Allow me to explain. The "6.10.0 (1609)" version you mentioned is a Enpass Windows Website BETA version, while "6.9.5 (1639)" is a Enpass Windows Stable version. So, the stable version currently available is "6.9.5 (1639)", which is the latest stable version you currently have installed. Regarding the beta version you mentioned, it seems you're referring to the old beta version because today, we released the new beta version 6.10.1 (1655). To diagnose the issue you're facing on the website, we require some additional information. Could you please follow these simple steps and share the details with us? Open the webpage where the problem is occurring in your browser. Use the command “Ctrl + S” to save the webpage to your Desktop OR right-click on the webpage → Save Page As → Save. This action will save an HTML file and a folder of that webpage on your PC. Select both the HTML file and the folder, then compress them into a ZIP file. Share that ZIP file with us, and we will investigate the issue further. Your cooperation in providing this information is greatly appreciated. Let us know if you need any further assistance!

Hi @nicoduck, I'm sorry to inform you that our technical team faced challenges while trying to resolve the issue reported by @ttk. Actually, as stated previously, we were able to reproduce it, but while working on it, the URL shared by the user has unfortunately stopped working/responding. This has hindered our team's efforts to fix the problem, and consequently, we have been unable to address this issue effectively.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we understand the importance of addressing this promptly. As informed previously, the issue has been reproduced, and we are actively working on resolving it. Meanwhile, as a workaround: Unlock Enpass. Go to Security. Set Up PIN (Enable and create a PIN to access Enpass). Now, when you lock Enpass and instead of using the PIN, opt to unlock it via Master Password, the Key File will be remembered. Note: You can now turn off the PIN feature if you prefer. Adding to it user can still use Keyfile to unlock, without having to set PIN, all he has to do, is manually lock Enpass and unlock using Keyfile(do this at least twice), without allowing App to quit. Once this is done, upon next unlock, user’s Keyfile location will be remembered.

Your understanding is accurate, and I fully grasp the point you're making. Regrettably, at present, purchasing family or Enpass Lifetime plans via app stores is not available. I appreciate your feedback, and I've passed on your request to our development team for their consideration. #SI-3733

When transitioning from a one-year subscription to a Lifetime Plan, the remaining amount from your current one-year subscription won't be applied towards the Lifetime Plan. Instead, it will be treated as a new purchase. Upon purchasing the Lifetime Plan, it will be activated immediately. For further assistance, please contact us at support@enpass.io.

Bitwarden Import not working
Amandeep Kumar replied to raalapas's topic in Importing data from other softwares
I apologize for any confusion. Could you please confirm if you were able to import the attached Bitwarden exported sample CSV file to Enpass? Additionally, please open the attached sample CSV file in Notepad, and also open your exported CSV in another window of Notepad. Then, compare the header row along with a data row of both CSV files. Are they similar or not? If you find any differences, please edit those fields in our CSV and attach it back to the response. Thank you for your cooperation. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ms0v_M_VuVci69_52JAjHgTPjgWueIgl/view?usp=drive_link -
We truly appreciate your patience, and as discussed previously, our team has confirmed that the issue is definitely reproducible at our end. However, the fix is still being worked upon. I certainly understand that the rollout of the fix is taking more time than expected, but rest assured, Enpass is aware of this. Let me share this feedback with the team to prioritize it accordingly.

Application will be launched several times after login
Amandeep Kumar replied to Alex80's topic in Mac
Hey @Alex80, certainly, this experience is understandable, and I completely agree with your point that it's been a longer than expected. I just want to add that we are still unable to reproduce this issue at our end. Nevertheless, we are still trying to conduct root cause analysis on why these are happening and how it can be prevented via fixes or workarounds. Once this is sorted out, I will surely update you here. -
@TN_Dude, I certainly understand your point, but I would like to add that Enpass has continually been improving and keeps adding new features every year. Just to mention, we have recently added exciting features like Passkey Support. Our latest update in March 2024 itself showcases this commitment. And yes, we will be rolling out the higher version very soon. For reference, please visit: https://www.enpass.io/downloads/ Having said that, I have taken this feedback onboard and shared it with the relevant team. I genuinely thank you for your valuable support and patience.
