, 64-bit and 32-bit, are on the same Insider Preview version 18898), I can watch in task manager as the Enpass UWP application starts, Runtime Broker starts inside it's space, Enpass itself starts inside the space, but then inexplicably closes, leaving just Runtime Broker and an empty UW…
