  1. Hi, I bought a Lifetime Premium license on the website but I used the wrong email address to link the license to. I logged in to the Enpass iOS app with my old email address and clicked change but it didn't transfer the license over - it just created a Lite account using my new correct email address. I sent an email to support@enpass.io containing my old email address (with the license linked), the new correct email address & a PDF with my purchase confirmation. Got assigned ticket number ECS-22510. Will support be able to transfer the license to the correct email address? Thank you. EDIT: Support fixed it. Thanks!

  2. Ok, I can turn off all those warnings about weak passwords in one go, but how do I prevent weak passwords warnings popping up when I create a new password. I often like to have the option to manually type in a password, so I can't use strong passwords for all my accounts all the time, especially if it's an password for a forum or so.

  3. I got the exact same issue while filling in the working hours in Harvest.io through Azure Devops. - The dropdowns refuse to activate when the "Show Inline Autofill Popup Menu" is enabled.

Enter a name for the subdomain and then try to open one of the dropdown fields - they open for an instance and then close immediately...

  6. Hello @voyager, Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue about not being able to sync with DropBox. It seems like the Enpass data on DropBox has some issues and there could be many reasons behind this. I would suggest you perform the following steps and let me know the results. Make sure you have a manual backup of your data on your devices. Disconnect the DropBox sync from all your devices. Open DropBox app or in the browser → Open Enpass folder → Select vault.enpassdbsync file → Rename it as oldvault.enpassbdsync. Reconnect Windows first and if that synced perfectly sync other devices. If sync starts to work fine, you can delete the renamed old backup file from Dropbox.

  7. Way to go steve64800, I also switched to BitWarden for the same reasons: ENPASS is not enough customer and user centric and lack the daily use projection of a password manager. Too bad....
