He said I had the same password for two of my items. But when I clicked on it, I saw only one item. I tried deleting it and creating a new one, but it still shows two identical passwords! This is bothering me a lot, how can I fix this problem? I'm wondering if there's an item I can't see because I've created and deleted this site. And then this invisible item causes a field mapping problem. Enpass: v6.4.0 portable.

When I open the Enpass on my windows 10 laptop it asks me to update to the 6.5.2.275 version. When I try to, it doesn't update. And I get the message: no internet connection. However: my internet connection is working properly. It is there for a while. So I have no updates for a while, which I think is not good. Any suggestions? Tnx.

Hello. I have a bunch of credentials for the same website, say: example.com Each of the credentials, of course, have distinct usernames & passwords. One of the credentials' username is byhuy. However, when I start searching for 'byhuy', for some reason, all of the credentials in that example.com website show up (expected behavior: only example.com with username 'byhuy' shows up)! I have triple checked and there was no hidden field that has the word 'byhuy' in it. This issue only happens in that specific domain: example.com. Hello all, I am facing this issue a long time ago. My desktop (connected to the same network with my mobile via ethernet) fails to sync items with the vault as shown in the picture below. Thus, mobile has got 160 items whereas the Desktop has 170. The dropbox link shows that it was sync'ed 1/6/23 but I am pretty sure the problem persists a long time before that. Any tip would be highly appreciated. What am I missing here?

Hello, Since mid august windows 11 or browser updates (edge, chrome and brave), I became unable to use enpass (from windows 11 store) to store new passkeys. I simply no longer have the option. Several sites are trying to enforce passkeys but I don't thing storing passkeys in the OS is safe at all so this is urgent for me. any idea when this will be fixed ? Also, is the desktop version better suited to windows 11 or all the same as store version ? Hello, This morning my primary vault reports a sync issue and that my One Drive Session has expired. When I try to reauthorise I can enter my log in details online and complete my MFA Enpass then says Synchronising and then goes back to One Drive Session Expired. Please advise. Thanks

Hi all, I am currently testing Windows 11 (22000.132) with Enpass (6.6.3 (836)) and find that (what still worked under Windows 10) unfortunately does not currently work under Windows 11, namely logging into the Enpass app (from the Windows Store) with Windows hello via fingerprint reader. It is not possible to activate Windows Hello within Enpass, although I can log in to Windows 11 with Windows hello. So OS wide Windows Hello is working. Have you been able to test this yourself? Is there perhaps a beta that already works (better) under Windows 11?

Hi, I run enpass on a windows 11 desktop with iCloud sync and it worked fine for about 2-3 weeks. I had to enter the icloud login credentials from time to time but that was ok. Now when I try to reconnect to the icloud in enpass the following happens: - The browser opens with the icloud page where I can put in my login credentials (like before when it was working). - After I put in my login credentials I get the 2-factor code question on my IOS device (also fine). - But after I enter my 2-factor code in the browser I get to a page where it sais "Die Anfrage konnte leider nicht abgeschlossen werden. I'm experiencing an issue whereas my master password on one computer is not working, the same master password works on another installation of Enpass on another computer but not one computer; rather I get, invalid master password. Is there anyway to reset the master password ?

Hello I have 2 OneDrive accounts (hotmail and outlook) I use one for Personal passwords in a Primary Vault and the other for Work related passwords in another Vault, when I set up sync for both, everything goes fine for about 1 min then I get Sync errors the first OneDrive sync I set up the picture shows what I get. to the left is the data of my personal password which I want to sync on my hotmail account to the right is the work passwords that I want to sync on my outlook accounts. Hello, i use Enpass 5.0.5 on Windows Desktop and the Extension 5.0.7 in Firefox. When i try to login into a Website with the defined Shortcut, (STRG+Backspace in my case) i need two or three tries until the Popup appears. Best Regards

Enpass 5.2.0 on x4 different Windows 10 x64 machines crashes after approx 30 secs with Enpass.exe has stopped working. Dropbox sync. Android Client crashes immediately and iPhone crashes immediately. Desperate for a fix!

The title says it all. I uninstalled the 6.0 version, as it refuses the import saying "wrong password". The problem is...that it's the good one so... I don't have time to manually re-create everything from scratch. Seriously.. a software managing passwords and unable to import it's own saves Oo. I reinstalled the previous version.

Just upgraded to Enpass 6.0 on Windows 10, traditional Win32 version. Immediately after update, I noticed that auto-lock when enpass is idle feature has been removed. Now only auto lock when system idle for 1 minute exists which unnecessarily causes my enpass vault to be unlocked for a longer period & I'm not comfortable with that. For whatever reasons, they decided to keep this feature on the Android version. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I am successfully running Enpass on my PC (Win10), my Android phone and my iPad. Now I did install it on my Laptop (Win10), too. But when I try to restore data from OneDrive Enpass does not accept my password. I assume it is my Master Password the program is asking for - and that is working fine on my other machines until now. Any suggestions or any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any support.

When I use the Password Generator to create a new password, the password I see is not the one that is entered in the field. It seems that, when I press "Fill", it generates a new password and fills that one. 1. Create a new item with a password field 2. Click on "Generate" and look at the suggested password 3. Click on "Fill" and look at the inserted password: they mismatch.

Long time user and perhaps cause of the tags/item relics in question. I have a tag which shows items but some of those items don't actually exist. They seem to have been items that have been deleted or moved to other vaults. For one such moved item, if I'm in "All Items" view of "All Vaults" and search for the errant item, only one item shows. If I goto the Tags view with no search, I see listed 2 of the same item. If I click on one of those items, it shows the information as it should, whereas the other "bad" item is blank. And as these are not valid items, I can't delete them. How can I clean these out? This is the same on Desktop (6.4.2) and IOS (6.4.4).

i just dont understand no matter how many times i update, your tag issues seems to be a complete bug on windows. now imagine i have 2 tags, and i have an item under a tag and i try to drag it to a new tag, what happens is it creates 2 tags such that the item appears under both tags, this is so stupid and frsutrating, the whole point of a user moving/dragging an item to a new tag is to move it there just like a folder. now lets say i have 2 tags, and now if i add a tag manually by typing, into the tag field which shows auto suggestions/auto complete and if i select one of the suggested tag, now it does not make the item appear under the extra…

As the title, I tried to use Enpass plugin with Firefox in windows 10 but it seems that it doesnt work properly like in other browsers. When i select the item that should bring me to the site and enter automatically, nothing happens. With Chrome it works perfectly... What I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

When I update Enpass to 6.5.1(716) version from the Microsoft Store. Enpass under the high resolution screen,the font has become very small again. But the previous version did not have this problem. Is it possible to fix this issus? Thank you.

Hello, I'd like to make Enpass for Windows available for our clients at university to install on their work computers using a software deployment solution like Microsoft SCCM. For that I'd like to know how I can convince Enpass to install and uninstall silently, that is to say without any user interaction or user interface.
