  1. How to reset my vault? and start fresh. Password on vault not working

  2. Hello, floating around my Windows 11 system, I noticed two instances of "Enpass Password Manager". One published by Enpass Technologies Private Limited. The other by Sinew Software Systems Pvt. Lt. The former is said to be disabled. Are these both legitimate? This seems very odd.

  3. Hello everyone, I am using Firefox (Version 121.0.1 (64-bit)) and have the Enpass extension installed. I just realized that the extension breaks the functionality of a website I am using. The website in question https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/ships/terrapin/Terrapin#holo-viewer I attached a screenshot and highlighted the 3 buttons which become broken when the Enpass extension is enabled. As soon as I disable the extension and refresh the page the buttons work again. best regards, Waldhuette

    Tried the windows store app and windows installer. Now when I try to register with an existing account I get no internet connection right away. The problem started when enpass crashed and I had to reinstall to get it working again. The sync with google drive works, only the activation is not working.

  5. The Cryptopro module "improved compatibility with Microsoft products" breaks the CURL utility. Enpass uses that utility for sending requests to web services eg: activation/vault sync/pass check etc. so you need to fully remove cryptopro or just that concrete module for back enpass to live.   6. I use Dropbox as my cloud storage. My primary vault was set-up on a dropbox account I wish to cancel and delete. "OLD-DROPBOX" I created a new vault on "NEW-DROPBOX" and called it "MAIN-VAULT". I gave it the same password as the previous vault as I did not wish to change. On desktop, I set the configuration to "Always save items to vault" --> MAIN-VAULT On android, I set the "Always save items to vault" and the "Always open to" --> MAIN-VAULT I did NOT delete the primary vault because the new "MAIN-VAULT" is not being populated with passwords.   7. Hello. I use Enpass on 4 devices. 1. Windows #1 2. Windows #2 3. Windows #3 4. iPhone All of the devices are working properly except for one Windows device. All of them have 322 entries but the one which has 318. Retro steps: - Click on Enpass icon (next to search form) - Click "Sync now" - Nothing happens, there is not even the animation of syncing. All other devices are OK. The same when I want to discconect from device. Nothing happens.

  9. Windows 10 Pro 21H1 - Enpass 6.7.4.919 and 6.7.2.885 When adding or removing attachments, the desktop app doesn't update an entry's last modified date. I'm not sure whether this was intentional, or simply a bug. Also, as a related feature request, it would be helpful if Enpass could provide a confirmation request before deleting an attachment. Currently, pressing the X instantly deletes the attachment without warning. For additional security, the option to request the master password or more usefully the PIN, if set, would also be good.     How to I change my primary vault from icloud to google drive? As I no longer have any apple products and they refuse to have sms auth I wont be able to even log in to my Icloud when I stop using my last devide, so switching my enpass to google drive would be the best option. But how do I switch the primary vault?

    Just started yesterday on my Win 10 laptop. The app no longer opens at all, crashes immediately. I rebooted the PC. I did a repair of the installation. I uninstalled and reinstalled (6.0.4). I then uninstalled and installed 5.x. This got further and opened but would not sync to my cloud backup. Help! I'm stuck. Can' log into any sites until I get my Enpass back.

    Every second or third day when I start Enpass on one of my PCs it shows a modal dialog popup stating that my session has expired and claiming that I hadn't used Enpass for some time - which is not true. I'm then required to request a code before I can even use Enpass. How can I stop Enpass from doing that this often?

  14. Hello, since a few weeks I have the same problem that has been described for the MacOs version already in combination with OneDrive. Just that I have it with Windows and WebDav. It stopped syncing returning the error, that the password of data on WebDav is required. Before everything worked fine, now it doesn't. First I thought it might be my fault but after trying several different approaches I think it's rather not. I deleted the whole sync setup and deleted the data on the WebDav share. Setting it up again and syncing works fine, until I change some data (like adding a new login) then it starts failing. The same goes with the Android version. It seems changin…

    Hi, I can't connect to nextcloud using webdav or native nextcloud. To debug I created a brand new nextcloud server with their docker container which works fine in browser. I input the URL in enpass like https://xxx/ and it tells me could not connect to nextcloud server even before asking me for a user. I have valid SSL cert but also disable SSl check makes no difference. Also Web DAV is not working, within nextcloud I get my webdav URL like https://xxx/remote.php/dav/files/username but it tells me check user and passwort.     New user here, and using the latest version 6.9.2(1563). he desktop app keeps slowing down and its like wading through treacle. First complaint, is that it won't import ROBOFORM data. I have exported data to CSV, no option to export to HTML like in the support pages on Enpass. Then when trying to import the CSV, Enpass says nothing to import...... I had to download the enpass CSV template and adjust the exported CSV to suit..... NOT Ideal and time consuming considering you advertise it can import from ROBOFORM.     Hi all, I have 3 devices in sync (iCloud): iOS Mac Windows On the Mac, it was normal that from time to time, I need to re-login because the authentication was expired. Sometimes, I was doing it at the time of Enpass informs about that and some other times I did it weeks later.   18. I'm running the latest version of Enpass on Windows 11. Upon login (that still perfectly worked a couple of days ago) I get a message, that I need to login again with my registered mail address. Enpass somehow shows my address (I didn't need to type in anything and I can't change the input, either). It assumes I have a business login (I do not), so no login possible, anymore. It still works perfectly fine on my iPhone. The question is ... what can I do to use Enpass on Windows 11 again? I can't change the input in the pop-up, I can't change any settings - I'm locked out completely.

  19. Dear support, While it is awesome to now have Passkey support - thank you. I just realized that Enpass incorrectly reports sites as missing 2FA, while Passkey is configured. Passkey should count as a second factor IMHO Enpass should even propose to activate passkey on services that support it (i.e. something like Passkeys.directory)

  21. With the November 8th, 2023 (v. 6.9.2) update to the Enpass browser extension for Firefox on Windows, XML no longer displays inline -- I need to "view source" to see XML now. If I disable the extension, XML displays correctly, as before. Windows version: Windows 10 Enterprise, 22H2, OS build 19045.3570 Firefox version: 119.0.1 (64-bit) XML displays as usual in Chrome with the latest version of the extension enabled.

  23. Hi, I'm using Enpass Desktop latest version (for Windows) downloaded from enpass.io webpage. On Windows 10 laptop, when I configure to use Windows Hello - it works on first run, so I don't have to enter master password. See Enpass settings in attachment (Windows10.png). On Windows 11 laptop, when I configure to use Windows Hello - it still requires master password on first run - then (on next Enpass wakeups) Windows Hellow works.   24. Hello all, I am facing this issue a long time ago. My desktop (connected to the same network with my mobile via ethernet) fails to sync items with the vault as shown in the picture below. Thus, mobile has got 160 items whereas the Desktop has 170. The dropbox link shows that it was sync'ed 1/6/23 but I am pretty sure the problem persists a long time before that. Any tip would be highly appreciated. What am I missing here?

  25. A few minutes ago I updated a password in Enpass. I confirmed the popup to auto update the corresponding entry and then realized that ALL fields with the type "password" got overwritten, e.g. backup codes and recovery codes. Thanks to the ability of viewing the history I could save the loss. But this seems to be a big fat bug...!!
