  1. Even so I have configured to lock the app only after 30min and „locking when leaving“ is disabled I have to log in all the time. Also when just switching to a different app for seconds. This seems not to work. It would be nice to fix this!

  2. Hello. When I started using enpass back in early 2019, I was choosing password managers from countries (India) that are not: The '5-Eyes': The US, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia The '9-Eyes': The '5-Eyes' group plus Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and France The '14-Eyes': The two above groups plus Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Spain, and Italy https://protonvpn.com/blog/5-eyes-global-surveillance/ Now I see that your company is already from the USA, and besides, the program is completely closed source. After the change of country to the United States, the confidence in you has become less and less and I can no longer trust my data to you. It is a pity that you do not open the source code of Enpass (PC), it would add a huge number of users who value privacy.

  3. Hello, I am relatively new to Enpass, I noticed, that after reboot, I can use the PIN to access my fault. How can this be secure? This means that the Masterpassword is stored locally on the flash memory. This and the fact, that there have never been an security audit for iOS really worries me. Can someone explain to me, how this might possibly secure? I have a feeling, that the reason, why there is no security audit is, that they know, that there is no way there application passes the audit.

  4. So not every website allows for the same maximum password length. For example, Apple allows 32 characters (largest they have ever accepted for my accounts), Netflix accepts up to 50 characters (from what I remember), Google and Facebook both allow 100 character long passwords (the largest passwords that I have tried). Now, I use the Enpass password generator to generate the passwords and I can customise it to fit my preferences (such as minimum/exact number of upper case letters, digits and symbols. However, I have to keep changing the preferences based on websites. Now when I decide to change my passwords every couple of months, it's quite a pain to change the preference for every website (I have about 380 saved passwords!) For example, I prefer my Google and Facebook accounts to have exactly 25 upper case letters, 25 digits and 25 symbols. For AppleID, it's 8 of each (32 character password length in total), and so on. It would be great to have an option where Enpass remembers the preferences for each website from the last time the password was changed/from the last password that I used. That would make life so much easier.

  5. Ability to manually type in numbers in the number sliders: Sliders work okay, but it would be nice to enter the parameters using the keyboard so I can set the exact length of the password without wiggling the slider back and forth. Support all characters in the exclude/include rule: Currently it does not support backslash. Pronounceable passwords: Options to further scramble the words, like intentional misspelling or leetspeak, and salting the password with ocassional symbols. Save the password generation rules to the vault entry, so that users won't have to adjust the rules every time.

  6. Though enpass allows us to create multiple vaults, the attendant features are completely useless due to the following reasons: 1. Doesn't allow multiple vaults to be synced to a single cloud accounts 2. Due to the above, all vaults do not appear across all devices. Due to the above two reasons, there is no reason / use case to have multiple vaults (except sharing - which I guess is less used use case). I would love to have the following: 1. Creation of multiple vaults with independent passwords for each vaults 2. Ability to sync multiple vaults to same cloud account 3. Ability to see all these multiple vaults across all devices Please treat this as a priority and include these features in your next release. Thanks for creating such a wonderful app.

  7. You can create a travel mode yourself: Keep all important information only in an extra vault. The default vault contains nothing (or just passwords that you want to share with the border official ;-)) The extra vault should have a different password than your default vault. Do not store this password in your default vault (or delete it before traveling). Only this extra vault is synchronized with the cloud. Best with an anonymous webdav server, that can not be associated with you. The iCloud is not so good because it's tied to the Apple ID, that you can look up in the phone, so the border guard might ask for the Apple ID password, searching and finding your extra vault there and will ask for this password too. Also on all other devices (desktops, pads, telephones, etc.): the standard vault contains only a few unimportant passwords or remains completely empty. All devices synchronize the important data via cloud with the extra vault. If a device is to be taken over the border, then the extra vault and the sync with the cloud must be deleted. Only the standard vault - containing only unimportant passwords or fakes - remains on the device. After successful border crossing, the sync to the extra vault on the (secret) webdav server can be restored and the extra vault restored to the device. By the way, there is a big security advantage to synchronize all data only via an additional vault: The extra vault can be protected by a very complex password! It rarely needs to be entered, for example only after a border passage, when the sync is reestablished. A complex password protects the data, if the extra vault in the cloud should fall into the wrong hands. On the local device the password for the standard vault will also open the extra vault (unless it has just been deleted because of a border passage). The password for the default vault could be easier to type, because it is needed more frequently. And you can use different passwords for the default vault on any device. Some passwords easy to type on a desktop-pc are very unconfortable on a small iphone for example

  8. Hello, I have some improvements for the Password Generator in Enpass. Include Symbols Currently you allow to Exclude certain symbols in the password generator. It would be very helpful when I could include certain symbols (like the _ or the #) because some websites don't accept all symbols. When users include symbols then only those symbols should be used. Allow to adjust generated passwords When I generate a password please allow me to adjust it (in the green heading where I see the generated password). This way I can remove a single character from the password and replace it with an other character. But I also can enter a password and check how secure it is. I have some "special" colleagues and family members that use unsafe passwords and this way I can convince them that they should use Enpass. Best regards OLLI

  9. To make sure that the problem is not related to the macOS keychain, I logged out of the iCloud keychain and then deleted all local keychains (of course I made a backup of the keychain files before, but I know my passwords, I use Enpass ). Then I restarted my Mac and logged back into the iCloud keychain. Unfortunately the iCloud sync does not work even then and it aborts with error code 307018. Before I did this i also rebooted my whole network (internet connection, router, switches etc.), but also with no luck. I can access my iCloud Drive without any problem from Finder in macOS. My iCloud Drive has plenty of space: 4,76 GB are free. So now I run out of ideas, what else I can do to get iCloud sync back to function. Any hint is welcome.
