Hello, I have several vaults (about 30) that sync on a share located on a Synology NAS server, I use this folder to sync two different computers. From time to time I get a message telling me that there's a problem syncing and if I go to check the problem I'm told that the folder pass mode is required because it would have changed... but I've never changed any password on either my nas or enpass

I am traveling to some relative and would like to setup Enpass portable for travel. I am a bit confused over the product so I hope someone can answer my questions. I notice that there are multiple version of the enpass portable: Mac, Windows, and Lnux. Is the way to do all 3 be creating a fat32 usb drive and then install all 3 version on the USB? What is the recommendation for the data files, should I sync with the cloud version or should I just export to a separate vault? Hello, I was on win seven one week ago and made some db saves on a flash drive. MY SD crashed and I was forced to make some changes with my hardware and operating system Now I'm on win 10 (new installation) and reinstalled enpass. Once my identity accepted it asked for restoring db and I choosed from PC and selected a file from my save : Vaults\primary\vault.enpassdb (0,97 Mo (1 027 072 octets = hundreds loggins and passwords) with my last main password that worked on seven of course = pasword refused I've also tried the other file vault.json (1KB) but contains no informations about passwords = didn't match either This is not the first time …

I use Enpass, which has been synced with OneDrive, yet this platform is not secure. I have taken the initiative to transfer all of my folders and files to Google Drive, but I'm unclear on how to do the same with Enpass. Is it possible to receive guidance on the necessary steps to achieve this?

If not a smart idea I won't do it. Just they can't type very well at all. If not recommended I won't or if not possible. At least is there anyway to keep yourself logged into Enpass without having to retype the master password ever again ?

I've been using the personal version for a while and I'm happy with it. I use it for personal and work password management. Needs change though, and I now need to share work passwords with another worker at work. For obvious reasons I don't want to share my personal passwords. So how can I do this? Do I have 2 vaults and set my instance up to open both personal and work but for my coworker just open the work instance? With myself and one other accessing a vault at work should I stay with the Personal version? What does Business bring to the table? Is there a comparison chart of personal vs business?

What is the difference between pausing it and stopping? Will pausing it restart by itself? Also, will pausing or stopping have any effect on the already synced password items? (Meaning if I stop server, will I still continue to have access to my items on mobile device (as long as I don't delete the app on the mobile device..)?

Hi, I noticed there are a few very annoying glitches that Enpass frequently has: 1) Failure to resize correctly after connection to larger monitor from laptop (see image). This essentially results in the window being stuck on the screen with no option to exit the program or get rid of the blue box. Instead, Task Manager has to be used to kill Enpass. 2) Windows Hello does not show up sometimes for login (see image). I don't understand why the app sometimes shows a Windows Hello fingerprint dialog, and then reverts to the password screen. Hi forum and Enpass-team, I recently subscribed for the family plan of Enpass. My wife and I have a WEBDAV capable cloud space with separate user accounts. I installed the app on the mobiles of my wife and me and connected the vaults to our cloud space using different emails adresses and different cloud users. Both mobiles now synchronise their entries into their own vault on the cloud drive. I installed the windows app on our win10 notebook and it works as well. So far, so good :-) But I find it much more comfortable to add new entries with the windows app, rather than in the mobile app. Thus I wanted to offer my wife the opportunity to maintain her vaul…

I wanted to vent my frustration about Enpass that I've been using for quite some time now. It's incredibly disappointing that the performance of Enpass has been consistently declining with each new release pushed out by the developers. I first noticed the slowdown with the 7.x releases, but the latest release, version 6.8, is painfully slow. Simple operations like searching for a password can take up to 10-12 seconds, and auto-filling a password isn't much faster. Hi, I have Enpass (v6.8.5 - 1238 from Microsoft Store) setup on my system with 4 personal vaults, and 2 work/business vaults. On the Enpass Admin console, I have disabled users locally backing-up of business vaults as that's managed via Teams. However, it shouldn't be affecting their ability to choose where their personal vaults are stored. In my case, for some reason, during initial setup months ago, the Enpass app decided to be keeping backups of my personal vaults in a duplicate backup directory on my Surface Pro as shown below. Many websites cannot be extracted correctly for their icons in Enpass even though I can see them in my browser. I suspect that you are only attempting to extract the "favicon.ico" from the website root directory, right? Could you please also try to extract the data within the "<link rel=icon />" tag on the web page? Let me give you an example. For instance, on https://www.getflix.com/, the website does not use "/favicon.ico" as its website icon. Instead, there is a tag in the meta of the webpage that accesses a PNG image file located in the "/assets" directory. Hello, I'm using epass pro (6.8.5, 1238) y desktop (windows 10). Is this version of enpass running on Windows 11? Are there any restrictions?

Running the latest version of the desktop app. I am a Premium user. I have my vault stored in Dropbox. I can't change the backup directory. Every folder I choose isn't not accepted and the application stays on C:\Program Files\Backup, which is not an actual directory. How do I change this so I can make backups locally (not Dropbox)? I don't see backed up files anywhere. When I click on previous backups, it shows nothing and when I click on Backup Now there is a little refresh and no change.

I have a couple of site that use basic browser http authentication. I added items in the main Windows Enpass application (all on the same Windows laptop) that are for the domain. However when that site is opened nothing is filled in the login fields. For example I added https://localhost to Enpass When I open https://localhost/MySite nothing is filled in the login fields. This is in Chrome using the latest version of both the browser and the extension. Anyone else run into this or have an idea of what to do? I have the "Show Items with Exactly Matching Hostnames" unchecked.

Hello, I recently added a keyfile to my standard vault and it's working fine so far. Except I have to select the keyfile again on every start of enpass. Of course I have already set the option to remember the last used keyfile (see attached images). The keyfile is stored on an internal drive (ssd) and the behaviour is always the same whether it's at system start oder after exiting enpass and starting it again manually. I don't want to select the keyfile on any start. How can get it to work? Or is this a bug in enpass? Regards
