Steam implements TOTP with a different alphabet. The basic algorithm seems to be the same as usual TOTP, but the representation of the token is different. An example implementation can be found here: https://gist.github.com/mooop12/1af7f0ffc8f28ea76f27abcba1e6da01 It would be cool if Enpass added support for these token types (maybe even as part of Enpass 6? :-) ) To not clutter the UI, maybe you could take the road of Bitwarden which uses a URL scheme to support different token types (no schema = default TOTP token, special token however could be steam://xyz123abc456).

Hi, in the UWP its possible to start the app and just use Windows Hello, would like to see this in the new version of Enpass too. And atm after Enpass locked the current session, you've to manually select Hello to unlock, it's just an extra step, but after a while it gets really annoying :-) thanks

Hello, I copied some text from the notes of a password entry in Enpass and wanted to paste into the notes of an other password entry. But pressing <Ctrl>+<V> did not insert the text. Enpass cleared the clipboard before I was able to paste the text (I have set the timer to 15 seconds). Same problem when I copy the text from the notes of an password entry and want to paste it in other applications (like the web browser). In my opinion the clipboard should be only deleted when the user pressed the "Copy" button behind a field. Only here the timer should start. This way I can copy some text from the notes and this information is not deleted after 15 seconds. Best regards OLLI

Hello, in the Traditional Win32 version of Enpass I can select in wich folder my Vault is stored. Here I set to store my password database on the folder D:\Enpass. Reason: I create a weekly backup of my D:\ drive In the Windows 10 Store version it is not possible to set a folder for the vault. So I suggest that you implement an additional folder sync (in addition to the Cloud Sync). This way the vault is synced with a local folder (D:\ drive) and also to my OneDrive. I recently opened a support ticket with the following content: "When I restart the browser (Chrome, Vivaldi, Edge) and send a "auto fill requests", I always have to wait about 1 minute before the Assistant apears. The follow up "auto fill requests" will be answered spontaneously until I restart the browser again. I have already uninstalled all extensions and the main program, cleand all settings (AppData>Local, AppData>Roaming and the Registry) and then reinstalled everything. No success. The deactivation of the firewall and the virus scanner (ESET Endpoint Antivirus) did not succeed either. Does anyone have a good idea?" I (respectively ESET Support) was able to fix the problem. It is not enough to disable the virus scanner. For whatever reason, you must explicitly exclude the enpass.exe process from the realtime scan. Now it works perfectly! I hope I can help someone else with this information.

Hello, At work our administrators have restricted the access to all cloud storage sites (like OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and many others). So I can no longer sync my password vault at work (so Enpass is unusable for me now). So please offer a feature in Enpass that exports (packs) the password vault to a ZIP file. Then I can send this ZIP file via email to work (also USB-devices are blocked). At work I can import the password vault in Enpass (so you also should offer an import-feature). You should also offer the same feature for the settings. So I can export the settings from my PC and import them at work and also at my Surface Go (so I have the same settings at 3 computers without having to manually adjust them on every device separate). Hello @Vikram Dabas, In KeePass the timer (that indicates that the clipboard is deleted) starts only when: I double-click a username or a password (doing this it is copied to the clipboard click in the table on a username or a password and press <Ctrl>+<C> The timer is not started when I mark any text in the details pane (that is shown at the bottom) and press <Ctrl>+<C>. So for Enpass I suggest that you: start the timer only when the "Copy" button (behind each field) is clicked start the timer only when I mark some text with the mouse and press <Ctrl>+<C> delete the content of the clipboard only, when the content of the clipboard is still the text that I have copied from Enpass. So when I copy a password from Enpass, paste it in a web form and then copy some text from the website (or from any other application) then this information should remain in the clipboard forever (not be deleted from Enpass). Hello @Vikram Dabas, i have some enhancement for this suggestion: after the Vault was exported (packed to ZIP) open the folder where the ZIP file is stored, so I can drag it in an new email add an option to protect the ZIP with the password that is used for the vault (this option is checked by default, but users can un-check it) Best regards OLLI

The browser extension needs the feature to copy the generated password when you "Fill" the browser. Fill & Copy. Here's what's happening to me WITHOUT the feature: Generate the password. Fill the password to the web page. The web page accepts the password. But....Enpass didn't capture the password! So now I have a new web page login, without the password! Enpass didn't copy the password, nor did Enpass create a new login account in the Enpass App. Other Option: Enpass extension should figure out why it's not capture a new login on the web page. But at least having the password in the clipboard is better than nothing. Other Option: Fill & Create new login button. Enpass Password Manager extension for Chrome Version 6.0.0.1
