  1. Hi @itsuia, Thanks for writing in. The attached image shows the built-in browser in Enpass App. If you want to directly login using an item, tap the button that’s to the right of its URL and select Enpass Browser from the list. Every time you tap a URL, you’d be prompted to select a browser and the link will open in a new tab. For more details please have a look at user manual. Hope this helps!

  3. Hi @Acer88, Thanks for writing in. You can sync Enpass data with pCloud, but you have to enable WebDAV support in it. Here are the settings to access your pCloud account via WebDAV protocol: Link: https://webdav.pcloud.com/:443 Username: {Your user name} Password: {Your password} Hope this helps!

  5. Hi @uktivo, Oops! We are extremely sorry about this nasty bug. Please share some more info so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices (all of them, along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Which Cloud sync are you using? Have you previously imported data from any other software?
  6. Hi @des619, Sorry to hear about trouble. I would like to share that some devices don't have "write permission" in some directories so Enpass is not able to create file/folder at that location that's why the button "Done" is disabled at that location.

  9. Hi @Kontti, Thanks for your prompt reply and I'm sorry that the workaround didn't help. You can try uninstalling app in any one of your devices and share the results with us. Before that please let me know: Which Authentication method are you using for 2FA( Sms, Call, Authenticator app or any other)? While syncing what error message or code are you getting?   14. Hi @Kontti, Sorry to hear about your trouble. For quick troubleshooting please disconnect the sync from all devices and reconnect it again. If your problem still persists, please let me know which Enpass version and OS version are you using on Windows devices?

  19. Hi @evillama, Sorry to hear about your trouble. For quick troubleshooting please Disable Windows Hello from both of your System settings and Enpass settings and enable it again. Now check and let us know if Windows Hello is working fine or the issue still persists. If your problem still persists, please let me know which Enpass version and OS version are you using on Surface Pro 4 and Lumia 950 devices? Waiting for your prompt reply!
  20. Hi @ianks, Sorry to hear about your trouble. One of the possible reason could be that file Enpass-desktop.conf doesn't have Read & write permission from the file properties. Enpass-desktop.conf is located at Home --> .config (hidden, Press Ctrl+H) --> Sinew Software System. Cheers!

  22. Hi @norisounds, Thanks for reporting this issue. We have tested this issue in our lab and Autosave login works fine for this site. So please make sure you are using the latest version of Enpass browser extension (5.4.0). If your problem still persists, please let me know what is your preferred browser and browser version so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Cheers!
  23. Hi @jakejohn, Thanks for writing back. Actually, it's the default behavior of App. You have to manually click on the Enpass icon (In Task bar) to bring the main application to focus. However, I have noted down our discussion for improvement. Cheers!
  24. Hi Guys, As I have stated earlier Moreover our dev team is already looking into an alternative method that will allow us to support Firefox. In the meantime, you can manually fill the logins in Firefox by using Enpass Keyboard. Thanks for your understanding!
