&algorithm=SHA1 with the param, enpass said bad TOTP string without the algoithm param TOTP is shown, but it is different with Authy generates one and can not be used.

I entered the secret but it show 6 digits instead of 7 How can I setup the TOTP with 7 digits ? Thank you.
