    Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

    To restore the pro-version on your iOS device, please follow these steps:

    • Open Enpass --> Settings --> Uprgrade to pro version --> Tap on Already purchased.

    If Enpass still shows trial version, please re-install Enpass with the same Apple ID with which you've purchased Enpass earlier.

    NOTE: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data.

    Thanks for writing in.

    I would like to share that technically it is not possible to share in-app purchases between different apps. As mentioned by Apple "Every product is associated with a specific app. Products created for use by one app are not available in other apps. Companion apps on a different platform are different apps—the products of the Mac app are not available in the iOS app and vice versa."

    If Enpass would have been an online password manager with your account and data with us, we could have restored your subscription across the platforms. You can check more about the Enpass Pricing here on our website.

    Thanks for writing in.

    I would like to share that Enpass connects (anonymously) to one of our domain (https://rest.enpass.io) to check if there is any message for the users like important security news and new update. It doesn’t send any kind of information there except the version number and OS name. The same is being mention in our FAQ page.

    Also, you can disable "Check For Alerts" option from Enpass security settings if you don't want Enpass to send query on https://rest.enpass.io.

    Please make sure you are using the correct master password by checking the caps lock off. Also, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works. If the problem persists, please drop us an email at support@enpass.io along with these details so that we can help you better.

    • On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
    • Which Enpass version are you using on each device?
    • Does your master password contains any special character?

    Thanks for letting us know you would like to see support for "auto-type" . Significant user demand is a big factor that determines our priorities for new features. Due to frequently requested features like Website icons(coming soon) and catching up with newly released OS/Devices, the priority of the Auto-type feature went low. I'm really sorry to say that at the moment I can't assure you an ETA for the same.

    I would like to share that on iOS devices, when you select iCloud services to sync with Enpass, it automatically selects the default iCloud account which is already configured on the device. To sync with other iCloud account you have to perform these steps:

    • Open Enpass on your wife's iPhone  --> Create a secondary vault (temporary) --> And enable sync with the iCloud Drive , it will sync with her iCloud account.
    • Now open primary vault and enable sync with iCloud Drive --> Which will redirected to the browser --> Now enter the iCloud login credentials (Which you want to sync with).

    Thanks for writing in.

    Current version of Enpass doesn't have an option to automatic change the passwords and update it. You have to manually change the password and a pop-up will appear asking to Save as a new login --> Select Update Existing from the drop-down list --> Click Update to update the item in the Enpass database.

    We're super excited to roll out the most requested and long awaited feature in Enpass. Website Icons has been one of the most anticipated feature in recent times and with Enpass Beta v6.2, we finally grant your wish. The complete change log of the latest beta version is as follows:

    WHAT'S NEW

    Website Icons : Long-awaited support for Favicons is now available in Enpass as Website Icons. Yippe! Jump on to Enpass Settings -> General -> Website Icons and see the list swapping default icons to the respective website icons. This feature is device-specific and will change the icons of items only on the device in which the feature is activated. We know you are eager to discern what exactly is happening behind the scenes. We've tried addressing common queries here
    NOTE: Some of the website icons may not be available immediately but can get downloaded by Enpass automatically within 24-48 hrs (subject to availability).

    IMPROVEMENTS

    • The word-count for pronounceable passwords has been increased to 15.
    • The main list now supports Incremental search while typing. Without using the search box, you can now jump to the item by typing the first few characters of the title.

    FIXES For Android

    • Squashed couple of crashes with the Dark theme & fingerprint unlock feature.
    • Other bug fixes.

    FIXES For iOS

    • Enpass will now sort the items based upon item details in case the title are same.
    • Field type for IP address changed to URL type for server template .
    • History of fields other than password field was hidden. Fixed.
    • Enpass crashes while deleting empty tags. Fixed.
