Hello, in Enpass 6 most logins have a boring Globe icon. Just the icon of the Enpass-Forums looks correct. Is there a way to download the Icon of the website? Are you interested in the URLs where the Icons are not loaded? Best regards OLLI

Searched the forum, but I can't find anyone else who has mentioned this. I used "subset of password" all the time with Enpass 5, but it seems to be missing from 6. Is there any chance it'll return?

Windows 10 (Store), A passport point suddenly "expires" in the exam. There is no field for this.

Given what a trainwreck Enpass6 is I migrated to my own Bitwarden installation. While occasionally checking back on Enpass I noticed that importing from Bitwarden will only ever import 34 out of my few hundred items. So... ugh.. fix plz?

Hello, i have problem with dekstop version. After upgrade enpass start with windows but not minimized.

Using the Mac Desktop app. I have two vaults set up (primary and a secondary), both are working fine. I added an item to my primary vault by mistake, and have been looking for a way to just move it to the secondary vault without needing to re-create it. When I right-click on the item I see a command Add to Vault, but it's greyed out. I've tried dragging and editing the item, but nothing seems to allow it to be moved to the secondary vault without re-creating it from scratch. I think I might be missing something simple. Thanks!

I have a strange behavior - every time i close my browser (chrome-based) and launch it again, enpass extension asks me to enter the code (for linking browser with enpass). And in Enpass app i found the button "Review Browsers". And there was a list of maybe 10 "browsers", but they are the same application

Version 6.4.1 (642) from the Windows Store. Regularly the app hangs and goes into "Not Responding" according to Windows. These hangs last from a few seconds to half a minute or so. Usually during these times Task Manager will show the disk is 100% busy. Even on an SSD in an 8th-gen i5 processor I get this behavior, but on a regular HDD the problem is much worse. I have one vault with 395 items, and the trash is empty. I have no file attachments. I have 4 Win 10 PCs, and this problem is there to one degree or another on all of them. Neither Android nor iOS have this problem for me.

I've installed and registered Enpass on my laptop and it works great. Now that I've confirmed it does everything I want, I need to set up Enpass on my wife's desktop. I've been using Enpass for a couple of years now, but since a couple of days it's been tripping by McAfee detection: McAfee deletes these files, but the next day they're back and detected again. I'm on 6.4.3 (666) on a Windows 10 laptop.

Hi, maybe i am confused, but there was an update last week for the chrome extension on my windows 10 machine, and since then i cant use Strg+Alt+A anymore. Only to open the Enpass app. In the chrome extension i only can use Strg (Ctrl for english keyboard) OR Alt, but not both. Why was this changed? br, Sven

Since the last update Enpass became VERY strange acting: Firefox extension cannot connect with the application or database. Each time I try to open it from Firefox, it goes through the "cannot connect" with the application routine so that I often have to go through the 6-digit code authorization again to get it to run. When I finally get the extension to run, it has no database items listed. So I select "Run Enpass" from the menu, and when the main application runs, it also cannot connect to the database. enpass ucrtbase.dll 0xc0000409 1000 windows 11 I get an error after starting the first time. How can we resolve that. 1. Problem was just on installation. After choosing Google for my Save it did not accept my master password. After restarting all new, it has accepted. 2. When first data is displayed (my passwords-entries from the file) there conmes up registration screen, but then after other few seconds the app disappears. I had installed the Store version. Hello, Recently, Plex had a breach, Enpass responded quite fast, by tagging my Plex credentials as breached. Thanks to the mail received from Plex, I had changed the password before Enpass came with it's reaction (marking my credentials as breached). I therefore changed the password twice: the first time after I received Plex' e-mail, the second time, after Enpass marked my credentials as breached. But for some reason, Enpass still marks my credentials as breached and I have no idea how I can tell Enpass it's not a breached password anymore, any thoughts? Hi all, I onboarded a non-technical friend to Enpass Windows and Android. She used Biometric sign-in for a while - until Enpass simply stopped offering to use Windows Hello and biometrics on Windows AND Android for no obvious reason. (Why does that even happen?) She always signs in to her device using biometrics, so she is authenticated and trusted. Also, her device is trusted. And Windows Hello is, by definition, MFA. So it should be significantly safer than the master password alone. How can we force Windows Hello unlock instead of Master-Password? She can't remember the correct master password, so she's locked out of all of her accounts - unless she can use…

Guten Tag, ich benutze die neuste Enpass Version auf meinem Mac (Ventura 13.2) auf meinem iPhone 13 (IOS 16.3) und auf meinem Windows Rechner (Windows 11 Version 22H2) und habe eine Lebenslange Lizenz. Die Synchronisation zwischen Mac und iPhone klappt sehr gut. Windows kann sich seit neustem nicht mehr mit der Cloud synchronisieren. Es wird der Fehlercode 3042000 angezeigt. Ich habe den Tresor getrennt, die App gelöscht und neuinstalliert, den Pfad der Backupdaten geändert….nichts funktioniert. Was kann ich tun? Gruß Achim

Hi, I am a new user with an "Enpass Lite" account (free) using the Windows 10 desktop app. I am confused about exactly how the cloud sync with OneDrive works. When using this feature - does Enpass create an encrypted Vault file on my OneDrive, which is then downloaded by other devices like the Enpass app on my Android phone? Or is the encrypted Vault data passed through OneDrive without creating a file within OneDrive? If a file is created in OneDrive, what is the folder location? Thanks!

Hi, I have a weird problem since upgrading to Windows 11. I have 2 screens, so I regularly use the Windows + P shortcut to change the presentation mode (single screen or extended mode). When I change mode, and if Enpass is locked, it opens in full screen. I tried reinstalling Enpass, without improvement. Windows 11 is a fresh install. Are you aware of this problem? I changed my password on my OneDrive account - which is used for Sync in Enpass. Now Enpass just sits there trying to Sync. I can't stop it and therefore I can't enter new account details. Without new account details it won't work. Please tell me how I stop the Sync'ing.
