Hello Enpass Team, I am on Desktop (Windows PC) Enpass, v. 6.8.2 I use OneDrive Personal to sync my Primary Vault. My Onedrive account is active, and all passwords up to date etc. Currently, whenever I go into Settings and attempt to sync my Primary Vault, Enpass stays in the Synchronizing phase and never stops (with either a timeout error, or a completion of they sync.) What can I do to remedy this? I have: - logged directly into my Onedrive, and kept it active during this process - Completely exited Enpass, and then restarted it while having the Onedrive active and logged in I know that this is more of a bug report than feature request…

When I change the masterpassword on a vault on a Win11 desktop that syncs to a Nextcloud server, the Enpass wallet sync fails from that point onward. The settings dropdown gives last date and time of sync and last attempt. Where last attempt is a failed sync. I welcome advice and solutions...

I can not connect my Enpass on Windows PC to iCloud or other cloud systems, because when I authenticate Enpass always reopens, so a new window and there I should enter my master password again. However, it does not take that and always says wrong. I am a bit desperate. What I have to do?

I'm on Windows 11 and used 6.8.2 without issue. Since my Windows Store version upgraded to 6.8.3 last week, I can no longer manually edit items. Right-clicking on an item does nothing. Double-clicking opens the item but if I select Edit with either the pencil or the 3 dots, it does nothing. Other functions are normal, except for the fact that this version is a bit sluggish compared to 6.8.2. It appears 6.8.3 is a beta. I don't specifically remember signing up for the beta program but perhaps I did years ago. Anyway, any ideas?

Hello, There was a breach in a website where I was still using my old password that triggered me to change all passwords from old websites. I changed about 90. The problem was, I synced them and after that synced on my phone. Later on, my passwords came back to the old password even-though it shows they were modified a couple of minutes ago. I now have a huge problem: I lost my passwords of 90+ websites because the sync is wrong. Can anyone help here?

Good morning everyone, since this morning intermittently enpass has been reporting the following error. "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with Dropbox. After two-step verification is enabled on enpass on many websites, when two-step verification is enabled on the computer, the one-time code is incorrectly when filled in. You need to wait for 30 seconds before enpass renew a one-time code, and then fill in the original one-time code to be correct. for example: twitter, mega, when I add to enpass and save ,However, it cannot be automatically recognized and filled in, and the same interface still appears

Longtime user of Enpass for Windows and Android. I decided to create a new vault for Business accounts and keep the original vault for Personal. Both are saved to OneDrive. Business vault created normally and it duplicated all password accounts from the Personal vault. Not a big deal... I can delete Personal accounts from Business and vice versa. It turns out, that doesn't work. If I delete an account from one vault, it automatically deletes the account from the other. Restoring from Deleted, restores from both Vaults. Strange behavior overall. I wouldn't expect a separate vault to mirror all changes. Any advice to remedy? Do vaults have to reside in diffe…

Is the Desktop Portable version discontinued? It seems that it has been left behind while the setup version has gotten very useful features that I can't imagine going without now. But the portable version would make more sense to me since this is about controling our own data and being able to acess them at different places. (If that helps, I have a lifelong premium license, tested the 6.6.X portable version and it didn't have browser extension and mobile sync as far as I remember.)

Hi forum and Enpass-team, I recently subscribed for the family plan of Enpass. My wife and I have a WEBDAV capable cloud space with separate user accounts. I installed the app on the mobiles of my wife and me and connected the vaults to our cloud space using different emails adresses and different cloud users. Both mobiles now synchronise their entries into their own vault on the cloud drive. I installed the windows app on our win10 notebook and it works as well. So far, so good :-) But I find it much more comfortable to add new entries with the windows app, rather than in the mobile app. Thus I wanted to offer my wife the opportunity to maintain her vaul…

An example of an error message I get with the CSV is this: file could not be parsed. (CSV file is missing expected headers: url, username, password, timeCreated, timePasswordChanged) Meanwhile, attempting to import the JSON tells me that the file is empty, even though it is not. It seems right now that I am unable to import my Enpass vaults into other managers. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

A few minutes ago I updated a password in Enpass. I confirmed the popup to auto update the corresponding entry and then realized that ALL fields with the type "password" got overwritten, e.g. backup codes and recovery codes. Thanks to the ability of viewing the history I could save the loss. But this seems to be a big fat bug...!!

New user here, and using the latest version 6.9.2(1563). he desktop app keeps slowing down and its like wading through treacle. First complaint, is that it won't import ROBOFORM data. I have exported data to CSV, no option to export to HTML like in the support pages on Enpass. Then when trying to import the CSV, Enpass says nothing to import...... I had to download the enpass CSV template and adjust the exported CSV to suit..... NOT Ideal and time consuming considering you advertise it can import from ROBOFORM. Hi, I am using Enpass on my laptop running Windows 11, and have an issue related to logging in. I have activated biometry in Enpass, and am offered this opportunity when trying to log in. Buit after having used the biometry I always have to enter the main password (which is a long sentence). Why is that? This worked without problems on my old computer running Windows 10. I have tried to find a setting in Windows 11 allowing me to use biometry only, but no success. Any ideas? Cheers, Arve

I am moving cloud sync for my primary vault from Box to OneDrive. When I connect to OneDrive it wants a password for an existing vault. Apparently, years ago, I started to set that up, but never used it. I have no idea what that password is and want to start over on OneDrive. What do I need to do to remove all trace of the old vault?

I have the following problem: I have 1 iPhone, 1 iPad and a Windows computer. While the correct TOTP is displayed on my iPhone and iPad, I only get incorrect TOTP on the Windows client. All devices synchronize against a NAS and are up to date. The key for the TOTP is also the same on all devices, but the resulting value is different on the Windows client... I have already reinstalled Enpass on the Windows client, but the problem still persists.

When clicking on the browser plugin's icon, it takes a second or two before the popup opens. I suspect, this is the time it takes for the plugin to contact the Enpass instance and get the requested informations. This doesn't feed very good for the user: I'd expect the popup to happen immediately. There could be an info like "requesting data..." or something until it displays the available logins. Furthermore, the Popup is being placed to the right, below the mouse pointer.
