@charlotte why don't you try re-installing the app and this time enable access to document for Enpass.

Enpass 6.4.0.631 no longer starts

Yesterday the Mint Team released LMDE 4 Debby based on Debian Buster. I upgraded my distro and Enpass works again finally.

Cannot Synchronize Desktop Win10 / Mobile Androïd

iCloud Sync does not work despite connection
