	Hi Enpass team/community,

<p>
	I’m having an issue where Enpass cannot connect to my pCloud WebDAV endpoint. This happens on both Windows and iOS.
</p>

<p>
	What’s confusing is that pCloud and my network seem to be fine:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		<p>
			I can access pCloud normally (web/app).
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			I can also use the same WebDAV credentials and endpoint successfully in other WebDAV clients.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Only Enpass reports a network-related error (something like “network problem” / unable to connect).
		</p>
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	This has happened before as well, and last time it eventually started working again without me changing anything, so I’m not sure what triggers it.
</p>

<p>
	What I’ve tried:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		<p>
			Verified the WebDAV URL/credentials are correct (works in other apps).
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Switched networks (Wi-Fi / mobile data) on iOS.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			Re-tested from a stable network on Windows.
		</p>
	</li>
	<li>
		<p>
			pCloud WebDAV service is reachable and responsive.
		</p>
	</li>

	My situation is, that a have more than one login for Microsoft and enpass always picks the false login as direct recommendation on iphone + ipad (one that i did not use quite a long time) and my company login is not shown in the suggestions at all. I would like my company login to show up as first suggestion for the Microsoft login. Is there any mechanism to flag a login as default for as specific homepage or a way i need to arrange the logins concerning webpages to match / favorites ... whatever that the login shows up as default?

	Same with some mail providers in germany where i have more than one account. I own Enpass as payed version using in mainly on Apple devices (MAC / ipad / iphone)

	I am French and have been a loyal Enpass user for several years. Today I just received a usb-c fingerprint key and the first thing I did is set it up with Enpass but ... it doesn't work. I read the manual for the key and in fact it is not recognized as a windows hello device but as a usb security device. One of your serious competitor offers operation with this key. Are you thinking of bringing an update in order to offer this option yourself? Thank you in advance for your future reply. Below is a link to setting up the key with a competitor.

Aujourd'hui je viens de recevoir une clé d'empreinte digital usb-c et la première chose que j'ai faite est de la mettre en place avec Enpass mais... cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai lu le manuel de la clé et en faite elle n'est pas reconnu en tant que périphérique windows hello mais comme un periphérique de sécurité usb. Un de vos concurrent sérieux propose le fonctionnement avec cette clé. Pensez-vous apporter une mise à jour afin de proposer vous aussi cette option ? Merci par avance pour votre futur réponse. 	I use Wi-Fi sync for years but it suddenly stopped working. Mac is server and active, trying to sync the iPhone I get en error message in vault settings: "password  for data on Wi-Fi sync needed".

	When I select "solve" it wants me to put in a "password for the data on Wi-Fi Sync". Filling this out it says, master password will be changed if I move on, but anyways if I try the Wi-Fi sync password or the Enpass master password I get an error "wrong password".
</p>

<p>
	I already tried to set ab a new Wi-Fi sync connection using the QR code with no success.
</p>

<p>
	I can use Enpass on the Mac and on the iPhone with the old settings, but can't sync the data anymore.

	I want to sync one vault stored in iCloud across 4 Apple devices and I have severe problems syncing the devices. I managed to sync them all initially once. But once the iPhones lost their authentication I couldn't reauthenticate them with iCloud anymore. The Macbooks have a different issue. They lose their authentication once in a while (maybe once a week). After that I can successfully reauthenticate them. But that's really annoying.

	Is it even possible to use Enpass with my setup? With different devices having different Apple IDs registered in their OS?
</p>

	All Enpass installations are licensed with my private lifetime license. My vault is stored in my Private Apple ID's iCloud and shall be synced across all devices. 2FA is enabled on the Apple ID.

		Since today, one of the Vaults does not want to sync

		I set-up the synchronisation new, does not solve it.

		Error: SYNC ERROR - Password wrong.

	The same WEBDAV password works for the other vault. What is the issue?

	Hi everyone!

	Investigating more on issue <a href="https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/31599-sync-error-1308413-on-portable-windows/" rel="">Sync Error 1308413 on Portable (Windows) - Windows PC - Enpass Discussion Forum</a>, I have found that a misconfiguration of the webserver prohibited file uploads of a certain size. The vault.enpassdb file was too large to be uploaded. which resulted in an error <strong>when connecting new clients</strong>.
</p>

<p>
	However, as I hade had changed the server (physically), I did not re-setup any Enpass client, as they claimed(!) that everything was just fine.
</p>

<p>
	So, Enpass would claim that it synced and that everything was in perfect order, when in reality it couldn't upload vault.enpassdb, <strong>which clearly is wrong!</strong>
</p>

<p>
	I thought that everything was in order, but only recognized the error, when clients started not seeing new items from other clients.
</p>

<p>
	<strong>I think this is a serious bug, as it's quite misleading to the user.</strong>
</p>

<p>
	Enpass should not report sync as being OK when clearly it isn't (vault.enpassdb couldn't be uploaded).
</p>

<p>
	I assume you can replicate the issue if you configure a DAV server not to accept files over a certain size. In my particular case, I used the Nextcloud docker installation. That should give the same error right out of the box.
</p>

	the forum is quite full with syn errors - since 2021 - the same issue is reported again and again. The longest one is:

	For me this happens several times a week. I love enpass but after 3 years unsolved issue I lost the trust in (does it really exit?) the support.

	My last try to report it and then it is time to change.

	The exact error message is: "Sync Error Password of data on WebDav is required". If I press resolve I should enter my master password which I do. But my master password isn't accepted (I'm 100% sure it was correct!) with message "Incorrect Master Password". I never changed my master password, by the way.
</p>

<p>
	The only way I found is to delete all files on webdav and disconnect the sync and do it again.
</p>

<p>
	It happens random around twice a week. But overall the issue appears since at least 3 years!!
</p>

<p>
	I'm using Enpass on iOS (6.9.5 (802) and on two Windows 11 machines (6.10.1 (1661))

	Hey Enpass Support Team,

	Hope you can help, I've been a happy Enpass user for many years now, and it's been fantastic across Windows, Linux, and iOS and I've recommended it to loads of people. I have enpass Pro and until yesterday I had around 400 items in my vault.
</p>

<p>
	Yesterday, I tried out the Wi-Fi sync feature for the first time, and that's when things went wrong. Suddenly, only 13 items were left in my vault. I've tried resetting Enpass on all my devices, removing cloud-stored vaults, and restoring from a backup, which brings the items back temporarily. But as soon as I sync with anything (folder, Wi-Fi, OneDrive, iCloud), all except 13 items vanish again.

	I've never had issues with enpass before, so this is really puzzling. Could you please help me figure this out?

	Today I've realized that Enpass OTP doesn't work with Eneba accounts. Eneba's (anonymized) OTPAUTH is the following:

	I thought Eneba made any change since I configured 2FA with them, so I deleted any 2FA association and reconfigured from scratch. It is curious because when you configure the association you get OK from 2FA check, but when you logoff from Eneba and want to get in again you get 'password wrong' error on 2FA code check.

	Can you check this out, please? It is a little scary to think that Enpass OTPs can fail on some sites... There is no way (without reaching support) to bypass OTP where activated.

	Hello,
</p>

<p>
	I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (App version: 6.8.5 (1239)) and iOS 16.4 (App version: 6.8.6 (684)).
</p>

<p>
	When I attempt to update any login credentials on either Windows or iPhone, and run a sync between devices, my credentials get reverted back to the previous settings.
</p>

<p>
	I have tried iCloud, OneDrive, and Wi-Fi Sync with the same results. The only way I get it to work is to:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		make a local backup
	</li>
	<li>
		completely remove all data, settings, and cloud backups from Windows and iPhone apps
	</li>
	<li>
		reactivate my account
	</li>
	<li>
		restore from backup
	</li>
	<li>
		update the credentials
	</li>
	<li>
		setup any type of sync (iCloud, OneDrive, Wi-Fi Sync)
	</li>
	<li>
		activate app on my other device
	</li>
	<li>
		sync the accounts again
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	Even after doing all that, when I attempt to edit a credential, I have to start all over again. I have tried closing the app on either device, updating the credential, sync it and back it up on the cloud, open both apps and sync, but to no avail.

	I don't understand why this is happening. Could someone give me some advice, please?

	Hello has anyone encountered newly saved tags disappearing the next day? I would add a Customer tag, save it, it would show up for that day but the next day the tag disappears. This happens on multiple records. Any old customer tags still exist, not sure what the difference is.

	So it seems ENpass p[ublished 6.10 and many users updated, but then pulled it from the website or from updates. Can you please explain what's going on? Should we be worried that you introduced bugs in 6.10 that can affect users? Why was 6.10 released and then pulled?
