Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue. Recently, we have rolled out a new Enpass version 6.8.1 for Linux. Please confirm if you are using the same Enpass version. Further, please share a demo account along with its username and password as well as its URL to allow us to investigate it better. For security reasons, please share the details in a personal message or on support@enpass.io.

I appreciate your efforts in reporting the presence of the Enpass app crash issue while syncing to Google Drive. I would like to share that recently we have rolled out a new version 6.8.1 for Windows stores and websites. Please confirm if are using the same. Also, it would be so helpful if you can share a small video of the issue. In case you are using a website version, please share the logs.

The patience and cooperation you have shown regarding this issue are greatly appreciated. I would like to inform you that we have recently released Enpass beta website version 6.8.1 for Windows which fixes this issue. Please try that and share your findings. You can download the beta version from here.

Hi @macRBC,
Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue. I suggest verifying whether you have selected a different vault and that the item that you are searching for is in an alternative vault. If this is the case, Enpass will not be able to search the item. Furthermore, please confirm if you are using English or another language in your Enpass app?

It is necessary to enter the master password on every system restart to log in to the Enpass. Autolock settings work only if the system is not restarted.

Welcome to the Enpass Community Forums.
Enpass Wi-Fi Sync lets you synchronize your data wirelessly between multiple devices connected to the same network. Due to the fact that you have a computer at home and one at work, Wi-Fi Sync can't transfer data between them as they are on different networks and places. Since your mobile acts as the only link between them, it cannot act as a server, which means that all of them cannot be synced at once.
However, I completely understand your point and have shared your comments as feedback with the dedicated team so they may look into this and improve upon its behavior.

Please go to Audit section -> 2FA Supported -> List of supported items will appear -> Select the item, you will find a notification above the item about the 2FA support -> Click learn more, it will direct you to its relevant website. -> Copy the One time code from the website and paste it into Enpass -> 2FA should start working.
Changed master password on my iPhone and can't log in on App via One Drive

Welcome to the Enpass Community Forum.
I understand that you have changed your master password on iPhone and now getting incorrect master password error on your Desktop app. Please log in to your desktop app via previous master password and then try to sync OneDrive and enter new master password. Let me know if that helps.
