  9. Hi @Sigan Welcome to the Enpass Forums. For troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps - Disconnect the folder sync option and enable it again on your iOS device. Try restarting your device and the Enpass app. After creating a manual backup of your Enpass data, reinstall the app. If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of any error occurring and a short video showing the issue would also be helpful. You can share the video with us at support@enpass.io and mention this forum.

  12. Hi @pcace For troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps and share your findings with me - Disconnect the synchronization from all the connected devices. Then, delete the Enpass data saved on the Nextcloud account and enable synchronization again first on the device with the most recent data and then on the rest of the devices by following the steps in this link. Also, try restarting your Nextcloud server. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, please share the below details - The exact version of the OS you are using on your devices. Kindly create a Demo account and DM me its username, URL and password for a thorough analysis of this concern.
  13. Hi @SRR You can enable the 'Always run Assistant in docked mode' setting from Enpass app Settings -> General. That way, Enpass Assistant will stay sticky on the screen and won't disappear when you click outside it. #SI-3365
  14. Hi @MasonHaley Enpass is an offline password manager and saves your data locally on your device, and in any case, we do not take any of your personal data. But yes, Enpass does connect to the internet with the sole purpose of giving the best user experience. So if you have seen a network activity for Enpass, it could be due to many reasons. Please refer to this link for more information about it.
  15. Hi @Suresh Bala On the devices on which you are facing this concern (your Desktop device), please try the below steps - Take a backup of the Enpass Data on your device from Enpass Settings → Vaults → Select the Vault → Backup. Uninstall the Enpass app from Enpass Settings → Advanced → Erase everything. Reinstall the app and restore using the backup file. Sync the Vault with the cloud service of your choice (Dropbox in this case). The above steps should synchronize your Desktop device with rest of your devices via Dropbox.
  16. Hi @all Our development team is aware of this bug and it will be fixed in our upcoming major update. In the meantime, you can create the backup of Enpass data using these simple steps: Open Enpass app. Go to Settings → Vaults → Select the vault which data you want to backup. Click on three dot options → Backup #SI-3351
  17. Hi @paulsiu Please share the exact version of the Linux OS you are using and I will gladly get this investigated for you.
  18. Hi @paulsiu For security reasons, we recommend using the Enpass app on devices which you trust and not on public computers even though your Enpass data is fully encrypted by 256-bit AES encryption with 100,000 rounds of PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA512 using the peer-reviewed and open-source encryption engine SQLCipher. The main benefit of Enpass portable is that unlike traditional Enpass desktop apps, the portable version does not require installation. You can put it on a USB drive and move between your computers while taking your app and settings with you. To learn more about Enpass Portable, kindly check this link.
  19. Hi @jyuviole Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the Enpass version. It seems that you are using an older version of Enpass. Kindly update your Enpass app to the latest version 6.8.6 and share your findings with me. If the issue persists, do share the Enpass Extension version as well
  20. Hi @Andrea C. Welcome to the Enpass Forums. For troubleshooting purposes, if you have a manual backup/set up synchronization for your Enpass data, then only try reinstalling the app. Otherwise, please share the below details with me, and I’ll have this investigated for you - 1. The version of the Enpass app you are using. 2. Have you downloaded the Enpass app from the MacApp Store or from our official website? 3. Try disconnecting the internet, then launch the Enpass app and observe if the app is still crashing for you. If it is not crashing, then while the internet is disconnected, try removing the cloud account you are using for synchronization, enable the internet and re-launch Enpass to check if the app is still crashing. Also share the cloud service you are using to synchronize your data. 4. Is the Enpass app showing you a crash report after the crash? If yes, kindly share it with me.
  21. Hi @Suresh Bala Welcome to the Enpass Forums. As Enpass is an offline password manager, all your data is stored locally on your device. We provide our users with the option to synchronize their Enpass data between their devices and it is completely optional. To set up synchronization between your Desktop and mobile device, please refer to the below steps - Steps for your device on which Enpass is already set up and running (Desktop device)- You can set up cloud sync on your device by going to - Setting’s → Vaults → Select the Vault for which you would like to setup sync → Setup Sync → Select the cloud → Continue. Steps for your other/new devices (Mobile handset) - On the welcome screen of the Enpass application on your device, choose Restore Existing -> Cloud account to which you synced the details above → Enter Vault password → Continue . All the passwords will be synced to your device.

  23. Hi @nicos18 Our development team is already aware of this issue, and they are working on fixing it. Unfortunately, I will be unable to share any ETA at the moment. 24. Hi @Laurent Enpass is always grateful for our active users and your efforts in notifying us of this feature. I forwarded this request to our developers and would like to inform you that they have investigated its feasibility & unfortunately, this request cannot be taken into consideration at the moment. Your support and effort are greatly appreciated. However, if you are using WebDAV/OwnCloud, sync with multiple vaults is possible by defining separate paths/folders for each vault. Also, to share Items with your relatives, you can also refer to our handy guide.
  25. Hi @rorywohl I appreciate you taking the time and sharing the requested information with me! I have shared all the details with our development team so they fix this concern asap. Thank you for your support in the interim.
