  1. I wanted to try Enpass (6.0.3), the traditional Windows version. I am currently using Keepass to manage my passwords. 1. Since Keepass, current version 2.x. I exported the XML file. 2. In Enpass, I clicked on import. The import started but after a few seconds your software suddenly closed. This situation has occurred every time. Having previously tried Sticky Password, I used this same file to import my passwords. I didn't have any problems and the import was a success. I tried with the other file to import my passwords. (CSV) 1. I export this file from Keepass. 2. In Enpass, I click on import. I choose Keepass and the CSV file. Enpass cannot find any passwords to import. I opened the CSV file and it is not corrupted and is not empty. From Sticky Password, I exported the file requested for import into Enpass. In Enpass, another import failure. My question is: is your software reliable? I am very disappointed by these dysfunctions.

  2. I’m done with you clowns. You deleted functionality that users weee dependent on. Remove a working and realistic method of multiple vaults and instead expect users to set up redundant cloud sharing accounts. How about instead of window dressing bug fixes you restore functionality for the people that you cut off from their vaults. 28 days and I now have 6 divergent vaults on Box and no means of effectively merging these in the event you ever restore the functionality that you robbed us of. Robbery being a fair description for taking money for features that you then scrapped without warning leaving users with orphaned data.

  3. Even though you already figured out how 2FA works, I'd like to give another hint: you don't need mandatory a mobile app to scan the QR code, you can just insert the appropriate secret key (which is usually listed as an alternative to QR code) into a field that is configured to be a TOTP field and that's it. Though I personally prefer to scan those QR codes as in the most cases they contain a lot of other informations like the website, your username, the time period for switching the codes or the number of digits used and the secret key code of course.

  4. No! Simply disconnect the sync from Dropbox and connect with OneDrive. Thanks!

  5. Lucky you! If only I could get back to v5 so I could start an orderly migration away from this mess.

  6. The biggest problem I have is that cross-syncing is broken. This also wasn't very clearly stated at any time. My phone is set to automatically update apps. I've never had to worry that a lifetime license would suddenly expire previously so I didn't bother to make sure I always check every app update on my phone that it won't break my apps on other platforms.

  7. Not if you want to keep cross-platform capability, which was a feature of the lifetime license. Android Enpass v6 *cannot* sync with UWP Windows v5. The UWP app becomes unsyncable with any other platform if it's v6. This is not mentioned and therefore once Android updates, the ability to go back one version is gone. So your "simple" fix is simply not true by any stretch.

  8. @enpass team, there's too many people unsatisfied, it's not just one grumpy guy... it's getting embarrassing now, please give us a way to export our data with the folder structure to other apps

  9. @Klaas Vaak You just select folder sync when setting up your vault and define the path to your local folder. That’s it. No cloud needed.

  10. I just exported v6 enpass to json and imported SUCCESSFULLY to Safeincloud! that is the first step to say GOOD BYE to enpass - let me test iOS and Android... it is in the Import menu - it says "v6 and above of enpass"

  11. i switched now to "Safe in Cloud". it has all feature of Enpass, but it closer to Enpass 5 and has no bugs. also one very active Developer. and its a good price point. Desktop Apps are free, and mobile (iOS and Android) cheap. One time Payment $6,99 - $7,99 https://safe-in-cloud.com/en/ Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.safeincloud iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/safeincloud-pro/id785120026 the best is, that there are paid Versions of the mobile apps. means you buy them one time, and can share them with your family through your family library for free. everybody gets the pro license. Enpass just supported in-app purchases therefore no family sharing possible.

  12. Since the Enpass team is in India and may not be familiar with the acronym, allow me to clarify: KISS = Keep It Simple, Stupid.

  14. Hi @Sivakumar K, Enpass 6 keeps history of every field not just passwords. Right click on a password and choose "History" from context menu. Cheers:)
