i just dont understand no matter how many times i update, your tag issues seems to be a complete bug on windows. now imagine i have 2 tags, and i have an item under a tag and i try to drag it to a new tag, what happens is it creates 2 tags such that the item appears under both tags, this is so stupid and frsutrating, the whole point of a user moving/dragging an item to a new tag is to move it there just like a folder. now lets say i have 2 tags, and now if i add a tag manually by typing, into the tag field which shows auto suggestions/auto complete and if i select one of the suggested tag, now it does not make the item appear under the extra…

Hello, I'm using Enpass (Pro) on my Mac and iPhone without any issue. But on my windows laptop, i'm dealing with 1 min delay to open it. I've try to reinstall it (from winodws store) but no change... This occur each time i fully close Enpass and re-open it even after fresh computer start. When i start Enpass (not the windows store one) i get a white screen in the enpass window, the process hangs and i can't shut it down via the Task Manager. Only a reboot works. What i have tried so fair: Repair Enpass Reinstall Enpass Backup enpass folder and delete it Trying a previous version Trying portable version of Enpass I don't know where i can find a crash log.

Title says it all. I need and old version of the chrome extension. My extension got auto-updated to version 6 which does not work with version 5.6.10 of the windows desktop client.I'm not interested in updating to version 6 because it removed the capability to do touchID logins on the mac. I'm also not updating my android or iOS apps I paid for based on the rollout thus far as I don't know what other, unwanted changes will be coming in the future. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to start looking at another password manager, just as I did when 1Password made changes that were not in my (the end user's) best interest.

Just installed and setup the desktop, followed by the android app on my phone. Had no issues and logged in with my master password several times with no issues. But after setting up the mobile app and syncing, and allowing Fingerprint login, I now have been unable to login on the desktop app. After keying in the master password slowly and carefully and insuring no caplocks etc, the screen just says Upgrading for a few seconds, but then fails to login and says Try again. The desktop app also shut down by itself after I had been setting up the mobile app. What happened?

There is a nasty bug that makes the use of Enpass cumbersome (tested on both Windows and macOS). Namely, keyboard shortcuts to copy the password, user name, or URL. I usually use the one for copying password (on macOS it is Shift + Command + P), so let me concentrate on it. Whenever I start\re-start Enpass 6.0 it forgets my purchase of premium features, and I have to re-log into the Microsoft Store and select Restore Premium Features to re-enable them. Matthew

I'm using mailbox.org as my e-mail provider and want to connect Enpass to my mailbox.org-Clouddrive via WebDav. I get the error message that it's not possible to get a connection and I should check my username and password. But username and password are correct! Hi, i have setted the 2FA for one site in Enpass. It was working since a few days ago, when the otp code generated by desktop app is no more working (site tell me that the code is wrong). Instead, the OTP generated by smartphone is still working (is the same caveau, synced between desktop and mobile). I'm using Enpass 6.6.1.809 on Linux Have you any idea of possible causes? Thank you

This morning around 7:04am I received a virus notification from Norton that a Heur.AdvML.B virus was found for file EnpassStartup.exe. As a result, Norton removed this file and I'm now unable to run Enpass. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this so I can use Enpass again?

Hi Team, I switched from Lastpass to Enpass because Enpass is the only app which supports Windows Hello authentication, however, there's a bug. Each time the app is started, it asks for the Master Password even though I have enabled Windows Hello. If the authentication times out or if I minimise the app and go back to it, it asks for Hello credentials, but if the app is closed and opened again, it asks for the master password. This is not optimal, as my master password is quite long and Windows Hello was the only reason I switched to Enpass.

Hi, I am evaluating Enpass with the intention of purchasing the full license. Overall I am happy so far. But, I am trying to find out how to export (and import) the data in .CSV format. In some other forums people mentioned that there is a menu option for import/export. But, in the version I downloaded from Windows 10 (application store), I can't find any menu bar at all. I also downloaded the stand alone installation 'Enpass Password Manager 6.2' from the website and installed it (after uninstalling the Appstore version). I can't find the menu bar in there either. PLEASE HELP.

I've just enabled the new website icons feature in Enpass 6.2.0 (542) and in general it has done a good job of retrieving the favicons from the website. However, there is a small, very random, number of entries where it has gone and applied the same incorrect favicon which just happened the be the favicon for the 2nd entry in my wallet that it updated. First start: nothing happened, Enpass Password Manager exists in Task Manager but no window showed up. Second start: Enpass Crash Reporter OS info: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, 20H2, build 19042.662 Also tried legacy win32 version, same result.

Since a week or so, Enpass desktop (Windows Store version) is constantly synchronizing with OneDrive. The logo on the upper-left part is constantly spinning (see attached file). Enpass is working very slowly, and it eventually crashes, without any message. I've tryied removing the OneDrive synchronization. and then the app works flawlessly. Activating sync again works but, again, it is stuck on "Syncing...." until it crashes. I don't know if there is any log file that I could check to see any error message. EDIT: It happens on all my 3 computers (two laptops and one desktop), so it must be something related to how Enpass connects to (my) OneDrive.

I recently updated the password for my personal Windows account, including OneDrive on a PC running Windows 10. All of my Windows and Microsoft Office software is working correctly following the update on this PC (I'll call it PC#1). I also access these same Windows accounts from 3 iOS devices and another Windows 10 PC and have no issues following the PW update. Since Enpass 5.6.6, I have started getting sporadic crashes. It is often when I have logged into a website, Enpass has popped up and asked me to enter my PIN to unlock and validate what I entered matched what is in Enpass. When it occurs, Enpass generates a dialog box that says: Unfortunately, Enpass has stopped working because of some unexpected error. Application will now terminate. Nothing is logged in the Windows event logs. Is there any data I can collect to provide you to assist in troubleshooting these crashes? Enpass shows a "Segmentation Fault" when I start it since I updated it recently on Debian Linux. It has been working fine for a long time and this is the first time I run into a major issue. Hello I have Windows 10 and after trying some other antivirus programs my Enpass doesn't sync to my Synology WebDAV anymore. I have tried to reinstall Enpass. Now I have only the Setup-Wizard. also here I can no longer establish a connection. Any Ideas? I have tried to deactive the Windows defener too.
