Backup files of different size Hello, I just noticed: The backup taken from the mobile app is not identical in size with the backup taken from the desktop app after full round of syncs via Dropbox. How is this possible? Thanks.

issue to sign-in with tradition windows client Dear Dev, I don know if someone already facing this issue, but last night i can not sign in with tradition client on windows, I'm very sure that my master password is correct because i still can sign in with other devices including android phone and a modern windows client. I'm sync with dropbox. I did uninstall and re-install a several times but still no luck it just keep saying that my password is wrong with no other error. Please advice, Best regards.

App /Desktop version ... Confusion Hi everyone, I'm new to Win 10 and installed the Enpass Windows 10 App from the Windows App store (and paid about 10 Euro for it). When I wanted to activate the (Opera) browser extension, I noticed I needed the desktop version of Enpass for that (which I installed ... works). But, what did I buy now? A Win 10 app I don't need (I use an Android phone which I haven't installed Enpass for yet)? Or is the 9.99 Euro payment for all versions/applicable to other versions of the software? Just installed and setup the desktop, followed by the android app on my phone. Had no issues and logged in with my master password several times with no issues. But after setting up the mobile app and syncing, and allowing Fingerprint login, I now have been unable to login on the desktop app. After keying in the master password slowly and carefully and insuring no caplocks etc, the screen just says Upgrading for a few seconds, but then fails to login and says Try again. The desktop app also shut down by itself after I had been setting up the mobile app. What happened?

Hello, I just did a test with restoring backup files. And I got an error after using it (check picture). I'm using windows 10 with enpass 5.5.8. I don't have a problem now because I can always go back to a previous version of walletx.db with my own cloudserver. But maybe you can fix this problem for the next release?

Pairing Enpass with Dropbox or Google Drive Hi Team, is it possible to enter the Dropbox or Google Drive API Key maually while pairing Enpass Windows Application (Portable) ? My problem is that the redirect after pairing Dropbox or Google Drive is not working (some restrict policies @work pc). Can you please help me? I want to use my Password @work but currently I can't. I've run into a weird issue with webdav sync will not connect on setup. I'm not sure where the error is but it is only happening on my windows 10 installs of 5.4.1 and 5.5.0. This is happening on three different windows 10 computers that I have tested it on. I can install both versions without any issues and use the program but when I go to setup the sync to my nextcloud server, enpass just sits there saying connecting (see photo). I know my webdav is working as enpass works on both android, 7.1.1, and macOS Sierra, 10.12.3, on versions 5.4.8 and 5.4.1, respectively (See photo). Lastpass import isn't correct Tried to import my lastpass database into enpass but most of the passwords are wrong. It happens when I use special characters. Lastpass export is using character codes like & ( complete list http://rabbit.eng.miami.edu/info/htmlchars.html ) Enpass is not changing those characters codes back so I get wrong password. Is it possible to fix this problem soon?

Import from Lastpass incomplete Hi, I imported about 600 records from Lastpass-CSV (also tried txt). Yes, I before saved the files using UNICODE. Unfortunately after checking the imported records, I found a lot of missing information. Especially the secure Notes are imported incomplete. Is this a known bug of enpass? The exported files from Lastpass are correct and there seems nothing wrong. I tried importing to keepass and there is no issue with secure notes / no lost information... How to minimize Enpass to System Tray when click the X Button in UWP version? Would you like to minimize Enpass to System Tray when click the X Button in UWP version? UWP app always occupied one position in task bar, when click the "X" button, what I want is to minimize the Enpass window, but not close the App, just like traditional windows version. Importing from dashlane doesnt work as it should. When I import passwords from dashlane Enpass names them all Card #### instead of website name. And of course if I visit facebook there are no login for facebook becase those cards are called Card and not Facebook.com (as it should be I think). This makes me not wanna use Enpass. Fix?

Why is the Windows Universal Version missing so many features, compared to e.g. IOs Version? - Why is there no way to set Enpass to english? (Only option is to use the system language) - Why is there no way to search through all Items on every view, like on IOS? Why i must Switch to "all items" first to search? - Why is there no way to keep the left sidebar opened on app restart? There is enough space on my 32" Monitor. Hi, i'm running Enpass here on multiple devices. Today i've experiencd the following Problem with 5.5.6: On WIndows 10, Enpass didn't accept my Master password. Tried it on other devices -> worked, typed in password in Notepad, worked. Stopped Enpass, deleted local database, resynced with GDrive -> working again. What could've caused that and how can i debug this if it happens the next time?

I was using the desktop version and decided I would try the UWP version (for Hello) but after the UWP installs I cannot find it in the start menu. If I go back to the Store it shows as installed and I can launch it from there. Also, when I minimize it, there is no icon in the taskbar but if I look at all windows it is there. I am on the newest fast ring version of Windows 10 (16241) if that has anything to do with it...

Hi, i'm unable to connect to my macOS Server WebDav folder. I've set up my a macOS Server 5.3.1 and setup a folder in /Users/Shared/password/ as a shared folder with WebDav Access Option. The Access is enabled with an Open Direcory User. It works fine when synced from a macOS Client. On iOS i get an error message "Autorisierung fehlgeschlagen. Hi, I'm using portable version 5.5.6 on Windows 7 64bits. I'm trying to sync to my GDrive account, so I've set the proxy information up in the settings (Settings->Advanced->Connection). When I try to sync, the browser opens the GDrive url, then I choose my account and click on 'Allow', but after that the application says that it hasn't been able to connect to Google Drive. Any idea?

Version: 5.5.6 If you click on tray icon and enter a search, the list will filter as expected. If you click on the tray icon again then the search term will be pre-filled, but the list will no longer be filtered. Either the search term should not be pre-filled, or ideally, the list should remain filtered. (See attached, 1stpress and 2ndpress images)

Hi all Every PC i use Enpass on that has updated to Windows 10 1703 the browser integration is broken!. I have used Enpass for a while so im familiar with the settings. My last Win 10 Box was updated today and was working fine before the update is now broken. The issue is you no longer get the pop up when right click open Enpass on a password field. Instead you get a new 'Home' Tab opening, no message saying Enpass not loaded etc as it is and its logged in. Do i have to buy the app from the store now, is this simply a case of the Desktop Client no longer being supported on Win 10 1703? TheWood
