Just making things clear– did you mention fetching icon from Favicon in general, or you pointed to this feature in Enpass where you can download the Favicon for the saved items automatically? Thanks for offering your help in improving Enpass with rich icons. I have forwarded your suggestion to our concerned team.

Please share the below-mentioned details so that we can investiagte on this further. Which version of macOS and Safari browser are you using? Are you able to invoke Enpass assistant by right clicking on the page in Safari browser?
  3. Hi @dontobi, Welcome to Enpass community, Thanks for sharing the details. As far as I understood, you can sync Android devices successfully but unable to sync with your Windows PC. So in able to reproduce this issue on our end, is it possible for you to share the demo account (via PM) of your WebDAV server for further investigation.
  4. Hi @2much2do, Thanks for reaching out to us. NO, you don't have purchase license for each device. Try registering with the same email address with which your purchase is bound. The purpose of registration with Enpass is all about linking your purchase with a valid email address so that you don't have to buy it separately on all platforms. For quick trouble shooting follow these steps mentioned below: Open Enpass on your Windows PC --> Click on ‘Settings’ --> Click on ‘Account/Trial user, not registered (1st option of the settings)' ---> Click on the email account and use the same email account to register with Enpass from which you purchased Enpass app and follow the instructions. It is asking for master password of Enpass file. This generally happens when you are using two different Master Passwords across the devices which you are syncing together. To resolve this sync error enter the Master password of the Enpass file. Dropbox account password plays no role in it. Hope this helps! Thank You.
