Enpass 5.2.0 on x4 different Windows 10 x64 machines crashes after approx 30 secs with Enpass.exe has stopped working. Dropbox sync. Android Client crashes immediately and iPhone crashes immediately. Desperate for a fix!

I'm currently unable to use enpass in OSX and Ubuntu, although the apps launch fine any attempted use, either via enpass itself or a browser extension causes enpass to crash. Often once the crash has occurred enpass then crashes at startup unless I reboot. I use dropbox sync to sync between platforms and dropbox is showing sync_default.walletx hasn't been modified for 8 days, which seems wrong, so I think its possibly something awry with dropbox sync that is causing this issue. Hi, I shall try to explain this as clearly as possible. I am using the universal app. I installed Enpass Universal App for first time. I then configured it to sync with OneDrive. I also installed the Windows Phone version on my phone, told it I am existing user and it all worked and synced ok. I then decided to change my Master Password using the PC Universal app. Everything worked ok. The phone app worked ok after I entered the new master password. The next day I couldn't log into either the PC or phone app! The new master password I entered was definitely correct. At this point I couldn't remember my old master password. decided …

Version 6.4.1 (642) from the Windows Store. Regularly the app hangs and goes into "Not Responding" according to Windows. These hangs last from a few seconds to half a minute or so. Usually during these times Task Manager will show the disk is 100% busy. Even on an SSD in an 8th-gen i5 processor I get this behavior, but on a regular HDD the problem is much worse. I have one vault with 395 items, and the trash is empty. I have no file attachments. I have 4 Win 10 PCs, and this problem is there to one degree or another on all of them. Neither Android nor iOS have this problem for me.

I use Authy on my phone to generate TOTP codes. I turned on 2FA in my Nextcloud account. As expected, Enpass (on my Mac) is no longer able to sync. I checked Nextcloud support. They said to use "app passwords". Allegedly you go into the preferences for the application that you want to sync, and there is a place to enter an app password. https://help.nextcloud.com/t/two-factor-authentication-totp/52347 I couldn't find this in Enpass. How do I sync my database with a copy stored on a Nextcloud server that has TOTP 2FA enabled?

I have a strange behavior - every time i close my browser (chrome-based) and launch it again, enpass extension asks me to enter the code (for linking browser with enpass). And in Enpass app i found the button "Review Browsers". And there was a list of maybe 10 "browsers", but they are the same application

Hi, I made the switch to premium account and I'm doing fine, but I just have a little annoying problem. Every time I have to unlock enpass the first attempt always gives me an error, but on the second attempt it works fine. I thought I was typing wrong, I tried pasting the password it didn't work on the first try but on the second it did. Can you check it out please. HELP !!!! I lost my enpass walletx.db file ......... but I have this folder of backups that have an extension of .enpassbackup Is there any way to get the data back using these .enpassbackup files?

Currently EnPass now requires me to enter the master password each time I put my screen to sleep which is very annoying because I put my computer to sleep multiple times a day. How can I make it require the master password only on user log out?

Hi, maybe i am confused, but there was an update last week for the chrome extension on my windows 10 machine, and since then i cant use Strg+Alt+A anymore. Only to open the Enpass app. In the chrome extension i only can use Strg (Ctrl for english keyboard) OR Alt, but not both. Why was this changed? br, Sven

Randomly getting a EnpassBridge.exe - Bad Image message. Error status 0xc000012f Can't get it to open at all. Anyone else getting this error?

I've used several different authenticator apps like google, microsoft, authy, duo etc but I've always been annoyed that I need a separate application for it because I constantly need to open the application separately and search for the account. When I noticed the one time code feature I was very happy. Everything in one app, horray. However, I seem to be in the same situation as before since the one time code doesn't autofill, in fact it doesn't even show up as an option to copy when I use the autofill function. So I need to open the main enpass window and search for the account either way. This actually makes the feature even more useless since I have so many passwords …

Hi, i have some customers and would group all customer relates things under one "folder". There are a database login, an api login, cms login and other things. How can i do that? I can't find folders. Is there an option to group things? Whats the normal solution for such a case?

As I start to use Enpass more and more to see if it is a viable replacement of 1password I have noticed the following websites do not login properly if the "auto-submit login" property is set: owner.roku.com/login us.battle.net/login If I remove the check mark and manually press the button I am able to login properly. I have even recreated the login within Enpass manually and it still is not working.

Hello, This morning my primary vault reports a sync issue and that my One Drive Session has expired. When I try to reauthorise I can enter my log in details online and complete my MFA Enpass then says Synchronising and then goes back to One Drive Session Expired. Please advise. Thanks

Hi all, As the title states, I've long been having this random issue with Enpass's Windows Hello Security dialog randomly freezing for 5+ minutes on my 32GB RAM i7 Surface Pro 7+ whenever I attempt unlocking it: After the freezing, it just shows an error message that "Something went wrong. Please try again." (as can be seen in the second image) and requires me to reauthenticate with Windows Hello yet again. Upon reattempting to authenticate with Windows Hello, it still freezes for another 5+ minutes! Hello! I use the caret sign in my master password to unlock Enpass. On iOS it works fine. But on my Mac the ^ could not be typed. If I write the whole password down in another Mac program like notes and copy paste it in Enpass it works. Is that a bug or a feature :-) ?

Good evening, since the installation of the version 6.0.2 and the corresponding Firefox extension 6.0.0 I get the FireFox extension no longer synchronized. I have to call now always the main program to get to the passwords and the function "automatically fill" does not work. A fresh installation of Enpass and the extension did not help. On 2 laptops it does not work, on another third laptop the connection worked. I'm at a loss now why it does not work on two devices. I've installed the Win32 version everywhere, not the store version. I downloaded the extension on the Enpass page. Can someone help me?

Hello, I set up sync to a folder between 2 mac computers on the same wifi router, but not sure if I set it up properly. The Enpass user guide does not provide instructions on how to set this up. I guess it’s intuitive, but I have a problem when I’m on the road w/ my laptop. I have: Desktop with the sync folder. Laptop with sync folder on the desktop. Both computers have file sharing turned on to each other. So each can connect to each other on the wifi router. But sometimes I’m on the road w/ the laptop away from my desktop which has the sync folder. I prefer a local sync storage and not an internet accessible site like Google drive or Dropbox…
