Something went wrong while syncing with Box. Error code:606403

1. Windows machine running Win10 Enterprise build 21390.co_release.210521-1658 and (I believe) the latest version of Enpass (where can I find version?) 2. haven't tried individual Box account 3. Never tried before. 4. Yes 5. To my knowledge it has not. -
I can't seem to sync with my Box account (company account, not personal).
