What exactly does 'co-operate' mean in this context? I have not, as far as I can tell, received any email or other notification?

This is driving me nuts. You have to get this fixed soon. I am using 6.5.2 on a MacBook Pro (mid2012) running Mojave (10.14.6). Thanks
