  1. Hi @Manish Chokwal, as you can expect - your statement is not appreciated - as stated many times here - where was your support in time of need? where is at least the help of posting workarounds? You can stick thanks for patience and support you know where. How would you feel to be stranded only with one password - to you vault that is useless because you cat access it! You wasted 3 hours of my work time - after disfunction in matter of days you can keep your statements to yourself. No matter what you will say, at this point we all know, that we cannot trust you, you are not able to provide any guarantees about supporting you users. Your strategy is to quietly sit in the corner and then if some miracle happens and problem is solved start shouting hey fellas everything is good and great, it's wasn't our problem, nothing happened, thanks you are great. you should really start thinking about your services..

  2. Hi @all, In light of what we've stated earlier, this appears to be an issue with Microsoft App Store, which we've escalated to them. Besides Enpass Team contacting them, I'll also keep this thread updated with any developments. Again, thank you for being patient and supporting us.

  6. Having gone through the recent comments, I tried again to install via Windows store and wooohooo!!! Enpass is up and running once again_back on track ... yup...with all my data ... Anybody else??????

  9. Hi there, I have the same problem. Trying to solve the problem, I installed the web version but I cannot open the app because the program ask me for a password which I don't have. What can I do to use the web version of this app???

  10. Uffff, what a big mess and very very bad management of it... 48 hours later they even don't know where they are... As a password management app, Enpass should be designed as flawless possible and must have different guaranteed ways of access to its content, very strong procedures for development, tests, roll up deployment and roll back if necessary. Those are mandatory points. Sadly, Synew have not considered them. When a critical app fails it must be only for very very short time and the provider must give very good management of it, specially providing workarounds or rolling back last version from public repositories, in this case Windows Store. In this case Microsoft or Synew have been unable to mobilize resources to restore/roll back the app in term of minutes/hours to recover the service. All I can do is to learn from this and: 1.- Never again will use password apps from Windows Store. It seems that when app on store has a problem the installed app does not run neither. 2.- Store backups of Enpass web on different devices/cloud. 2.- I'm going to use Enpass only to store silly passwords on non-critical level services. I've even unable to post in this forum due to Enpass auto generated password for my account, which I can't remember -like dozens of them- of course, this is why I use Enpass! Where is Enpass support team? They're absolutely missing... What a pitty...

As much as I love Enpass as a product it should not rely on the Microsoft store to work, this is a major issue and I can guarantee that 99% of Enpass users did not know that, and since it is sold as an offline solution its time to look for another option. "Enpass Password Manager is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

  13. yes, the lack of support is the main reason I will go for another solution. In this kind of product this is unacceptable. I understand that it this could be problem on other side than Enpass developers. But the support team should have be the first one to spread the solutions/workarounds to minimize the impact on (paying) customers. There should be info on the website, pinned on the forums, spread through social media - there is a problem, we know about it, we are working on it, till we will solve it, you can temporarily access your passwords this way - if this would be done, I would even register to this forum - I would be happy that I'm slowed down by workarounds, but would accepted. This attitude is why I am disappointed and p*ssed.

  14. I can't get my passwords since yesterday. Why doesn't the support answer how long the problem will last? Why doesn't the support write an easy to understand step-by-step guide how to work around this problem without deleting the database with the passwords when uninstalling the store version? Guys, this is an extremely important password tool, there can be a lot of money involved. I expect fast, communicative and capable support? Where is it? t's a shame how they treat their paying customers here.

  15. Still not working here. This should be fixed NOW. How the f*** is this even possible? Strongly considering using another tool. For now, thanks to THE COMMUNITY here, i can get to my passwords using the web version.

  18. After I uninstalled the "Windows Store version" and installed the "website version", it works again. Apparently, the problem doesn't only affect Enpass though, there are apparently other apps in the Windows Store as well.

  20. Yup, i did the reactivation two times (one for test). By the way, I use Keepass in my work. It's less userfriendly but in fact, it is highly recommanded by my company cause it was verified and approved by ANSSI in France. Can't be sure - I use my own cloud storage as a vault, but I think you can point to the backups when you are adding new vault after you choose a name for it a then select "Backup File" from "From this PC" section - I guess.. Oh my god, the support from this developer is terrible.. I've joined the "poor rating" club for this application.. It's time to move to another solution..

  22. Oh jeez EnPass, this is a complete hot mess you've put your customers in. How about some more input into the thread about what you are doing about it. I can see you losing a lot of loyal customers over this..... If it's Microsoft's fault, then call them out, but tell us why at least, otherwise you are going to cop the blame for all of this. I literally recommended you to a colleague yesterday who purchased a lifetime sub this morning and he is going mad because of all this.

  23. Hi @all If the website version is also showing the same error, then please remove the Enpass app completely from your system and then install the website version. You can refer to the below steps - Click your computer’s Start menu and type "Enpass". When Enpass is highlighted in the search results, select Uninstall from list of actions provided. When Enpass is uninstalled, your data is deleted automatically.

  24. Hi @coryb Currently, we are providing 32-bit builds that can run on all architectures, natively or emulated. We have ported the Enpass code to Qt6, and technically we can produce native builds for arm64. However, there is still a lot to do from the migration and deployment side. Rest assured, our development team is working on it, and I have also shared your comments as feedback with them. Your patience in the meantime is appreciated.

  25. Following up on native ARM64 build of Enpass. With Microsoft announcement of Surface Pro 9 5G, Lenovo, and HP all releasing new ARM64 laptops and Windows 11 on ARM is there any update to the roadmap for a native ARM64 build? Ensuring there is also awareness of ARM64 version of Visual Studio and native dev tools to support this effort.

  26. Unfortunately, the approach you suggested doesn't work. When I try to turn off the Dropbox sync in Enpass on my iPhone or Mac by clicking "disconnect" nothing happens. It's like when I click "sync now" nothing happens.

  27. Recommendation yet - no. I think I'll take a closer look at Keepass now. All the other programs I have found have a subscription model and that is a no-go for me in such a case.

  28. Hi @all Enpass is grateful for all the information that its users and clients provided on this issue. It was thanks to your efforts that we were able to conduct the investigation. Our support team sent all details to our QA/Development team for them to investigate on a top priority, and I want to assure all members here that this has been identified as a Microsoft store error, and we have escalated the issue with them. That being said, we'll get this resolved very soon, and I'll keep this forum updated if there are any updates. You may download the Website version of our application from here in the meantime, as suggested. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

  29. Hi Manish, Im sorry to inform, that even though we've been patient, your new release fixed the former issue, but creates a new one, and the app gets frozen once you enter your password. In iOS 16.0.3 and 16.1 Do you test new versions before going production? This is becoming embarrassing already.
